In a day and age of talking to computers and chatbots, I had an excellent experience with a live person regarding a cooler still under warranty. I did not realize my cooler was still under warranty and had an independent repairman come out. He said he was unable to fix it and told me it was no longer under warranty. Right away, a representative from Cellar Pro called to tell me it was under warranty and helped me get a replacement unit and return the one that had stopped working. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again!

Good company, GREAT product and even more important, Amazing customer service. Most companies tend to ignore you after sales, but not these guys.As a matter of fact, Marty (CS Rep) went above and beyond to assist us calibrate the unit and set it for perfect working condition.Marty, thank you for being patient with us and assist us in getting our unit back to perfect working condition.A true 5-Star company all around.

A great experience with IWA. We had a device that was purchased from IWA. Over time it started having issues. When I contacted IWA, they asked a few questions and without hesitation, sent the needed part along with a video showing me how to install the new part.In only a couple of days, I received the needed part and was able to install it with ease.This company has great customer service people and processes and I highly recommend them.

Everything was fine the only suggestion is the first time buyers coupon code was not found until after transaction completed, would be nice to have that appear at check out in appropriate box. I could have missed it but i found it after payment was completed.

In an era where most companies have little interest in providing personal service, IWA stands out as a beacon of hope. I recently contacted them, via email, with a minor problem, a missing screw in my estate wine opener, and they reacted as though I was the only and most important customer. Not only was their response immediate, even though they are located in CA and I am in DE, but the missing part was in the mail immediately.Thank you IWA.

Customer service and Bruce were great! So helpful and the follow through (which I was not expecting in this day and age, as you typically dont get it anymore. A thing of the past. But I was pleasantly surprised) were fabulous!The catalog looks great and hope everything I ordered looks just like it!Cant wait for my order to arrive!

This company provided one of the best customer services I have ever had! A chat with a representative (Dave) was followed up with emails. He searched out my past orders, found the items I was looking for (even a discontinued item) and eventually placed the order for me. He could have stopped after the chat, but he went more than the extra mile. I would give more than 5 stars if possible and I will order from them again!!
