2023-04-23 17:35:25This review no way reflects the customer service part of the tax services. Although the preparer was courteous and professional, everything else about the services was lacking. Location and “office” area was terrible at best. In front of the Walmart bathrooms with the feel of a stock room, dingy and dirty..it’s hard to recover from a first impression such as this. And, although I gave it the benefit of the doubt, I was very disappointing in the overall services, and the time it took.
