He is the absolute best around! I have been seeing doctor Heinrich for years now. It all started with melanoma on my ear and he reconstructed my ear. You really can’t even tell. Everyone I have referred to see Dr. Heinrich have nothing but positive things to say!

Referred to Dr. HEINRICH for a skin graft in my ear.First appointment to evaluate my situation. Two days laterI was in the operating room. Skin graft was successful.Have had weekly and monthly visits to evaluate my progress.Progressing very good.Office staff and nurses very courteous and professional.They make you very comfortable by addressing you by your firstname, make you feel welcome.Office visits are on time, no waiting.Office very clean and neat. Reception area very soothing and calm.Dr. HEINRICH is a very professional, caring and sociable doctor.In my opinion I couldnt have been referred to a better specialistto handle my problem.Thank you.

I went to Dr. Heinrich for ENT. My first appointment I waited 35 minutes in the room waiting when I arrived on time. Apparently, I got an endoscopy, which is something that I found out when I got my bill for close to $500 for a 10 min appointment where he talked more about my adult braces than he did my sinuses, which is what I went in for. He also asked me if I had a significant other and when I said that I did, he asked which gender, and then asked if he added to the stress in my life. Ultimately, he said that he couldnt see much and ordered a CT scan. When I went in for my follow up appointment to my CT scan, he specifically asked me to go pick up the CD of my scan so that we could review it. Again, I waited in the room for a long time and when he came in, he spent 5 minutes having the same conversation about my braces and spent about 30 seconds saying that if I get another sinus infection to call and left to go to another patients room. I had to run after him to ask about the results of my scan which I went out of my way to go get and he said that it looked like I had some sinus problems, but to just call if I got a sinus infection. I have lived all over the US and one of the hardest things about relocating is finding good healthcare providers. Dr. James Heinrich is no less than amazing. I have suffered my entire life with sinus issues and since I was 17 with migraines. For the last year I have been battling chronic sinusitus and bronchitis after being treated with more rounds of antibiotics and steroids than I care to count when my husband and I relocated to SoCal and the infection came back I made an appointment with Dr. Heinrich and I couldnt be happier I did. He has amazing bedside manner and it is obvious that he cares deeply about his patients. I immediately felt a connection and level of trust with him that I havent found elsewhere. He happily answered all my questions and informed me of my options. I am now a week out of sinus surgery and I already feel so much better than I did. My husband has sleep apnea and hasnt been able to breath through his nose in a very long time. He will be having surgery with Dr. Heinrich in the coming weeks and I am excited to see how much better both of our lives become thanks to Dr. Heinrich and his team. His team also went to bat with my insurance company to get migraine treatment with Botox approved and we started that treatment today. I cant say enough amazing things about Dr Heinrich and the team. If you suffer with sinus issues or migraines I would highly recommend you go see him. I have a feeling even if I end up having to relocate again for work I will be making trips back to see him at least once a year so he can be a permanent part of my healthcare team.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Dr. Heinrich to anyone. I had to go in for a second nose surgery to fix issues a year after my first surgery and now I am experiencing a collapsed left side of my nose less than five years post operation and Dr. Heinrich wont see me without treating me as a new patient and charging me for correcting this issue which resulted from his work. Disappointed from the start and disheartening to know a once cosmetic operation has now turned into a medical issue resulting in constrained airway and breathing issues. His surgery in 2011 will result in three (two corrective) operations by 2017.

Fortunately, I was steered to Dr. James Heinrich by another physician to handle my medical issue, SCC on my face. 1st impressions are usually lasting and are usually correct! On 1st visit, Dr. Heinrich made a confidence instilling impression which I still continue to carry during my post surgery healing process. In summary, all I can say is the fate of my choice definitely turned out to be a winner, I feel good. Definitely a 5 thumbs up for Dr. Heinrich.

I went to Dr. James Heinrich for a consult on my sagging neck....We talked about the Precision TX laser .... He said that my results would be a sexy neck and that Id be happy with the outcome....Well $6500 later and my neck looked worse than before the procedure.....His answer to this problem was that everyone gets different results.....So he didnt have the knowledge to know that with my age and the condition of my skin that the laser couldnt help me and in fact made my neck worse? ?.... During my consult he talked with me like we were old friends, which gave me the impression that he was going to take good care of me ......So disappointed :( .... Be careful ! ....

I highly recommend Dr. Heinrich for your surgical procedure. From the consultation, to the office staff, billing, surgery room and anesthesia, it was the easiest and most comfortable I have ever been. Fast forward almost 3 weeks, and the results are wonderful.

Ok, this man is absolutely PERFECT; he treats his patients like personal friends and always spends time with you. He is the best doctor I’ve ever been to and I’m going to be sad when my treatment is over. This man has been a terrific mentor and a lifesaver in so many ways: you cannot go wrong with Dr. Heinrich !

I have the absolute cutest nose, thanks to Dr. Heinrich... Will be back for a little facial skin rejuvenation this fall. Big shout out to Dr. Heinrich and his amazing office staff. Thank you for my beautiful nose.
