My husband and I are first-time home buyers and were blown away by the care, attention, and communication that Grant Lawley, James Kim, and his team provided throughout our entire home buying journey. They were extremely responsive to every question that we had (and we had a lot!), they walked us through every step and explained everything in detail so that we understood what was happening, and they worked tirelessly to make sure everything happened smoothly and quickly. Grant was incredible and worked hard to make sure we were making an offer that was attractive, yet affordable for us and he was right there with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. James and his team were there to help us sort through all of the questions and decisions that came up in escrow and the entire team made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process! James Kim is a consummate professional. We lived in the same home for approximately 25 years, our children grew up and started their own lives, and we knew we needed to downsize. Our home was a custom build, with no real comps. James worked with us to see the value of our unique property. James was patient with us and worked on our time schedule. He didnt push us to sell before we, or our property was ready. James walked along beside us and helped us with all aspects of preparation. He always, always, responded to our questions immediately.
