Nice people, fast service. We were in and out in 10 mins. Its like a oil change type of process. They operate quick and you can sit in your car while they do it. And you get a FREE car wash too! So cool. Its owned by the Jamboree car wash that i always go to anyway for car washes, i didnt know they had a smog cuz whoever needs to look for smog until its required? The voicemail message for the business was funny which i can appreciate and it was super helpful so that i didnt have to talk to anyone with questions.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE ! I decided to sell my beloved 2006 Nissan 350Z Enthusiast Roadster which I have owned forever...surplus to our needs. The site where I am selling it online required me to get a current smog check. Being pretty new to Irvine I looked up smog inspection stations and this place came out ahead of the rest. In fact I phoned thinking that I would need to make an appointment like I have at other smog inspection places over the years...they can get pretty busy ! A CHEERY MESSAGE ! I listened to their recorded message telling me that there was no need to make an appointment..bring it in now, mention this message and get $20 off. The smog check will take just 15 minutes. FAIR ENOUGH ! I decided to head here over this morning hoping everything would be just like the message said. AND IT WAS ! This place was just a 10 minute drive from home and surprisingly I found it pretty easily nestled inside an industrial park. FAST SERVICE ! I saw the huge car wash and then I saw a young female employee beckon me to drive inside the work bay where she was standing. Azucena the cashier welcomed me and requested that I step out of my car. I then filled out a few details on a form. I mentioned I had heard the recorded phone message to get $20 off. Azucena introduced me to technician Rupin who would do the smog check within 15 minutes. AND SO IT WAS ! And when it was completed I paid $58....the exact amount quoted for my year model car on the recorded phone message. MUST BE THE BEST !

I saw this place recommended on Reddit. The smog check was super easy and smooth. I arrived at 12:30 on a weekday, and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes, maybe even less than 5 minutes. Would strongly recommend to others. My total was 58 bucks :)

I found out that I needed a smog check for my car. So, I checked to see if this place was available. This station is reliable and dependable for smog checks. I was pleased to find out they’re even open on Sundays. The price is very reasonable and if you go at the right time (which apparently I did), you can get right in and be done in about 15 minutes. The whole experience was fast, efficient, and professional. My car passed the test, by the way. Keep up the great work, folks. See you in two years.

Just had a perfect experience here. Staff was friendly and the shop was clean. Pulled right in no waiting. There is a sitting area with a refrigerator with bottled water and a freezer with frozen treats for the kids. I would give this place more stars if I could. It was cheeper then all the other places I have gone to in my area as well. Did I mention it was super fast??

Highly recommend this Smog and Car Wash Experience! Love their setup and extra care. They even explained to me what they did and honored the online coupon. Great job on having air and vaccum. Additionally, each station had a floor mat area to place your mats to clean them. The towels to dry your car was also an added bonus. ONLY place I could find that was open on a Sunday until 6 PM. In addition they were very fast, I was there for maybe 5 minutes. They even offered me free snacks and drinks! Cost was standard, but certainly lower than expected. Staff were polite and very efficient. You could hit this place at lunch or on your way to/from work and you wouldnt miss a beat. Granted it was not busy when I used their service. Smog certification was electronically sent to DMV, which is a bonus. I have not used the free car wash service yet, but its a nice bonus that also seems to support another business, which I love.

My car is pretty old going on about 16 years, but it’s in healthy condition since I don’t drive very much. Every time renewal comes around, I put myself into a pickle by waiting until the last minute to get that smog check. This time around, I waited until the last weekend before it was considered a late payment to complete the registration renewal, so I was in a self-induced anxious state from procrastination at its finest.Thankfully, my boyfriend had just the place I could go to. I’ve been here a few times before with him and it was finally my time for my vehicle. They have two open bays you can drive up to and there was no wait when I arrived. I was able to pull right up, fill out a short form and then wait for my car to finish.I went around the weekend where there was a major heat wave. Fortunately, they have a covered and shaded waiting area with cold refreshments and a charging station. A nice relaxing pause to your day as I waited for them to finish up, which was a quick 15-20 minutes. No hassle/fuss and the staff is friendly/helpful. Very easy and will be my go to place for smog checks!

I have given excellent reviews for my 3 vehicles in the past for awesome friendly and fast customer service but this time I need to reduce a star due to the care less attitude of a staff. The person who attended and signed the paperwork is Patel. There were no cars in the bay(s) at that time at around 9:30 AM but Patel acted as if I was bothering him when I drove up.The smog check was quick and the facility still has the comfortable waiting lounge with cold bottled water and phone charging station. They still provide free car wash after smog check at car wash next door.

First I went to Jamboree Smog and a perk is a free car wash. It is the type where you stay in your car. Unfortunately, the free one doesnt get you an inside the car cleaning, unless you do it yourself. They supply the vacuum and you provide the muscle. I think you get 15 minutes. It is great if you just want a quickie to get the majority of the dirt off. If you want more, then you have to pay.

