He sent me a list of physical therapy services, and I picked the one close to me. Surprisingly no payments needed, all the service fee paid after the insurance company paid the settlement for the case. James Wang Law Office was originally recommended to me by my sister who had a good experience with their team 5 years ago when her and my dad had a car accident. I decided to give them a call for the accident last year around May 2023. They had been really helpful and on hand on solving my case and always following up about my chiropractor appt. and any questions I may have. My case just settled last month March 2024 and I was satisfied with the outcome result. They won’t charge you until your case have settled and they have good contracted chiropractor that can help you with your body injury if you needed one. So decided to give them a try when I got rear ended, especially when the other party was holding out-of-state insurance which was so hard to reach at the beginning. I was referred to James through my brother and I called them and got the reception to set up a consultation for me to meet with the lawyer. They made a good first impression and were very professional from the beginning so I decided to retain them to assist me with my case. At times during the case process I was a bit anxious but at least they helped me with my concerns every step of the way and felt comfort in knowing that I had their aggressive representation on my side. On the phone or by email they were also very quick to respond so that was important for me as well. I’m hoping I will never need their services again but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them.

Ive been very lucky to never have been a part of an accident or been pulled over by a cop for over 10+ years. I knew that someday that luck would suddenly run out. While driving back home after finishing my errands I had been hit by a monstrous truck (Ford F150) that was going way past the speed limit. My Tacoma ( Wayy smaller than the other drivers car.) never stood a chance after being rear ended by the other drivers vehicle. Right about ten or so minutes James called me. He was polite and very detailed, as if he is trying to paint you a picture, in how process works. After James and I hung up, I knew I had to hire him as my lawyer. After a day I inquired James to be my lawyer. I didnt bother even calling other firms. After a year later my case had finally closed.James made it very easy, even though my case was more complicated than we had thought. It was a rainy day and the person behind me did not brake in time. I called this office for some advice and was pleasantly surprised at their staff’s moral ethics. They could have sugar coated things and try to get me on board. Instead, they were honest in telling me that given the minor damage to my car I could be worse off having a lawyer since the attorney would take a cut from the case and since it was a minor scratch only to the rear bumper I could make the claim myself and ask the insurance company for medical bills to be paid. Had to put in my 2 cents for their honesty!
