Easy to find. South on Culver until the church corner, left then quick right into the church property. Youll be at a T - can only turn left to head to the free parking lot and structure. Clear signage. Ample parking for hundreds.Short walk back to the T where the market starts. Long row of vendors in the parking lot, to the back, then turn left and another long row of vendors.Dozens and dozens, so you can easily spend a few hours browsing. Didnt even come to shop, just see, easily spend over an hour. Worth the drive from afar.Today, solo saxophonist entertaining, brightening up the atmosphere. Balloon animals guy for the kids.Dozen plus food vendors to buy eats, another dozen plus for canned and packaged foods like fresh guacamole, bbq salt, honeys. Some unique, like wine and berry jams or mint honey. Mostly fresh produce. A couple fresh egg vendors. One fish monger.Weird, but long line at the onigiri rice ball vendor at the entrance. Always funny to see peeps buying what sells $1-3 in Japan for much more here - its supposed to be a cheap eat.A few selling fresh herbs and tomato plants - easily two dozen varieties.

Incredible farmers market occurring each Saturday.Located at the Mariners Church this is a must visit market for EVERYthing including fresh, fresh fruits and vegetables of ALL varieties, fresh milk, pastries, eggs, house plants, vegetable starters and other plants AND, AND, AND... even live local music being performedNO DOGS permittedParking is a a little hectic due to the large number of cars coming and going.Bring a cart or ask one if the vendors to assist

Greatly enjoyed the experience of visiting the Irvine Farmers market. Big sized parking lot and the large no. of stalls in the market makes the place lively. If you happen to visit the market, dont miss the Cana juice stall - produces freshest cane juice and served purely and with some nice mixing varieties.

Enormous market. I recommend the big bakery booths pastries and Bolivian meat pies. I get a meat pie every time I go. Its a fun family activity with lots of space to run around.Some vendors offer samples to help you decide. Ive never felt pressured by anyone to buy something. The samples themselves are very persuasive...

You should check Irvine farmers market if you are looking for fresh produce, farmers eggs and poultry, avocado selection, yogurts, fresh and smoked fish (noSugar added), honey, berries, flowers, and baked goods.It is a wonderful place to spend Saturday morning with fresh coffee, live music and your favorite scone.Since we started visiting farmers market, we learned about avocado types like Fuerte, Reed in addition to Haas, we tried best coconut milk and kefir soda drinks, and I realized that my son ears vegetables and likes them.Tips:Come with cash since many farmers charge a small fee for card paymentsBring your bag (you won’t leave empty handed).Come early: 8.30 is not as crowded as 10 a.m. when parking might be an issueAsk farmers about their produce and you’ll learn a lot.

Everything to need for gourmet cooking. Fresh organic fruit and veggies. And ah eggs, get there early and stand in line as soon as you can. By 10ish, eggs may be gone. And I was so happy to see that they have duck breasts! Parking is plentiful from the Newport Coast drive side. I also love tamales from here.

One of the nicest (and pricey) Farmers Market youll come across in Orange County. Lots of really good artisan made food and goods, but youll pay for it. Huge selection of hard to find vegetables and specialty items (vegan, micro-greens, Asian veggies, mushrooms, etc). Dont eat before going so you can try all the different food vendors. Most have To-Go kits for you to prep the stuff at home.

EGG BUYERS BEWARE of Da Silva Farms!!! I went to this market for the very first time this past weekend and someone told me there was a place with amazing eggs. They said it always has a very long line but its worth the wait because the yolks of the eggs are super orange and they are delicious. Well $25 later, I bought a huge flat of them and this is the second day I have been very sick with food poisoning or salmonella from them. As it turned out the yolks were not orange like they were displayed so I felt like that was false advertising. But worst of all I got very sick from these eggs and that was all I ate so I am 100% sure it was from the eggs. Without a doubt. I threw all of the eggs in the trash. Very unfortunately, I will actually not return to this market because of that experience. Just trying to warn others. Really bad. My bank statement says Da Silva Farms. Terrible.

Love love love going to Irvine Farmers Market with my mom! She loves to buy bitter melon leaves and mushrooms in the summer. This place is always clean with great music/performers. There are a wide variety of to-go food to chose from as well.

It’s a good size Saturday morning market. Good fresh produce. It’s a bit pricey, but the quality is good. Decent coffee and pastries to get while walking around (they also have food, but I wish they had an area to sit near all the food options; it’s challenging to get food and eat with kids).

Fun to walk around and was pretty busy. Some vendors take card but I did run across an occasional cash only vendor. Saw lots of signs for organic vegetables, several juice vendors, meats, fish, nuts, spreads/dips, and baked goods vendors. They also had a few clothes, baby items, jewelry, and other goods vendors. I would go again.

