My name is Cali and today my mother Erica was served by Melody Allen. Melody Allen was very approachable. My Mother just showed up, she didn’t have an appointment but Melody, just smiled and said, how May I help you. She was very professional, took my mom right away and it didn’t take long. My mom does not have any independents since we are all grown now! My mom only had 1 form and a receipt from her church of all her contributions. We were sure my mom was going to owe this year. But with Melody’s hardwork and effort, my mom got something from the federal and state. Melody is so sweet and professional and when she smiles, it lights up the whole room. We will be back again next year and will tell all our friends! Melody got the job done in less than an hour and we was on our way. I was welcome to come in for service, I was asked will you like to have a seat I gave them my W2 form and went to work I was done in 35 minutes I was satisfied with credit points and the amount that I was going to receive Jackson Hewitt made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. I made an appointment with Maria Rodriguez at the Lakewood Jackson Hewitt office. She spent a lot of time explaining the mechanics of filing taxes. I was very satisfied and left feeling reassured that my taxes were well handled.
