-5 BEWARE, the absolute worst service, repair took over two and a half nearly 3 months, only to find out theyre not forthcoming. Computer Pros, did not repair it with new parts used and damaged parts. Unfortunately COMPUTER PROS dont stand behind their product or workmanship. Bad business practices. DEFINITELY NOT COMPUTER PROS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR BUY A NEW DEVICE .

IT-Tech Pros has been servicing our small business IT needs for about 3 years and have been fabulous. From day one they were consummate professionals and extremely responsive. They set up our entire IT infrastructure, network, cloud server, procured new PCs, and new voip system in parallel to a relocation to a new office space. The new office opened flawlessly with all IT systems go and weve been well cared for since. Very highly recommended!

Our mid-sized law firm has been working with IT Tech for many many years. Everyone at IT Tech has always given us exceptional service (especially Bu). They set up our entire network, phone and computer systems and have continued, without fail, to keep it all updated, protected, and working great. Bu is our computer guru. I 100% rely on him to keep our business running smoothly. He is so patient and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to take care of every problem for us no matter how big or small. I highly recommend IT Tech. I wouldnt know what to do without them.
