Really great experience with Jamacha storage! The 1 year guaranteed price sold me because of all the reviews I read about other places raising costs by crazy amounts after a few months. I came in today to get my unit set up and both the gentlemen in the office were SO nice. The manager and Chad were very warm and friendly and made everything super easy. I was given a tour of the facility and shown my unit. The buildings are extremely clean and feel very secure. The price point is also a steal! So happy I found this place - I highly recommend it to anyone looking for storage!

Jamacha Point is an excellent facility! I have been with them almost 11 years! And since I completely filled my current 10x10 unit, I got a new 10x5 to alleviate any stress. And Chad was super cool and although was relatively a new employee, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

There are ONLY 2 reasons I didnt give 5 stars. The access is only until 6:30 PM.They don’t have a place/access for charging your phone. (And we all know that in 2024, we require a phone to do any and everything. Especially during a stressful move)So,Caveat !! The shorter hours discourage the RiffRaff and Shenanigans and make the entire experience so much better than most storage units.There are MANY reasons to rent here. I discovered them by default in 2017 and have recommended them to many who appreciate a CLEAN and SAFE storage experience.I want to give a shout out to Chad at the front desk, who was very knowledgeable and empathetic about the stressful soft (nobody loves moving or storing stuff)I was a puddle, a mess and though it was not his problem and there was NOTHING he could do to help, he was very professional and empathetic about my sobbing in the front office for lack of anyplace else to do it.Poor guy. He didn’t deserve that.You should probably have a PHD in psychology to work here.Thanks Chad, You deserve a raise!!

This place is awesome. They go to the ends of the Earth to be able to assist you in the best way possible ..its not a one fit for everybody and they understand that. Ohhhhh, and let me not forget... They give you 10 days past your due date before you incur a late charge. (If only my landlord were so forgiving, I wouldnt have needed a storage. ) Hey, does all that packing and unpacking have you parched.. no worries they got you covered with free ice cold water and even coffee for those strange people that drink it when its hot.vI could go on and on.. I viewed many storage facilities in Spring Valley before I found Jamacha Point Self Storage. This was by far the nicest/cleanest/safest storage facility in the area. Jorge was amazing! He was very helpful and friendly. When I realized the original unit I held was not the right size to meet my needs he quickly found another at an ever better price. Amazing staff. Front desk was very helpful and very informative. Location has great prices and security features. Facility is incredibly clean and up kept well. They provide large carts for moving items to the units that are indoors and very clean and large elevators for getting stuff up stairs. The prices were very affordable and offered very good deals for the first few months. And no one can complain about a years locked price. The location for us was very convenient and easily accessible. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have been using Jamacha point self storage for a few years. Never had a problem. Its pretty simple really, pay your bill every month and you dont have a problem. I wish they would continue their military discount for veterans. I live on my Military disability and it would really help if they honored that discount for vets.

Very clean and organized facility. Enjoyed chatting with Vidal and Raylene. The tenants were really nice. There were alot of church people and military personnel moving their possessions in and out of the complex. I really appreciated the bathrooms and refreshment bar in the office. This place is well run. The lobby and office and maintenance closet were very clean. My storage unit was a 10x30 with a high security lock and timer light. Staff was friendly, informative, courteous and respectful. I would definitely rent here again if Im ever in the area again. This self storage. I thougcompassion for customers. I was soooooo wrong. They find every ways to add more charges to your storage. Like raising your storage price . Storage is $ 324. Adding a 10.00 protection plan. Basically you are paying company liability insurance that is required for owner to provide in running a business. Apparently, Yadira called me and explained the protection plan and its still in force to pay. But she was kind to work something out. Allowing me to decide what I should do. Keep my storage or move.
