IT Pros gets the job done. in terms of the handful of requests Ive made to the team, all of them were addressed accordingly. The turnaround was so fast on some of my tech problems that I missed some of their calls. They responded that quickly! In a good way, theyre present to help. There was a system issue that affected many people besides me. Even though this concern took a bit longer to get fixed, Im glad it was completely taken care of with no further maintenance needed. The team is very supportive, always on time with their feedback, and always available. I have enjoyed working with this team and I cant stress enough how loyal they are.

I recently had to have a new printer set up in my home office. Alejandra was the tech that assisted me. She was patient and professional and made the process smooth and easy from start to finish. I have had the same experience with other techs in your organization. Thank you, IT Pros!

Lupe Trujillo was such a great help in solving an issue with google chrome. A few of my other colleagues were having issues opening PDFs and she was able to fix it very quickly. She is super helpful and kind, and if I ever have IT related problems in the future I wont hesitiate to reach out!

IT Pros is always helpful and efficient with any computer fix needs. Also, they provide training programs to help learn new skills related to cybersecurity. Overall, it was a great time having their support through my time at Revolution.
