I recently toured Jamboree Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga and had an outstanding experience. Diego, our guide, was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the tour and screening process. The community itself is immaculate, lush with greenery, and offers a scenic environment. Its very family-friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere. I am thrilled to have found this place and look forward to making it a home for my children and me.

Coming up on the end of our lease and for the most part we’ve loved living here anytime we have an issue Bryan comes and takes care of it asap . Apartments are nice inside and out the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because if you have more than 1 car you will never find parking and if you do it will be on the opposite side of where you live . There’s some apartments with as many as 3 cars each and they tend to save spots for each other or just never leave . Gets very frustrating especially coming home after a long day of work . Or when it’s raining . They offer to rent another garage space for $100 as if rents not enough as it is . Parking plans should have been enforced or planned out much better

From beginning to end the staff and community are amazing. I want to give a special mention about Pam, she always has a smile and is happy to see you. She also has a diligence and customer service thats truly amazing.

Love the staff!!! Everyone is super nice and they’re always very attentive. This place is great, always clean. We’re already going almost on our 3 years here.

Brian and Rene in maintenance were friendly and efficient. They were happy to not only help fix my air conditioning system back to working order in asap time, but also good at explaining everything.

I went into the Leasing Office this week for a tour and was greeted first by Bryan. My tour was given by Tatiana who was very friendly and professional. We toured the entire property which is nice. Although Tatiana couldnt accommodate me at this time, I appreciate the time she took out of her day and the professionalism she showed during our visit. Thank you again Tatiana, you are truly an asset to the team!

This community is awesome and love living here!! Going on 3 years here and renewed my lease recently, Chris Aguilar always helps me out and is a big part of me renewing. He has outstanding customer service and always on point!!! He never makes me feel like just another tenant he really cares to help. My children love the amenities here from the amazing pool, clubhouse to the new playground that has been built. Thanks for all you do Chris. - Juan Varguez

I wish I could give 5 stars but I truly can notWe have been living here a while and the grounds are kept up and the maintenance team and the leasing office staff have given 5 star service to us since day 1. Good job :-)But our issue is noise and weed smoke smell all around our unit. We live near Church/ Elm street entrance and everyday we are awaken by some jerk playing very music every single time they are coming and going in and out of their unit or garage.Also we have witnessed the same neighbors having loud fights with his wife as early as 7am or as late as 11pm just yelling and screaming. Called the leasing office so many times about this and still nothing has changed. We can’t keep our windows open because the surrounding neighbors are smoking weed. We are surrounded by people who have dogs, one neighbor lets their dog poop and peep on their patio and it sits there for DAYS. The down wind of smell from this big dog makes it impossible to keep the windows open. Our other neighbor leaves their dog inside all day when they are gone and the dog is barking for 8 plus hours a day. People are speeding all through this community and it’s scary as I Feel I have to wear a protective vest just to be seen because they’re driving so fast they could hit me just walking simply to the trashcan.But there are bonuses with living here we’ve never had a bug problem. Any issues or concerns are addressed however, the consistency of what the surrounding neighbors are doing is what makes it unfortunate because they can be told 100 times but it doesn’t seem like no repercussions happened to them because nothing ever changes. I used to love living here. It’s to convenient to shopping and entertainment. However the semantics of our surrounding neighbors has made it impossible to enjoy moments in our home.So if you wanna move here it can be great just depends on where you live in this community. However, there will be a time that you’re gonna experience a high volume of noise from your surrounding neighbors or their cars or their children. What makes it unfortunate is the fact that I have high tolerance, however I noticed that, there was a situation that happened at 4 o’clock in the morning where it looks like somebody ran into somebody’s car. There were seven cops cars here and so many people were yelling and screaming like there was a huge fight happening. Everybody was outside looking at this and ironically, the community managers never addressed it, but it was huge ordeal. But that’s some of the things that you could deal with living here. It has its benefits the community offers discounted tickets to movies or bingo games or Easter egg hunts or barbecues, free cupcakes or cookies all types of fun things but it’s like feeling like they’re putting a Band-Aid on a gunshot wound because there’s a lot of things that need to be addressed and it just feels like people don’t care and it shows

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience in this apartment. The management team is friendly and helpful. The community is quite and well-maintained, creating a peaceful environment. I’m grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home.This is my second review for Jamboree Apartments & Townhomes, and once again, they have exceeded my expectations. While I was away on vacation, I requested the team to water my plants, which is not typically within their responsibilities. Despite this, they kindly took care of my plants on both the dining table and balcony. The staff here is incredibly thoughtful and professional. Their willingness to go the extra mile is truly commendable. I highly recommend Jamboree Apartments & Townhomes to anyone looking for a caring and supportive community.

I recently applied for these apartment homes from day one I was greeting by one of there great staff members Cody! He was really great helped walk me through the process and literally made my life easier when answering alot of the questions I had. I love my apartment I’m very pleased with my choice I would definitely recommend these for anyone looking to move.in the area!