After seeing the reviews, I thought this was a great place to go. After giving the gentleman my paperwork and stepping out of the car, he commented on my manual transmission you know how to drive a stick? I didnt think anything of it. Said yes, and sat down. My car did not pass smog which is fine, I can take it to get that fixed, but the man I talked to decided to talk down to me like a was a child. He asked if I have had work done on the car, I said no just spark plugs replaced. he then said Dont lie to my missy! First off I am a woman, almost 40, and do not need you to question my honesty in the situation. Then tells me, I need to drive my car at 55 mph for 15 min ( which I understand as too why), and says I know this will be difficult for you, but do your best. excuse me?????? I decided to not go back and will not go back even for the car wash. I took my car to another place near my house and had no such issues. The location is nice and their lounge area is relaxing, but the customer service was just something I have experienced before.

The waiting lounge was very comfortable with about six chairs and free phone chargers, free cold water and magazines. One of the better experiences Ive had with a smog check place. Most places are dishonest and will try to squeeze as much money as they can out of you. I initially failed the first test and he explained to me why I didnt pass. I was ready to pay after failing the test but to my surprise he didnt charge me. I had the issue taken care of later that day at a shop and came back again. The waiting room is welcoming and the workers are cooperative and helpful. I will definitely be coming back and recommend to everyone I know. Easy 5 stars.

I was really impressed with this place and wish I had found them sooner! They gave me the best price of any other businesses I called, had the best deal for Smog testing (pass or dont pay, whereas most other businesses will charge you again or possibly give you a second test free if you fail the first), and they had a free car wash included with vacuums for the interior!! My car also had been sitting for awhile and I had to recharge the battery, and this is the only smog shop that actually gave me a drive cycle to do for my car instead of telling me to drive for 100, 200, 1000+ miles. The guy who tested my car was also really nice, and the whole test was over in less than 10 minutes. Also super convenient location next to the 5. Found this place on yelp and google with high reviews, called in to see if they were busy and they werent, so I drove over and was in and out of the place in like 10~15 minutes. I have been doing smog test for two cars for 15 years now. The experience I had here is singularly the best I have had! I was there for *exactly* 4 minutes! The price was reasonable, and it comes with free car wash! The refrigerator in the waiting area said `free soda/water - but it was empty. :) If some drink was there, I would have given 7 stars out of 5! (In addition, for registration, DMV-Now kiosk inside the UCI campus is extremely convenient, and I got the registration sticker in just two minutes!).

Been here 3 times and my first time was okay but my second time the flooded my engine when trying to start the car and my 3rd time coming back they made we wait for 3 car even though i got here before all 3 cars and they made me wait because they said my smog takes longer. They just assume that i have no where to be i guess. So if you have an old car be prepared to wait up to 2 hours because getting new cars done is more important for them.

The testing area is made up of two converted spray wash bays. I pulled in during the early afternoon and drove right into the bay. The guys were very friendly and their price was very competitive at around 48 bucks. They have another bay area that they use as a waiting area for customers. Easy in, easy out. The way smog check is meant to be. The staff was friendly and open on Sunday. The store had 2 car test stations ports. Although it was pretty busy, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Quick and easy smog check, they had me in n out in 20 mins, for 43 bucks I believe. I showed up on a Wednesday at 11am and they werent too busy. Free soda, waters, and lollipops as well as a phone charging station. You get a free carwash with your smog check and the place next door gives an average automatic carwash and you can use their vacuums for free.

I used their service about four times and everything was great. But yesterday my experience was weird.Short story: they told my car isnt testable due to low idle RPM and I have to fix it first. The same day it passed at another station without any adjustments.Long story: I have a 98 eclipse which you have to test hot. Unluckily, that time I tested it cold due to selling rush and it failed (happened in LA). So I did a tune-up and went to drive it on I-5 South since there was little traffic. While driving, I thought it might be a better idea to test it at Jamboree Smog while the car is really hot, instead of driving back to retest in LA, being stuck in traffic and cooling down. So I drove in and was told it probably wouldnt pass again, because the previous numbers are too high, even considering it was cold. I insisted to test it anyway and later was told the idle RMP is too low and its not even testable. I was surprised because previously there were no issues like that. So I went away totally bummed, spent about 2 hours trying to get this done + now I have to figure out a new problem. But on my way back I decided to give it a try at that LA station. Alright, anyway its free, if it wouldnt pass - Ill fix everything, and if it will - huge yay!To my big surprise, the idle RPM was fine - around 800 (I use thick oil), and the minimum is 400. So we tested it and guess what, it passed! Emission numbers were pretty good for this kind of car, some of them were even lower than the average.I cant recommend this place anymore.