Hands down the best farmers market Ive been to. Ive been to a lot. Be prepared to get your fruits and veggies here because they are of the best quality and taste. Majority of the places are sampling and it seems to go on and on. Its a wonderful atmosphere with happy pleasant people all around and usually pretty busy. Parking is free and plentiful from my experience.There are many street food vendors as well including the cane juice vendors, cheese vendors, probiotic drink vendors, a sushi truck I noticed, too many to really name.There seems to be a big line for the eggs and also this French fries truck… I’ll have to investigate that more.A must go to on sat morning rain or shine.

The people are tremendous and the assortment of vendors are fantastic. Need fresh local sourced produce? Theyve got you covered. Specialty pork? Yup. Fine cheeses? Of coarse. Such a great farmers market! My family had such a great time looking around and buying food, fruits, and veggies.The food stands have great food and the coffee stand called retro grinds was really tasty. BIGGER IS BETTER ! Wow this must be the biggest farmers market in California and beyond. It was going to be another rotten hot day on Saturday so we hit the road early and arrived here around 9.30am. OMG... there must have been over 5000 people here even then. It opens at 8am and closes down at midday. BREAD ! We are kinda fussy about our bread particularly at breakfast so our first stop was OLD TOWN BAKING CO. I gave Dawaun a high five when we turned up....he keeps the fun factor dialed up. We picked out 3 x HEARTY SIX GRAIN, 1 x CRANBERRY WALNUT and 1 x FRUIT & NUT BREAD. Then it was over to Fresco Pasta to grab some good Italian stuff. Our good mate Francesco gave us both a big Italian hug and we said hi to his lovely co-worker Fabiana. ITS ALL GOOD ! We selected 1 x SALAME ROMANO, 1 x ARANCINO, 1 x PIZZA PEPPERONI and 1 x FOCACCIA. It was getting too hot to hang around so we passed on fresh produce. BACK TO THE CAR. Definitely the best farmers market weve seen !

PRETTY AMAZING ! My wife loves farmers markets so we decided to hit this location on Saturday. It runs from 8am to midday but we didnt park our wheels in the huge parking lot until 11am. I think half of planet Earth was here....biggest turnout I have ever seen at a farmers market. We ambled around the various stalls buying stuff here and there...like SLICED GREEN OLIVES, PROSCIUTTO SAN DANIELE, SCAMORZA, SPINACH RAVIOLI in the first 5 minutes. There was so much to tempt the wallet ! We picked up or should I say my wife picked out RASPBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES, LEMONS, LIMES, POTATOES, GREEN BEANS, AVOCADO and more. There was live music...the guy was great on the sax ! WE LOVED IT !

ITS GREAT ! This has gotta be the best farmers market we have been to. My wife and I arrived here about 10.30am on Saturday morning....our 3rd visit. We didnt want to miss out on anything. OMG..the place was already packed to the rafters. We stopped at Fresco Pasta first to grab some SMOKED SCAMORZA, PROSCIUTTO SAN DANIELE, SALAME ROMANO and FOCACCIA. We had a nice chat with Francesco the owner. Then it was over to Old Town Baking Co to pick up our bread order for 2 x HEARTY SIX GRAIN which my wife phoned through 2 days earlier. We said hi to Dawaun the guy who runs the stand....funny guy ! We added a loaf of MINERS SOURDOUGH. There was loud sitar like music being played and lots of hyper activity. Next up was a jar of ORANGE HONEY from Noahs Honey. ITS GREAT ! My wife had a hit list of fruit & veggies so we headed to the fantastic fresh produce stands. We bought STRAWBERRIES, ROMA TOMATOES, BROCCOLI, POTATOES, KALE, ONIONS, CARROTS and BRUSSELS SPROUTS. After that we carted our load of goodies back to our car and headed off to have lunch someplace else !

One of the best farmers markets in Orange County. All the Staples and many specialty vendors. Very large, with multiple vendors for each type of food/produce offered. Highly recommend coming early, as the market gets very busy by 10 or so. Large and open market layout, with multiple aisles. Parking can be a bit of a trek, so bring a wagon/stroller/cart if you have one!

Some people like the market because its very large, i didnt. It was hard to find the things I wanted. There were VERY long lines (30+ mins) for bread. They also had amplified live chello/violin music playing. If you want fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, oils, cheeses, breads and more, you have to go every Saturday between 8 am and 12 pm.The prices are not cheap but the foods are fresh. Some stores will be disappointed but, you can find good stores for example many customers in front of the store or early sold out. You need some money because some stores accept only cash.There are big enough parking lots.

Best market in the OC.Lots of produce. Lots of other editable goodies too, like breads, fermented items, oils, teas, etc. Tons of hot food and crafts too. A little light on bedding plants but there are a few vendors there. You park on one side of Mariners Church and the market is on the other, so it is a bit of a walk but kids can run around without worrying about them getting hit by a car.

