Communication is terrible, I pre oozed an appointment days before and no confirmation. On the actual day, the technician was late and I had to phone and wait a further 30 minutes for him to arrive. He replaced the battery in my I phone and then to,r me after the repair it was a non genuine part and I would have to put up with an error message and not see my battery health. All for the same price as a genuine apple service replacement. I asked hi to remove the “ new” battery and issue a refund.Buyer beware.

Ive been to many phone repair places, but this is hands down the best and Ill never go anywhere else now. Taylor is typically who I work with and I highly recommend him. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and honest about what you do and dont need. The prices here are excellent, the staff is quick and efficient, and Ive repaired not only my iphone and ipad but my laptops as well. I definitely would recommend this place if you are looking for professional work and want to save time and money!

Two years later…I cracked my screen and came back! I dropped off my phone, he said come back in 15 min and Boom! Done. Perfect. I will ALWAYS come back. Great service, wonderful quality, and quick! Thank you!!!!(First review)He is amazing! I booked an appointment online (on a holiday weekend no less) and when I showed up he let me know he just sold his last black phone face but would put a white one on. He was done in 20 min. He said I could come back Tuesday and he’d deliver it to my house while I was at work. I did come back Tuesday, the new faces were there, and he did deliver it to my house while I was at work. He went above and beyond, the quality was amazing, and it was so fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will definitely come back! Thank you!!!

Taylor at iSquad is awesome.Fast, knowledgable, and fair. Had a difficult battery swap in an older MacBook, expected to leave it for a day or so and he wrapped it in a matter of hours.BUT, the battery was faulty!It took me a few weeks to test and be sure that was the issue, then a couple more to actually part with the Mac and get back to Taylor. He remembered the job and our convo, had the part in stock, and quickly swapped it at no extra cost. Its worked flawlessly ever since!Dont let the tiny office fool you—Taylor a pro!

Took 15 minutes to fix my phone screen. Best Buy didn’t have the parts and Apple was more expensive. I went and grabbed a coffee and by the time I returned the job was done. 10/10 recommend. It took longer to pull an espresso shot then to fix my phone screen.

I just left the store and found the service very efficient and friendly, took less than 10 min to fix the screen and change battery, and there is a life time warranty, which made me come here! Very happy to have my phone back! Highly recommend this place!

Easy business to find. I walked in, and Mark had a replacement glass immediately available for repair of the broken screen of my IPhone 6. He repaired it like new within 15 minutes while I waited. I watched him performing the repair, and he is a true craftsman. And, the cost was 1/2 of what I would have paid at an Apple Store.. It was interesting and a pleasure to visit with him, and I highly recommend him to repair your phone.

Kids can be hard on tech devices. Somehow with only two kids we managed to have three iPads with cracked screens. The customer service here was fantastic and the turnaround time even better. Our devices were fixed to perfection and prices were beyond fair. We wouldnt hesitate to use you in the future (odds are that well need to) and well recommend you to anyone in need of your service. - Scott

My iPhone8 camera was making a loud & fast clicking sound, so i gave this place a try. They found it was the cameras aperture that has failed and needed replacement. Lucky the repair wasn’t costly and it was done within 10 minutes. Taylor is transparent and tells it to you straight. I highly recommend this place (plus, it on the 101, and There’s a nice bar and grill next door!)Thanks again for the good service!

As a recent transplant to Encinitas, I am glad that I decided to check out ISquad this morning before heading to a store that I had used a couple of months ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see someone greet me courteously and be genuinely interested in diagnosing the problem and fixing it BEFORE he told me how much it would cost! He must have been confident that his quote would be reasonable and affordable. Needless to say, it was! And the repair was done done quickly and efficiently.Walking around with a dead cell phone is a lousy experience for anyone.I don’t want to jinx it, but I’m glad to have found Taylor and ISquad this morning, so I know where exactly to go, should I mess up my phone again! I damaged my Samsung Galaxy S7 screen to where it was black and unresponsive. I was overdue for a phone and had already purchased a new one, but could not do a data transfer to retrieve any of my info. from my old phone. Taylor was awesome & accommodating, and within a day was able to fix the screen at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

I was disappointed that this shop would not honor pricing set on the iSquad Repair website. They did not have the screen I needed in stock. I was told I should have called ahead of time. The iSquad website makes their stores look professional. This was not the case with the Encinitas store. I was told several times that the website was a corporate site and there was nothing he could do about the information being incorrect on it.

I called around for the lowest price and that’s how I found iSquad! When I got there, they were super kind and had my phone screen fixed in 20 minutes. I then proceeded to leave and walked 5 mins down the road before I dropped my phone and cracked my screen again. After some tears, I brought it right back and they not only fixed my screen AGAIN for no cost to me! Not only that, but gave me a free glass protector layer and a better phone case. It made my whole day and now my phone is shatter proof (we hope)!

The owner bought my stolen phone from someone. I guess he didnt turn it on before buying it. There was a Find My iPhone popup saying it was stolen with my moms number to call. Thats where he reached me to charge me 300 dollars to get it back.I called the cops and they were no help. I seriously recommend avoiding this guy at all cost because he got extremely confrontational with me. I had to ask the police officers to accompany me to rebuy it.

ISquad hooked me up, and Grant was super knowledgeable and helpful. Came in on 29 Dec after falling off a boat with my iPhone in my pocket a week earlier on vacation. You already know that salt water and electronics dont mix, so I hesitantly brought the phone into the shop the day I got back into town (after having the phone in rice the previous 5 days). Grant opened her up and quickly cleaned off some corrosion and plugged in a new battery...and I was back in action less than an hour later. Also, my home button wasnt working after the phone came back online, and Grant showed me how to turn on the screen assistance home button, then told me how to just order a new home button online in case I wanted one. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Im leary about going to places im not familiar with. Dropped off my phone guy called me up and said ok all fixed. I get down there and he straight up hooked it up beyound what i expected. Now a day its hard to find good people to do great work on our stuff.

I brought my MacBook in with a screen issue, and I’m pretty sure they harvested it for parts. It was returned to me with pretty much every component broken, in an unoriginal case. The hard drive was the only thing returned intact. I had to prove to Apple that it wasn’t stolen, and the repairs from them costed over a thousand dollars, from what was originally a minor screen defect. It’s strange, because it seems like these guys mostly get positive reviews, but I think in my case they were simply utter thieves. I would approach with caution.

Zero Stars. In fact negative zero stars. These people ruined my iPad. I took a perfectly functioning iPad in for a screen repair and it was ruined. The new screen was super thick, the home button was completely stabbed and destroyed as if they used it to get the screen off and on, so bad it was difficult to use. Worst of all it ruined the lower portion of the screen and the iPad itself went crazy. It won’t stay on any one page, opens page after page of random programs and the home button portion of the screen cannot be used as if it’s dead. I’ve called and text them for help and no one returns my call. I would never go to this place. The worst. A cheap fix required me having to get a brand new iPad.

I cracked my screen on my iPhone 6S Plus and occasionally the new screen will freak out and actually “tap” in random places on the screen. I have had it call randomly to some numbers. But the worst was when I set an alarm for a very important test and it somehow disabled the alarm. Would never take any of my devices here.
