ISquad Repair made fixing my cracked iPhone screen a breeze. Booking was effortless, and they fixed it within an hour, impressive!Recently, my screen glitched without any cracks, so I returned. They promise a lifetime warranty, but the initial screen they put on wasnt covered. This time, they offered a warranty-eligible replacement for $99, the same price I paid for my previous screen replacement. I wish I knew about this earlier. But now I know to ask for the warranty one!Their service is quick, and theyre skilled. Just ensure to confirm warranty coverage before your repair. Overall, a go-to shop.

I was really disappointed with the service at iSquad. Their service was good in the past but has declined significantlyThe screen on my phone was damaged to the point I could not use it so I contacted iSquad on Thursday and they said they could fix it.I received a text from iSquad on Thursday night that the phone would be done on Friday but I would not be able to pick up my phone on Saturday because their hours are limited.I went to pick up my phone on Saturday but was told to come back in 30 minutes. My phone had not even been looked at from the time I dropped it off.I went back 30 minutes later and was told that it could not be repaired because the technician ordered the wrong screen.If iSquad had repaired my phone on Friday as they said they would in their text, then they would have known right away that it was the wrong screen and could have notified me of a potential delay.I thought I could rely on iSquad to complete the repairs but I wont do any more business with iSquad again because they cant be trusted, and their hours are terrible.If anyone has a broken phone, laptop or iPad AVOID iSquad

I brought my phone which was cracked on both sides and Note front camera & back camera worked great and there was no ink on screen. I confidently chose this place because they fixed my cracked screen couple years ago.My ISSUE was that they said they’ll fix the front and back great perfect. However the day after front camera doesn’t work and there’s ink so obviously I go back and let them know and to fix it I have to pay an addition 60$ for something that was already working great(camera were already good and no ink) why do I have to pay extra after for something you guys “fixed” initially. Hours later Face ID doesn’t work I tried my best searching up YouTube to see why all of a sudden it doesn’t anymore.

Came in to have my phone checked had front camera issue no faceID. Took me less then 10 minutes to get it fixed all thanks to Carlo he knows what he’s doing with his great customer service. I will most certainly refer Carlo to my people and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance

I had a great experience a few weeks ago. My Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5Gs screen cracked in the top left corner making the phone unusable. I worked with Grant. His prices beat everyone, even BestBuy & other locally owed repair places. The service was fast and easy, the communication was fast & he was even able to offer a loaner phone while he repaired mine - a life saver! He fixed my front screen without forcing me to fix the back screen, which has a much smaller crack in the top right, like another company tried to do. I even got a new pink frame. Pick up was easy & he even gave suggestions on how to keep my phone protected, easy ways to fix/replace certain things, etc. I hope I never drop another phone but if I do Id definitely come here for the repair. Great, Honest, Quick. I had my MacBook Pro repaired here over night. Originally they gave us a price of 420, 320 for the replacement screen and 100 for labor. And then they noticed the replacement screen dropped $60 in price, so we ended up paying a total of 360 instead! The replacement was delivered that night and repaired the next day and I received a text message when my laptop was available for pick up… super relieved and happy with service! Thanks!

GRANT is completely incompetent. Has no business sence and horrible communication skills. Computer was down there for a week for a simple reboot . Then had to bring it back cause they didnt fix the problem. Another week goes by and still no call after me leaving numerous messages. And then just listening to excuse after excuse. Take your business somewhere else or you too will be frustrated and disappointed.

Grant was professional, price and proficient! He met my 3P requirement for a great review. He had the cheapest prices, compared to 3 other competitors that I called. He also downloaded an app for me, which saved me $20 this visit and I have a $35 coupon on the app for my next visit. He is very friendly and he knows what he is doing. I really want to thank him. I took my cellphone to repair today. The back cover was broken. He spent lots of time searching and making phone calls for the part. It seemed that I am going to wait until he orders the part. interestingly he didnt give up easily and all of a sudden there was the part I needed. He didnt postpone the work or he didnt ask me to come back later. He immediately fixed my phone and patiently gave answers to my questions. I am very happy about it. Thanks again.

Called December 16 2021 and asked for a screen for a samsung A20 FE 5G Grant said that will have it next day went on the 17th said that it was going to take 1 hour. Waited 40 minutes and was done. Needed screen replaced dropped phone and screen was cracked. Great job first time here and was treated good now I know where to go. I will recommend this place to friends and family. I cracked my screen in several places and they were able to replace my screen in less than 90 minutes. I called multiple phone repair shops to compare rates and they were the most reasonably priced, open when most other shops werent on a Sunday afternoon and they were friendly and professional. I visited ISquad Repair in Oceanside last week because I needed my cellphone screen repaired. What great customer service! A lot of phone repair places promise low prices and fast service but Ive been disappointed in most of the places Ive done business with. As soon as I walked in, the gentleman stopped what he was doing an attend to me. I was able to get my screen fixed quickly and I will continue to use ISquad Repair in Oceanside for all of my computer and cellphone repair needs. Great customer service guys!!

Where do I start with this company? First off I live in the Bay Area and used this company because my father lives in Oceanside and I had used them before. I was visiting to take care of my very sick father I brought it in it was supposed to be in a couple hours it was I went and picked it up. After I picked it up l noticed sensory issues and informed them right away it’s supposed to have a warranty. The next day the “manager” called me saying everyone called out he didn’t really want to come in. Again I live in the Bay Area and they were lucky I was coming down this weekend. They told me all week will fix so on and so forth. I now dropped it off again this weekend and they still haven’t fixed it they told me they would drive it to me in Orange County. Now one hour before they close I still don’t have my iPad I leave for the Bay Area in the morning. When I let the guy on the phone know I feel like my iPad is being kept or stolen because no one is communicating with me, he laughed and hung up on me. I still two weekends later don’t have my iPad back, was promised it back haven’t gotten it back, and was hung up on by an employee. Unfortunately despite their reviews I have had a terrible experience with them and want my iPad back broken or fixed. I would have a picture but they still have my iPad.UPDATE: after being so upset the owner grant did the right things and not only brought me my iPad but reimbursed me for the repair plus a little bit of money and a tempered glass cover. He wrote up the employee. Thank you grant for making things right and I will come again if I need something and I’m in the area.

They were unavailable for many routine jobs.I thought someone was supposed to come in and get their service immediately. Instead I was put on hold. And then found out this place really doesnt exist. Would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND these jack wagons. Called and asked if they can repair a broken camera lens on an IPhone, and if they had availability to repair it today. (on a tight schedule and need it repaired today.) They said “Sure no problem, come on in.” Get there, alright “we’ll need 40 minutes, drop the phone off.” Went ahead and gave them an 1.5 hour. Only to arrive for them to say oh sorry, the repair man had to leave, and will need an extra 20 minutes.Hope they can repair this, just as I could’ve repaired my phone else where during this time.

This place shorted out my sons motherboard on his laptop! I took it in to get the charging port replaced and instead they broke the whole thing. Grant, the owner, never kept me updated on anything he did and I had to initiate all interaction. It was an absolute joke dealing with this place.
