In 2023, we made the big decision to move out of the US with our two young children. We needed to be out of our home by mid-, ideally with our Whitney Ranch home sold and proceeds in pocket. We planned to quit both of our jobs, so we needed the funds from the home sale to financially jumpstart our new life overseas. Needless to say - the assignment was time sensitive and VERY important.We first met with Jacqueline in January 2024 and by our second meeting in early February, we had already marked out dates for staging our home, photos and video to be taken, marketing materials to be prepared and a listing date of mid-April, with an open house that weekend, targeting a close by early June.And we got it all done! Jacqueline’s vast knowledge of the Whitney Ranch home inventory and history was key to getting this all done within our very specific constraints. She was a steady partner throughout the whole process, providing sound advice, calming our worries and keeping us on target. As I write this, we are settling into our new home, absolutely thankful that we could pursue this dream.Jacqueline helped us cross a major item off of our bucket list and we will always be grateful for her help.

Working with Jacqueline was truly the best real estate experience Ive ever had in my life. She continually went above and beyond my exceptions, and was consistently communicating with me every step of the way. She truly made selling the home easy, was an expert on the matter, and presented herself with the utmost level of professionalism. We went from discussing potentially selling our house, to a quick and seamless to market experience, and a quick and painless closing. Im not sure that 5-star is enough for the experience I had selling my house with Jacqueline. I would and will recommend her to ever single person I know!

Jacqueline was the ultimate professional. She made sure our trips up to Sacramento to look at homes were filled with lots of choices in different areas. As she learned more about our needs, she homed on the locations/houses that she felt were the best fit; we went from having a few favorites to having multiple choices. Jacqueline does an excellent job of truly understanding the buyers needs. Not only did she remain fully & engaged & present through the entire process, she continued to do so after the sale was complete!Truly the best experience I have ever had dealing with a realtor. She didn’t just make sure my Mom found a house, she was fully dedicated to finding her a home!!! A++++ service ! Would use her again ten times over & recommend her to ANYONE that wants a top notch Agent!

Jacqueline was a pleasure to work with in helping our family find a new home in the Sacramento area. Our first appointment was very impromptu (Zillow request) since we were trying to squeeze in house-hunting during our kids’ Spring Break (therefore two little ones in tow). First impression: Jacqueline greeted us with thoughtful treats for the kids (it’s the little things) and was able to show us a handful of homes in the short amount of time we had. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew the ins/outs of the neighborhoods we were interested in. This was helpful since we were not living in the area. Jacqueline helped us with a home FaceTime tour, she responded very quickly to phone calls/texts/emails, and offered great advice/suggestions during the entire process. Before my husband and I could completely agree on what was a non-negotiable must-have, Jacqueline already had an idea on what best suited our lifestyle! She was genuine and really looking out in our best interest. She was in tune in helping us come up with a reasonable offer to make on a home. We especially loved how well she was able to negotiate for us. She went above and beyond to answer ALL our questions (even those that should have been directed to the title company and/or lender). Once we were in escrow on ‘the’ home, we entrusted her to do the final walk-thru. We trusted her from beginning to end. Her entire team rocked and was very thorough once we were in contract. It was her first time working with the title company and lender we used and yet, it was a seamless process. Jacqueline did her due diligence to get it all done! We couldn’t be happier!

From the moment we met Jacqueline, we knew she was the right agent for us! She is very professional and knowledgeable in what we were looking for! Her follow through and communication is exceptional! Purchasing a home is stressful in its own way, but adding relocation adds another aspect! Jacqueline was right there every step of the way! Jacqueline was such a joy to work with! This was a first time home buying experience for my husband and me so we didnt know what to expect, what the process was or who we could trust. We moved from the bay area and had no connections in Sacramento so my lender connected me with Jacqueline. She was on top of things from the start, got us viewing homes only a day after we connected, very accommodating of our travel time (and traffic), really easy to get ahold of day and night, very aware of our needs and situation, followed up consistently and was incredibly patient in answering all of our first-timers questions. All-in-all a great experience!
