Jagger helped me and my family rent our home in Hermosa Beach and was nothing but professional, responsive, communicative, and helpful in all aspects of the process.Jagger connected us with the proper sub-contractors to help in every issue we had in the house. He was active in helping prep the house for showings, making sure that the place was spotless so that it was showed in its best form.Biggest thing that stands out to me about working with Jagger was the attention to detail. The small yet effective changes we made to the house made a gigantic difference in the overall outlook of the place and I can safely say that Jagger was a big reason if not the biggest reason this process went so smoothly.If you are looking at renting or selling your place, I cant speak more highly of Jagger and his work ethic.

Jagger is excellent at what he does, and were so glad we had him through this home-buying process. He knows the area, knows the angles, is great during a home tour and navigates a negotiation process really well. Plus, hes a really great guy who is enjoyable to work with. I am likely one of the toughest clients any realtor will have (Im super picky, detail oriented and need to have an angle/deal) --- Jagger delivered on all accounts with an off-market listing he sourced via his local connections. We worked with Jagger for 6 months to find our first home and its been an amazing experience. Selling any house has its challenges, but selling your mother’s house—the house you grew up in—has the potential to be particularly stressful and emotional. Thankfully, we had Jagger in our corner when faced with this situation. Simply put, if there’s a realtor’s equivalent to a doctor’s ‘bedside manner,’ then Jagger is a master at it. He brings his genuine self to every conversation, and always has his client’s best interest at heart. As for experience and qualifications, Jagger’s industry knowledge and experienced-based insights helped me make educated decisions in a timely manner. Midway through the sale, the real estate market took a rather volatile turn, but that didn’t faze Jagger. He made minor adjustments to the sales strategy while remaining steadfastly determined to get us the best price possible. Jagger managed to find me a rental and then sold me a house 12 months later in Mar Vista in the Culver West neighborhood. After only 2 months of looking he was able to find me an off-market listing in Mar Vista that was perfect for my needs. He navigated all of the inspections for me and coordinated a time with seller to vacate before my lease was up. It’s not easy managing both sides of a deal but he made me feel like I was properly represented the entire time.
