Our small business has been with ITS for 11 years. They recently guided me through a stressful transition when we were short staffed and needed to upgraded our phone and fax systems. The staff patiently answered all my questions before, during, and after. They are responsive when we call them. We are very pleased with the new systems.

Stephine Powers was so patient and, kind and, spent a long time trying to get my email set up. It took an hour to set it up and, she was excellent and, never made me feel bad. The process was complicated and, my browser gave me issues. She is smart, kind and, educated about her job and, the process in general and, professional. What an asset shw is to your company.

I cant say enough about ITS and the excellent, over-the-top customer service we have received! Every time we call we are met with friendly, expeditious service. Kevin and Shelly have gone out of their way to help us every time we have a question or need assistance. ITS is not only reliable but they understand the true meaning of customer service. I HIGHLY recommend ITS!

We have had great service with ITS. They are very responsive when called with always a pleasant and professional demeanor. We are an accounting firm that depends on our internet to exist and depend on ITS to keep us running. We have had other IT servers before and by far this firm has been the best. They never leave you hanging!! We are grateful to them.

ITS has been incredibly helpful in assisting me and my work in the use of their computer-based telephone client. I received personal assistance from one of their technicians David Moro who was able to help me identify multiple issues and ultimately helped me get my phone line working. ITS has been professional and helpful in every aspect and I genuinely feel like their employees make real effort to be personable while offering top quality support.

Choice Hospice Care has been a customer with ITS for about 6 months. The entire experience has been great. From the initial consultation with Kevin, to the implementation with Jeff, Sam, Bella and the entire team. I would recommend using ITS for any company’s IT and phone needs.

Our company was referred to ITS from another business who spoke highly of their customer service and products. When our old analog phones were becoming extinct, we contacted ITS and are so grateful we did! At the moment COVID shut down businesses in CA, ITS jumped into hyper drive and hooked up our employees with remote access with both phones and their computers. The reps and support is unparalleled. Our company highly recommends working with ITS.

I am not sure how I learned about ITS - Perhaps it was James Bayer (sales) and his polite persistence. He kept calling me back and emailing me no matter what excuse I gave him. I had a contract with the local phone company but James persisted. He waited until my contract expired and signed me up. What a great guy to work with. He is the best! I was not looking forward to the set up because we had a PBX system and personalized voice directions that I did not want to replicate. When it came to the install - I was not even at the office - something came up. Shelly came in and took care of EVERYTHING. I didnt have to do anything. Came to work the next day and it was all taken care of with no stress on me or my staff. The phone system has been great also. I have heard from other people that the change over to VOIP is difficult and takes 6 months to iron out. Not so with ITS. I was good that same day. If you do have to call for customer service, it is great. Easy to get through and knowledgeable personnel. I am sure glad I am rid of the big phone company (starts with an F).

My company has used ITS for exactly a year now & the service has been great. I usually deal with one rep but if he isn’t available everyone else is very knowledgeable & my problems are fixed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend you use this company for your IT services!
