I have worked with Jason on several Mortgage loans. He has always been available to take my calls and responds to my emails promptly. Is very proactive in working out a solution if a problem arises. He is great at finding the best mortgage programs for various types of loans and also making sure he is getting the best rates available.

The Richardson lending team truly goes above and beyond. My wife and I had a very difficult situation and frankly had terrible experiences in the past. Jason and his team were absolutely incredible. They actually speak to you like a real person, without being rude. He always made him self available for our millions of questions. If you’re looking to buy a home, give them a shot before you decide!

If your thinking of financing a home you need to give Jason team a call. His knowledge and experience navigating the process made the experience stress free and he got us a much better rate. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone looking at buying or refinancing a home.
