UPDATE AT BOTTOMORIGINAL 5-STAR REVIEWOrdered the Pioneer 2.0 iSUP. Great experience thus far, both with the paddle board and from phone support. Here are some early-ish takeaways:1. The package I ordered comes with the essentials: Board, carbon fiber paddle, leash, bag, and pump. Anything extra is bought a la carte. For example, if you wanted to add a kayak seat to the setup, don’t forget that you also have to have a double-paddle. Isle unfortunately doesn’t sell a double-paddle attachment for the stock carbon fiber paddle, so you’re going to have to opt for an entirely separate paddle. Total kayak conversion price at the time of this post is an additional $250. I see this as a fair price for what you get.2. There is a learning curve when you get your first inflatable. It’s not quite as fast as unstrapping your hard kayak or board and throwing it in the water. The board itself takes ~5 minutes to hand/electric pump, and at least 5 more to get all your gear situated. If you bought a kayak seat, you’ll end up pumping that up and attaching 4 different straps from the back rest to the board. I’m still trying to figure out what the loops are for on the cushion (I’ll update as I continue to learn, but they seem useful).3. I had a minor issue with the valve pin somehow jamming in the down position every time I removed the pump hose from the port. After lots of troubleshooting and re-pumping (with my hand pump), I called Isle’s support line. I was pleasantly surprised to be connected with a representative before I even had time to catch my breath. She walked me through a couple solutions, and since none worked, she ordered me a replacement valve at no cost.I’ll supplement this with another update eventually.UPDATED REVIEW #1:I received the replacement valve in the mail, except it was an entirely different valve. Luckily, I knew that this replacement valve is supposed to be the correct one for the board (and my original valve is not) because my girlfriend bought the same board days after I did.Went through lots of exchanges with support.UPDATE 2:Isle Resolved to my great satisfaction, and I am looking forward to future business with this brand.

Sweet service, great product and excellent location! At least for me. Sold by Isle product and customer service,local and corporate. Totally stand behind their product. Wouldnt by anything else, for myself at least. I got a family of 5 so it gets pricey for all of us, not that their prices are more than average. Thanks again isle

9’6” isle classic surf supI had my board for about a year and then it snapped in half while paddling out. It broke as I was paddling over a wave and almost broke my ribs. I had bruised ribs for a month. I reached out to isle but got no response. Before this happened my paddle had snapped in half too. The board looks cool and is ok for smaller surf but don’t go out if it’s with this board if the surf if chest high or bigger. The board maneuvers like a log too. There are minimal rails on this so holding an edge down the line is tough. It’s got decent volume and float so I would recommend this board to a beginner who just wants to play around in some small waves. Otherwise, if you try to surf any decent waves, you’ll run the risk of everything breaking.I also reached out to isle twice before writing this review. But because they didn’t respond I have to say that customer service is not good either. So, bad board, bad paddle, and bad customer service equals a bad purchase.

Do NOT buy an Isle surfboard. I actually really liked my 7’6” funstick, but I only rode it for about 6 months before it snapped in half. And I was riding at Tourmaline, so it’s not like the waves were super harsh or anything. Quite disappointed with that.

I own several Isle boards and only recently had a problem with one. Glue around one of the D-rings on one of my inflatables broke down causing the ring to come loose. After submitting the online warranty claim and photos, Isle sent me a brand new board with no hassle! The new board arrived just a little less that two weeks after I made my claim! They are an amazing company that stands by their products and they have awesome customer service!

If you are in the market for a new Paddleboard. You should definitely get an isle board! The quality is of the highest and the customer service is the best! I have been paddle boarding for over 10 years and always recommend isle boards to friends and family.

In the last 2 years I have had 4 Isle inflatable boards fail on me.All from faulty seams. The first 2 were replaced under warranty. Then last weekend we had them sitting in the sun @13psi and BOOM both boards seams gave away. My friends cheap Walmart boards were right next to them and no problems. Guess Ill be buying $200 boards in the future.I emailed the company right away and have not heard anything back.

I bouth a board with them 1 month ago and they treated me with a lot of patiense, respect and answered all my questions. I have the board in México and it works perfect for waves and long distances. Im so happy with my new board and the staff of ISLE. They even helped me to fold the board before going inside the plane.
