Ordered 3 items and my order was wrong. The wait wasn’t too bad but I prefer it to be if it means I get what I paid for. No spicy good good at this location. Would have given at least 4 stars if my order was right I got nuggets I ordered stuffed jalapeños.

We were using the cal ebt card and my friend didnt have hot food usage for the card so we couldnt get our food and we started pulling away and the nice lady called us back we put it in reverse and she said F- it you could have the food anyways Arrow and lone hill next to Arco that was so nice what a great emp promote her to the top of the food chain I say . Let her be manager or better yet dist manager regional manager. Like I once was for another corporation years ago

This place is exactly what youd expect from this brand. They can be found almost everywhere in the continent. The people who continue to perform their duties at a rate not appropriate for their contribution to this companys profit. The food is what I expected. Pay someone to clean the area around the building to owners.

I love their bacon burgers in sourdough. They have the absolute best shakes ever. I love the strawberry shakes. The same with their egg rolls theyre absolutely delicious and as good as or actually better than some of the Chinese restaurants in the high desert. I just wish theyd give us some coupons

I got the spicy tenders combo about 2 days ago, and the food was fine, but the size of the tenders were the size of chicken nuggets. So tonight I wanted to get 6 spicy tenders because the first three were to small. The lady at the window charged me for 2 combos but only gave me one fry. They also didn’t get me my drink. So for $19 dollars I got 6 chicken nugget sized tenders and one medium fry.

Your ads for the ribeye burger if misleading. It shows Mayo and cheese but when we ordered it at the San Dimas store it was dry and had no cheese. . Either it was the store that doesnt know how to fix it or the burger doesnt come with that stuff. Very dry and we werent impressed.J. CORSON

OK for a quick meal especially late at night. March 2023 seems like the employees were running around in circles there was a water leak in the store by the soda machine and they were 6 minutes overdue on my online order. My curly fries were lukewarm & my fish sandwich was nothing special It only had tartar sauce and lettuce no pickles no cheese & not much flavor. At least the McDonalds fish has pickles & cheese! I only came here after years away to get my free MINT MOBILE shake! I didnt get a receipt so Im hoping I get my points? This is the closest fast food to my house and Ive been here 8 years and this is my first trip to Jack in the box! Previously I used to go there often when I lived in Corona and they are right around the corner but I thought for food became greasy & I quit going! I was not impressed on this visit! The owners reply was a joke! I did not have a good time! My fries were cold & my fish sandwich did not have much flavor & was over cooked! I had to ask for a side of pickles to get some flavor from the sandwich! Also Im on the mobile app when you order you cant specify dine in so youre not wasting bags! Went thru the drive thru to get my son fries. Fries and staff were great. Just wish I felt safer visiting this l Iocation. There is a growing homeless situation that is now turning to be pretty frightening. Was approached in the drive thru, in the dark by a man asking for money. It was starling to say the least. And I am sure that no driver wants to run someone over that they cant see. Out right dangerous.

If your a fan of Jack in the Box tacos you know the taste that keeps you coming back time an again well you may notice the filling inside your tacos at this Location seems a little under stuffed then usual, is it the resturant is trying to save money? Maybe its the cook on at the time I ordered just not preparing properly? Who knows, but the taste didnt disappoint and thats what I came for. So enjoy the price and the taste of these addictive tacos, as for the filling amount ... Seems hit or miss. Enjoy

Came at 10:50pm and tried to order our meals the lady taking our order made us wait at least 5 min before saying anything and was very rude when answering. She had gotten the sandwich wrong that we were ordering and we tried to correct her. She gave us major attitude and talking back to us. Then had us wait another 5 min before finishing our order. Then when we got to the window she gave us our food and drinks took our card for payment and threw away our receipt without asking us if we wanted it. She didn’t have a name tag so I don’t know her name and she closed the window before I could ask for my receipt. Was not too happy with what I experienced.

I order spicy chicken sandwich from drive thru and when i took my first bite at home it was awful, something obviously wrong with the chicken. I called them and explain about the sandwich, and they told me to come back or stop by anytime for a replacement, they took my number and name.. after two weeks, I go back for my sandwich and they didnt have my name on the list and they looked at me as I was trying to get a free meal. I walked away, embarrassed and told them to forget about it. Lesson learned, you need to keep your receipts, plus the person who I talked to on the phone didnt do her job correctly..

Found a moving worm on my taco. Ill never eat here again. When my wife called the store, their response was to call back because nobody there could help her. She then emailed the main corporate office, they emailed her back and said call us even though she left her number. My wife did call back and they asked if we wanted another taco. We politely declined and just wanted them to know. Hopefully they check their food so nobody gets sick!

We ordered 20 ORDERS OF TACOS.... after correcting the cashier when he only tang up ONE order, he ended up only charging for 10 orders... Had to wait in line AGAIN to correct HIS mistake. Yoseline or Joseline was the cashier, she was superb. Handling orders fast and sufficient I believe she was covering both front and drive thru at the same time, leaving everyone satisfied. I mustve seen 3 cars from drive thru and two customer from front go by the time I drank my water. Im sorry I didnt order anything but she made sure I was given water without a snip or snarl and that deserves respect.
