Im loving this gym and the 24/7 access. I have only been a couple times so far, but it has been great to go workout when its most convenient for me. The gym community has been great, too! It seems like everyone respects each others space while also keeping a positive atmosphere for one to be comfortable to reach that full grind. Highly recommend if youre looking for that hometown chill gym vibe!

I am an international contest prep coach. I travel all over for professional athletes and get to use some amazing gyms. Iron Born Strength has been my staple for 2 years now and no other gym has come close to the equipment that is available or the amazing environment you feel as soon as you walk through the door! Your life is not complete until you have experienced this gym first hand.

Excellent Gym! It has a great atmosphere and you just get that feeling that you can achieve your goals here as soon as you walk in the door. I live in Grass Valley so there are other gyms closer to me but nothing like Ironborn Strength. It has the perfect mix of bodybuilding machines, powerlifting equipment and strongman implements that make it well worth the trip. I look forward to many great workouts here.

One of the last REAL gyms for QUALITY GAINS you will find in the area! Has practically everything you would need to develop yourself into an absolute BEAST! Ron really cares about his members and is very easy to communicate with, could not recommend this gym highly enough to individuals looking to gain real strength and power. So many different strength toys and equipment to play with here you will never get bored and can always find a new way to challenge your body!

This is one of the better rocky style gyms I have been to. It really pushes you to be better and the people are all pretty cool, and the owner is very quick to respond. They have equipment I have never seen before which makes it fun to try different types of workouts. Check it out if you are the area.

I am one of those who walk in a gym and I am not lost and not comfortable. Ron and Brenda have made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Love the Hell on Heels classes with Brenda and they are always willing to help and make sure you are doing it right. No BS gym is what I call It. IF you want a work out this is a great place to go. My son loves going to this place to just get his workout in and that is it. From just working out to the Hell on Heels classes to affordable personal training if you want it. I love it.

First off, if I could rate higher than 5 stars I absolutely would in a heartbeat!!! This is quite the review but trust me, it’s worth the time and read =] I was introduced to Ironborn Strength gym a few years back through the Hell On Heels morning class that was held there at the time, I continued to power through as a gym member up until life hit & knocked me down pretty hard back in 2018 =( Unfortunately I suddenly lost my boyfriend Of 5 years in an unexpected death and it completely crushed me & darkened my world for quite some time

This gym is awesome! Ron is great guy and if he misses your call he gets back to you quick! A friend of mine told me to check the gym out and I’m glad I did. I drove 45 mins to check it out and it was well worth the drive. Lots of machines for power lifters/bodybuilders and for people if they just want to stay in shape with a healthy lifestyle. All are welcome at this gym! Setup process was super easy and simple and Ron guides you through the process step by step. Ron us a very good communicator and answered all my questions right away. Go check out ironborn strength you won’t regret it!

The owner of Ironborn Strength is excellent with communication, professionalism, and customer service. Ron takes care of you!The gym itself is LOADED with all kinds of training equipment but mostly strength training equipment.Im highly satisfied with this 24/7, 365 days per year gym. I look forward to my growth in fitness while working out at Ironborn Strength.

I was completely shocked when I found out about this gym a couple months back. I never thought that Yuba City would have a powerlifting/strength training gym. But we do. And it is AWESOME!Power racks, platforms, specialty barbells, dumbbells, tires, steel kegs, ropes, chains, and iron for days. It is hot in the Summer and cold in the Winter. It doesnt matter if you are a novice looking to learn or a hardcore lifter that is looking for a serious gym to train at.The owner, Ron, is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The access to the facility is 24/7/365. I could not imagine training anywhere else now that I have started training here.I cannot recommend it enough.

Hands down the best gym I have had the privilege of being a part of. The facility is always in good order with little things that truly make it unique. No hassle of being overcrowded, no BS hidden fees or shady management to deal with, 24/7 access make it ideal for anyones schedule and the other members make it feel more of a family than a membership. First gym in my life I have actually missed since moving and if you were to become a member you will understand why. Huge thanks and shoutout to Ron for creating such an awesome space to really help people grow in the strength and fitness world and be proud of where they train!

Ive been looking for an iron paradise like this for years, I just moved out to Northern Cali from Arizona and I finally found my home. This gym is the perfect place to come to if youre looking to sweat, put in some real work an get strong. The entire atmosphere in this gym is Phenomenal, great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Im a college track athlete and this is my go to gym when Im not at school. Its never too crowded and has lots of different equipment to use. Great place to crush your workouts, especially if youre into powerlifting or strongman. Its also open 24/7 365

Ironborn is a great gym and I have enjoyed my experience there. The management communicates well and made sure everything was going great with my workouts. The equipment meets all my needs. Definitely recommend this gym.

I love this place. I go to the HOH classes in the AM it has changed me in many ways to be better in health and taught me my strong and weakness.... the advertising is true it’s 24/7 no hidden fees ..... Ron the owner is so nice .... if ure a person that loves lifting and bodybuilding this is the place right here u can yell and grunt all u want and no ones saids nothing.... the moment u walk into this gym all members are friendly not like other dang gyms u walk and just stare ..... i highly recommend this place... any info go to Ron and he’ll answer all ur questions!!!

If you are into powerlifting or strongman this is the gym for you! The gym has a great environment, never crowded, serious lifters (with experience), vending machine, 24hr Access, Texas deadlift/Squat bar, very spacious, and a Bodybuilding Area. Ive Been going here for over a year!

If you’re looking for a no BS gym, then this is it. It has everything you need to get in whatever lift you are looking to do. It has ample space and badass equipment. Will definitely be coming back!

So while it may be a little difficult to find the door (go down the alley to the last door on the right), it was exactly what I was looking for in a powerlifting/strongman gym. Grungy, old school, no a/c, open doors for draft. And best of all, the chance to look, sound, and feel like a beast! If this isnt what you want out of a gym, then I cant help you.

This place has everything you could ever need, and even things Id never seen before. No annoying staff glaring at you for making actual workout noises, and more than enough room to do any workout. I recommend the tire flips and sled pushes. Where else are you going to find a facility like this. You wont. Do yourself a favor.
