Today was my third visit to this dental office. I moved to the area last summer, and have felt welcomed from the start. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have also had a great experience with the dental hygienist. She is thorough and knowledgeable. I have TMJ, so I need to take breaks every so often. She is very understanding and patient.

The staff are wonderful. Every person, especially the dental hygienist Julia, were extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. They took the time to make me feel welcome, answered my questions, and cleaned my teeth so well! I left feeling like a brand new person!

Dr. Romero has been my dentist for close to twenty years. I was one of his first patients when he came to Sun City. He is an excellent, knowledgeable dentist. The last two teeth cleaning visits I saw a new dentist. I was not informed about the new dentist until the end of my teeth cleaning. I want to stay with Dr. Romero. I feel Dr. Romero should service his loyal, long-term patients. The new dentist should service new patients. On future visits I will request Dr. Romero.

I haven’t had a good dental visit in years. Dr. Romero, the hygienist (Julie) and the Front Office lady who reviews the insurance plans are all exceptional. They went above and beyond by being honest, thorough, and professional. I love that each one of them took the time to make sure I was given the best service a dental office can provide. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone who has been taken advantage of by other dental offices. This dental office is a keeper!!!! 👍😊

I love coming here and I have had some not so good experiences at the dentist. I feel so comfortable and welcome. I also really like how things are explained to me and they take the time to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. My first cleaning here was amazing! I Called around for immediate need to see a Dentist for a badly infected loose tooth (extremely painfull). Could only get appt for this Thurs. Called Dr Romeros office and they got me in at 10am today. Excellent service from staff to begin with. Then Dr Romero came in and only took care of what I needed....this never happens, they usually want to up sale you. Looking forward to him taking care of my husband and I. Oh and Im EXTREMELY picky when it comes to Drs, especially Dentist!!

My experience was above and beyond my expectations! I’m a new patient and from my first phone call to my first appointment was absolutely a 5+ star rating! The front office staff is amazing and so sweet! My dental hygienist was so attentive and explained everything thoroughly! Loved her! Had a short visit with Dr. Romero and he too was very down to earth and very informative about future work needed as I’m currently pregnant and have to wait until my bundle arrives. Overall absolutely no complaints. Entire staff is professional and friendly! Great location and cleanliness was A+I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you!Update! Its been five years since I entered Dr. Romeros dentists office for the first time in 2018. Over the past five years, I got such good care from Dr. Romeros office. I tend to be a nervous wreck going to the dentist. I just started seeing Dr. King and encountered my first cavities (ugh so scary!). I was very anxious going in but she really put me at ease! She explained everything well and the process was painless. I ended up having a complication with a filling due to my Invisalign. I have had awesome experiences with Dr. Romero. Ive had a few fillings, crowns recapped and teeth pulled. He is caring, very detailed in explaining and does great work. His staff is also very friendly, great chair side friendly help, and positive to work with. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful either explaining dental insurance, appointments and everything else. I just moved so I hated switching dentists, but things have been extremely positive since moving to Menifee. Now I half wish Id moved sooner, but its silly to move just to switch dentists :D.

I highly recommend Dr Romeo’s office. I decided to give this dentist a shot at it after a very unpleasant experience at my last dentist. I spoke with Emily first to make the appointment explained that my denture broke from dropping it. Emily gave me an idea what the cost would be I made the appointment made the appointment and met with Dr Romero very nice dentist and very thorough and knowledgeable I felt very comfortable with my entire experience this honestly restored my faith in a great dentist and office staff. Excellent Dental Practice!I was looking for a family dentist who cared about the patient! So many of the ‘corporate’ medical & dental offices are so concerned over profits they forget about the patients care! I came on Facebook and asked for a dentist who cared, who would think about patients first, and whose staff would be kind . Doctor Romero came highly recommend. Well, you could have knocked me over! My first visit and Dr. Romero’s practice is exactly what I was told it was. They are awesome, professional, care about their patients, and amazing! 4☆ Great customer service, got me in right away. No wait time brought back exactly at scheduled time. Went here because I had discomfort on right side of my mouth not sure what tooth or gum issue. Long story short I have bad anxiety, hadnt been to the dentist in 9 yrs when i had been sedated & had entire mouth worked on in 2 days. Everyone was patient with me even with xrays which normally I gag and puke. Dentist came in looked at my xrays, mouth, asked a few questions, blew air on my gums said I needed deep scrape cleaning for plaque/tarter. No cavity or infections. The less star is basically because the dentist recommended this procedure but said you need to find a dentist that does sedation. When I asked for a recommendation because we have operating engineers he said I dont know call your insurance and see what they say. Wish I got more help in finding a reputable sedation dentist especially if being recommended to go this route. Also picked this dentist because on their website it talks about anxiety and girl on the phone said they could provide something like triazolam for procedures. Good note the $20 toothpaste works great and teeth sensitivity is improving 😁

