We hired ITZ Networks to upgrade our technologies in our Sports Bar, they were amazing! they installed our secured network for our Point of Sales and Guest WiFi where our customers check-in with Facebook, installed our security cameras with remote view, and more importantly they did what they called Matrix TV Switching for our 6 TVs, we can now display all the games with an easy way to control it. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

ITZ fixed our offices internet after trying multiple other vendors/fixes. We are so relieved to have working internet now and havent had any issues at all since ITZ last visited. Zac was so knowledgeable, put our minds at ease and made the changes we didnt know we needed to get and keep our internet running smoothly. Thank you so much, ITZ!

Zacs attention to detail and assistance choosing the right system made the process easy. He and his team were quick to install with no problems. Highly recommend iTZ!UPDATE: Zacs lack of customer service is mind boggling, even when theres revenue attached to. I would highly recommend finding another service provider. This company is over capacity and unable to care for the customers it has -- as see I previously raved about their service and ability. That is no longer the case.Buyer beware.

I sought a professional to help install a closed security system for my home. We interviewed three firms, and Zac stood out for his meticulousness and willingness to work in a collaborative manner. While Zacs business is comprised primarily of commercial projects, he brought the same level of diligence and professionalism to our residential engagement. He lent his expertise and input at all stages - from choosing the technology, to placement of hardware, throughout the installation, and even in the post-sale technology support. To summarize, Zac and his team at iTZ Networks were knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Ive recommended his service to a few friends already and will continue to do so.

I hired Zac and iTZ Networks to install some Ubiquiti networking equipment and finish up some ethernet wiring that had been unterminated by the contractors that renovated our new home. They mostly did a good job, they were quick and efficient and communication was good. My complaints are 1) markup on networking equipment over street price was quite high, and 2) the mechanical installation of the rack equipment I purchased from them was rushed, a bit slapdash, and will have to be redone at some point.

Zac is a pleasure to work with. He procured all the equipment needed for our office and installed it. When we had tech issues that I couldnt resolve myself, he came to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Hes always super responsive and explains how the equipment works in great detail. I highly recommend his services!

Working with iTZ Networks has helped me solve my IT (camera installation, wireless bridge, wireless system throughout our warehouses, FOB installation, and an intercom system that allow us to communicate with our receiving area) problems with such ease. Zac is thorough, exact, and goes the extra mile making sure the installation is working at its optimum. On any given installation Zac will give options that are well thought out. Options and ideas that help us (Veritable Vegetable) move ahead using the most up-to-date technology. If I have any questions, Zac will take the time and walk me through the entire process. Hes the best contractor I have worked with in the past 13 years in the IT world. I cannot say enough here. iTZ Networks is the BEST IT company to work with in the Bay area. They are amazing at what they do!!

I had a great experience with ITZ Networks. My apartment building intercom crashed and Zac came out to assess the situation and get a replacement for the intercom unit expediently. His work is detailed oriented and the price is right. High quality experience at a good value.

Zac is about as professional, knowledgable and courteous as they come. He solved our Wi-Fi issues by installing a high performance mesh network that provides seamless internet connectivity throughout our home in San Francisco. On the odd occasions, when Comcast updates impact our network performance, Zac has always made time to pay us a visit and re-configure our systems so everything is once again running smoothly. Weve done business with ITZ for the last couple of years. Zac and his team have done a phenomenal job with all of our network and camera installations. Hes installed our cameras, cloud network switches, amplifiers, speakers, ran networking cables, fiber cables, you name it. ITZ can handle anything IT related for our Cafes (Coupa Cafe).They take pride in what they do, and make sure to do a good job every time. This is why we keep coming back to them after every project (weve done about 8 projects so far and have more planned in the near future).

Great service. Made the time to come out when other have flaked.We were looking for an option to provide connectivity for the house without having to open the walls and Zac came up with a solution using the existing coaxial layout. Good support and fast communication.

I have used iTZ Networks for the past 3 years and they satisfy all my companys needs.An example of jobs they have gone above and beyond for us:- installation of security cameras, the remote monitoring has saved me lots of time.- Mesh system wifi in the office.- Number plate camera in the car park.- 180 deg camera in the stock room. I can check how much stock I have on my shelf at any time.- router upgrade. The internet has not dropped since.Zac is a true gentleman and professional. No matter how big or small the job if its important to the customer Zac allways gives 100%. These situations are just a small sample if the exellance of iTZ networks. Zac has completed job that others said where too hard. I highly recommend iTZ Networks.

The best price for a professional camera system. Got the license plate reader too. Dont let the others fool you when they say that night vision cameras are good for license plates. One vendor tried to say the photo could be enhanced--BS. Zac was spot on with his install.
