I had an excellent experience with this computer shop. My laptop was in pretty bad shape when I brought it in, but the team here worked their magic and made it look and perform like it was brand new! The repair process was quick and efficient, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood what was happening with my laptop. I would highly recommend this computer shop to anyone in need of computer repairs or upgrades. Thank you so much for your amazing work!

Excellent service....Right when I walked in I was helped immediately. customer service was amazing, very caring and explained any questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable. I must say that Roy is the best technical person one can hope for. He has solved all of my problems and has given me instructions on working with my computer. I strongly recommend him for all of your computer needs. You will certainly be pleased. He also makes house calls in addition to having his company in Reseda.

I had an emergency problem with my computer the night before Christmas Eve and the technician was willing to come in and help me the morning of Christmas Eve. He was very friendly, kind and helpful. He was immediately able to diagnose the problem and fixed the computer within an hour. Great Place. Great Service. Highly recommend coming here, especially if you have a custom built PC

Roy did an amazing Job on my new gaming PC. I had an issue with the internet/WiFi drivers when I was building my PC. I found Roy’s place online and went to him and dropped off my PC. The next day the PC was up and running ready for some Gaming. Thank you again Roy.

Certainly recommend iTech. I found them off of google search. I own an insurance agency with several computers. Last week we had issue with two Lap tops. Roy showed up at the office and while I was doing my own work in my office, he fixed both lap tops and installed the required parts. Great friendly customer service and very professional. I will definitely use his service again. His fees are very reasonable too!

I highly recommend iTech onsite computer repair. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, and I had the laptop back and working 24 hours later. He taught me some new ways to organize my work, some shortcuts, and more. The price was very reasonable. He was also a delightful person!

Very good experience. I was just wanting to get productive again with my desk top PC. It was done within a very reasonable amount of time in my case same day. I know that not everything gets done same day. I also left with much more knowledge about my computer . They made sure I knew what changes where made and that I knew how to find my files not just take my money and here is your PC. I highly recommend iTech.

Quick and easy - Explained Exactly what needed to be done to my custom computer and walked me through every step of the way.