I went to see Dr. Romero after having a really bad experience at another dentist office. This was my first visit to his office. I was amazed at how quiet and relaxing their office was that day. Emily, in the front office made me feel like she cared about me...the person. They did a full mouth of xrays and then Dr. Romero came into the office. I have to say he also made me feel like he truly cared. Never have I had a dentist spend that much time with me without even knowing if I was going to be coming back. My visit was basically to get a second opinion. He went over all of my paperwork with me. Spent a lot of time asking about my health issues, which is very important for older patients like me. He looked over every single xray. He shared some very important information with me about my osteoporosis and my teeth issues. My last dentist never looked at my health form. In all honesty, he pretty much gave me the same diagnosis as my last dentist with a few tweeks, but believe me, Dr. Romero is my new dentist. Hooray. After all these years I feel like a finally found an office that isnt just about the money and treats their patients with care and respect.

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless.He was recommended to me by a distant family member as I just moved from Hawaii to Canyon Lake just under a year ago. I went in for an assessment requesting an overall plan for us to follow over time and they provided exactly what I asked for. Dental hygienist Shaina was very good. Personable and precise in her work. Would highly recommend. Dr. Romeo is an excellent dentist. My wife and I and other family members are very satisfied with the work hes done. He does not push expensive work on the patient if its not necessary, but he will advise to quickly address a problem if it is evident or may cause issues in the near future.

I Absolutely Love the entire staff at this place! We just moved here from Texas and everyone here has made our family feel so welcomed! Even our 6 year old loves coming here! It’s large enough that it has all the equipment that a large, commercial, dentist office will have, but still has a family feel. Dr. Romero is great and his staff is awesome as well. Many of my friends recommended this dentist, so I made an appointment for a consultation and hoped for the best since I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past. I could not be happier. The office staff was genuine, caring, helpful and friendly. Dr. Romero was very cordial, efficient and straight forward. He did NOT up-sell or push procedures. He listened to me, to my concerns. and to my financial situation. I felt like he was very competent. I will return to him for further evaluation and for dental crowns.UpdateOver a year ago I went back for crowns. The experience was awful. I would now rate his service as a 1.Romero was doing two crowns at once, the anesthesia or painkiller ran out and he didnt notice and I had to tell him, he used a laser or something to burn part of my gum so the crown would fit and it hurt like heck, he hit me accidentally on the top of my head (No kidding). It took me almost a year to get up enough nerve to find another dentist. Ive never ever been afraid of dentists or experienced that kind of pain. I now have a new dentist who doesnt try to sell me special discount deals. Shes already reasonably priced without any gimmicks. Dr. Romeros prices are high. Shes gentle, and I have not experienced any pain. But I will have to have one of the crowns Romero did fixed since it is not sitting correctly according to my current dentist. So now I have to pay to have his work fixed. Dont go there.

They show concern for how you are feeling and make sure you are comfortable. They explain the dental procedures that are going to be done and make sure you understand before starting. Dr. Romero found I had a bigger problem as two of my teeth needed a root cannel and caps. I have gone to Dr. Romero for over five years and would recommend him highly. His hygienist, Bree, is warm, efficient and helpful. As are all of his staff, including his assistant, Karen. I dont believe you could find a better dentist in the area.