I wish I lived closer! This is a GREAT farmers market with a lot of vendors selling repeated AND different produce so you can shop around and compare, as well as find unique offerings. Some of the food trucks/stands where they are cooking g can get a little pricey, but there is a good variety.There are also a few vendors selling clothes, jewelry and household goods.

I came around 9:45 am expecting it to be crowded, but the lines were fine. I barely waited when buying my food. However, I left around 10:45 am, and by then, I could definitely tell that the lines were getting longer. So, I would recommend people come earlier to avoid the lines, but you definitely do not need to wake up at 8 am.While I was here, I visited all the stores - they really have quite a diverse group of stands. People sold vegetables, fruits, succulents, jewelry, soaps, meats, dolls, clothes, and desserts. They even have live music playing and animal balloon artists to entertain the children. Definitely would recommend families to come here!The places I bought food from were Mama Musubi, Claytons Doughnuts and Arnetts Farms. Everywhere else, I just tried samples, which to me was almost like its own meal because almost all the stands had samples.Mama Musubi sells omusubis, and I got the mama special and the barbeque beef omusubis. The mama special had bay shrimp and imitation crab, while the barbeque beef had thin slices of beef with caramelized onions and was topped with ginger. I personally preferred the barbeque beef one over the mama special, but both were great to eat. Ive had omusubis from other places, and this one was on par with the other stores in taste and price (around $4).Claytons Doughnuts sells vegan and gluten free donuts, which is just a cherry on top of their quality donuts. I got a mini donut ($0.50) because their bigger donuts are more expensive ($2.50) as well as much bigger. The donut was extremely dense and puffy - was well worth and half regretted not getting a larger donut. It was so good and its vegan and gluten free! Note: They are cash only.Arnetts Farms sells lots of fruit, and they are all grown well. All the fruits were extremely sweet, and when you go, you can try all the samples before buying. The most interesting thing here were the pluots, which is a combination of plums and apricots. I had never heard of these things until coming to the Irvine Farmers Market, so this was a surprise. They even make different pluots taste a certain way, which really baffled my mind. They had pluots that tasted like honeydew and cherries as well as other flavors. Of course, farmers market prices are more expensive, but I believe it is definitely worth to spend a little extra money on their fruit. You can taste the difference between chain stores and the farmers market. And I would definitely recomming people to come by to try their pluots - unlike anything Ive had before.Definitely would recommend coming here, and I will be coming back.

As a Rio citizen or as a Carioca I look at this street Market . First some positive points . It has variety of Asian Vegetables. Kitchen garden plants. Cleanliness, organized structures. Uncaring front desk staff. Property has been underging renovations for a couple of years now. Prices are ridiculously high for a hotel that has no ice, no working air conditioners in some rooms and the inconvenience of trying to maneuver around small spaces because of vending machines and construction equipment in hallway areas. Definitely not a plus Best Western. Have stayed here a total of 4 times in the past. This time was our last.

Shhhhh. Dont tell your friends. Seriously, this is the only market where you can get everything. Okay not every single thing (no cream for my coffee) but almost everything. Stop by the Mariners Thrift store for extra fun. And for the kids, plan an extra 20 minutes to ride the free train or buy yourself a cold drink and head to the playground and watch your kid play with dozens of kids in more languages than you can recognize. Great little orange county farmers market. Believe it or not i actually come here for the bolivian meat pies. You just cant get them like that anywhere else. Come early, it gets hot. Especially in the summer time.

The Orange County Irvine California Certified Farmers market is the real thing.It is open Saturday mornings in the Mariners Church parking lot and is the place where genuine farmers sell fruits, nuts, and vegetables directly to the public. Every farmer who sells at this certified market is inspected by the county agricultural commissioner to make sure that they actually grow the produce and other items being sold.The direct marketing approach means less transport and handling making it possible for farmers to sell produce at the peak of maturity and freshness.

Quality products for those who dont mind spending more, and there are plenty of people in Irvine and Newport who fit that description. The result is an excellent selection of vendors bringing their best. I believe this to be the second largest market next to the Sunday Hollywood market, which makes this the largest market in OC. Took me 6 months of weekly shopping to figure out the vendors and products. Ample and free parking since this is held in the Mariners Church parking lot. Lines at most vendors are reasonable, and even the longer ones (Arnett Farms and several of the bakeries) move pretty fast.

Not happy with the new set up. Now I go to the stand I want to buy from and skip walking around. Also not enough disable spots close by and on Saturday they had one closed off for the police. Why dont they use one if the regular spots? I noticed a lot of people left their disable person standing on the corner and would pick them up blocking the exit out.
