I was happy to be invited to Jared Jewelry Gallery, for a showing of fine gems and jewelry from Kalatti Jewelers of New York. The selection of fine loose gems and jewelry was over-the-top! Under the guidance of Mr. Kang from Kalatti, and the stewardship of Lucy and Sterlen, I was able to acquire a beautiful stone that I will make into a ring, at some point. Aimee at Jared was so friendly and wonderful! I had channel set rings that needed to be sized and I was worried they wouldn’t be able to do it. But Aimée assured me they would be able to do to size them. The rings were sized perfect and polished to perfection. They looked like new! Jared in Mountain View is a great store.

Quite a bad experience with arrogant in store people.When I bought a ring, they were very nice and helpful and told me that theyll do first ring sizing for free within 30 days of purchase.After a few days of purchase they denied that they said that and forced me to purchase an over priced warranty (30% of the ring cost). I tried to resolve it with them but they were of no help and I was left with no option but to forcibly purchase an overpriced warranty.Finally the issue was resolved with the help of online customer care who were very helpful and compassionate.

DON’T let any of the sales representative convince you about getting the so call “ PROMOTIONAL CREDIT PLAN” 12-18 or 24 months, no interest. ! Aha !I got a few pieces of jewelry for my wife on 2022. After setting up the automatic payments, apparently there was an issue withdrawing the money for two payments, this caused my balance to get behind and unfortunately now after making payments for almost 2 years. I owe them another $3,000 just on interest for the whole initial transaction of $7,600.00 making this a grand total of $10,600.00I called the customer service to help me adjust the interest for the remaining balance ( $800.00 ) without any luck.This is the worst experience on loans I ever had in the last 20 years.

They are located in a nice Plaza and you have to be buzzed in to gain access. With Valentines Day approaching theyre having a nice sale on their jewelry so I decided to treat myself to new earrings.Rather than browsing in person I did so online and settled on the Leo First Light Diamonds for which Jared is currently one of two jewelers that I know of who carries them. I made the purchase online and saw an option for pick-up at a local store in lieu of shipping so I chose in person pick-up. The staff was very friendly and I was able to compare the different diamonds Id seen online in person because I already knew what I was looking for. Since Id already made my purchase online the checkout process was quick and seamless. The store itself was clean and well organized & the staff had no problem removing items from the case to compare them with each other. I would recommend this location for a professional experience.

What a different experience! I came here after work. Came here an hour before they closed.Landon, the manager took care of me… I come here every six months to get my wedding ring, and wedding band inspected and because of my engagement ring has tiny diamonds; there is not a time where I didn’t have to leave it here to get repaired. Because it was a tiny diamond, I was able to get it repaired right at that moment! Thanks again!

5 stars all the way!!My fiancé and I came here first back in 2014 when he and I were talking about getting engaged and our future together. We knew I was going to be involved in the decision process so we both decided to look at the rings and give our input. Lucy helped us with my ridiculous wants, I wanted a plain ring but not too small a diamond. Something that was not too in your face but also something I could catch the light with and admire. Lucy listened and showed me what they had, I absolutely fell in love with a Vera Wang 3 stone ring and a matching wedding band with her signature sapphires all around it. Three years later he found a time that felt right to propose and low and behold he had actually gone back to upgrade the middle diamond! Lucy had of course helped him and it was the same style I wanted, just more.Some time has passed since then and it just didnt feel right to still have that ring (personal reasons) so my fiancé went back on his own, worked with Lucy again to find something he thought Id like, and proposed with a Tiffany style engagement ring. SIMPLE yet timeless. I am absolutely in LOVE with it. Its to the point, gorgeous and perfect on my finger. Lucy has continued to provide stellar service whenever weve come here (did this review become praise about Lucy at some point??) and the other employees here have as well.We continue to buy jewelry pieces for our kids (earrings) and our family members (necklaces with matching earrings) here, I used to buy Pandora charms as well but it turns out they are no longer affiliated with them.The Jared card is one of the easiest CCs I have to manage too! when my fiancé came in to discuss an issue with his CC (genesis was the one who held his account whereas I have comenity) Lucy as well as the manager got on the phone with them directly to resolve the issue before finally suggesting a MUCH better way to end all dealings with Genesis. The staff here are truly amazing, it feels like they care about your experience and the memories these jewelry pieces help to create. Thank you guys so much! You have lifelong patrons in us!

Landon was phenomenal to work with. This is the SECOND time he’s assisted me with a jewelry repair. I highly recommend him if you need anything done to your items or are looking for a new piece. TLDR - 5 star customer service by Landon, Lucy and Silva! Processed a discount if 1200$ even after I paid the amount in full.I bought my first ring at Jared back in 2017 and regretted it a lot, especially after I heard about online stores where I could have gotten for a lower price. Fast forward to 2021 I bought a couple of pieces and my opinions changed a lot, Jared Sedona upped their game by more offerings but very good customer service.I just upgraded my engagement ring and the staff Lucy, Silva and the manager Lyndon went above and behind to get me a discount of more than 1000$ even after I paid the original. They were super patient with us which felt great.Now I definitely prefer Jared over Brilliant earth where I bought my other stuff.Their upgrade policy is excellent and I totally recommend Jared.The only con I see is that the store doesn’t change their ni store pieces. I wish they changed or rotated their in store pieces!

I went to have a ring bought elsewhere resized. When it came back, the associate and I agreed it was a little too loose. We decided to take it down one quarter size for a better fit. The parking situation is maddening and inconvenient. But once we were inside, everything else about Jared was perfect. Got both of our wedding bands and wife’s solitaire all resized and cleaned, they slid back on us just like the first time — gleaming and glittering like new. Definitely the product of painstaking, fastidious attention to detail. Amy in particular was helpful and attentive from beginning to end. A secluded play area for kids turned out to be a lifesaver for us, as otherwise it would have been impossible to keep our twin toddlers occupied. Bathrooms are clean and spacious.

My partner and I came in for our James Allen engagement ring to be remade here because Landon persuaded us that he was the right person for the job. The stellar online reviews also had us in high hopes. He replied that he was backed up due to the number of custom orders he had taken on. This gave Landon double the time that he said he would need to make our ring. Landon said it would be difficult to have the ring ready then and that he can issue us a refund if we wanted. We were confused by the sudden change of expectations. Before we could ask for the refund, Landon proposed that he could also continue working on the ring and offered us a temporary ring of similar size/shape for the engagement party. Reluctantly, we agreed on the temporary ring, thinking it may be good to finish the ring with someone we started with and had a great reputation as a jeweler. Our engagement party was celebrated without our actual ring.A couple weeks went by without any updates. We were moving out of the Bay Area in 3 weeks, and we had no idea Landon and our engagement ring would still be a factor in our lives almost 3 months after Landon promising us our ring. Informing him of our move, he said it would be ready with no problem. Weeks went by; no updates. A week away from our moving date, we asked him for our ring— he asked where we are moving to and that he will ship it to us.In the end, we left with no ring, no explanation, one “sorry” and 3 wasted months.

Just bought my engagement ring from Jared and got amazing service from Lucy Neressian. She was so thoughtful and walked us through all the different settings and diamonds fit for my taste. Her friendly approach and great personality made purchasing a ring so easy. This was actually the 6th place we went and it was an immediate yes and we found the perfect ring in 30 min. Landon (owner/GM) was just fantastic. He helped get a custom ring replicated and it looks amazing. He was responsive and available throughout the process. Clearly knows his craft and I had no idea that Jared did custom pieces. Great experience!
