If you are looking for a diligent, honest, and detailed realtor in the bay area, I highly recommend working with Irina. We initially engaged with Irina over a year ago in hopes of buying a new home. However after several months of reviewing the market, we decided in renting for short term and selling our current home first. Irina was truly understanding of our change in choice, and quickly switched gears for us in planning the sell of our home. She was not pushy, she listened, and provided guidance.Irina also brings with her a vast network of relationships with contractors she could trust, with reasonable prices. We wished we had known her when we did some of our small home projects ourselves! She provided us simple recommendations for modifications, accurate estimates, and a through timeline with deadlines. She was great at covering all the details and took away the stress in making sure everything was done according to her timeline she laid out. Because she was proactive, we really never had to worry about deadlines.We feel really fortunate she and her team represented for us, especially during market changes. Irina strategized market price, and her expertise proved to be helpful when we received offers to weigh the pros and cons as well as with negotiations. We are happy with the ultimate result and the timing of close. We look forward to working with her again in the future when we are ready to buy! I met Irina by absolute chance, and I am so glad I did! As a first time buyer, I was completely daunted by the process and had lots of questions. Irina earned my trust by being patient and knowledgeable. She listened to me and we found the absolutely perfect place in only a couple of months. We just moved to a home which we bought together with Irina. This is our first home in the US and we had not any experience. Irina did her best and her work was the most important in our home buying. Any questions were resolved as soon as possible, we always had all information about interesting homes, and the result is our new home in a very good neighborhood.

Irina is kind and sympathetic. Not only we received her professional help whenever we needed it, but we got a sincere support through all the processes of buying a dream house. She is the kind of person who pays attention to all the details during the process and after. All her suggestions and advice were clear and helpful. All our questions and doubts were immediately thoroughly discussed and resolved. There was absolutely no pressure from her side which is extremely important - she helped us to find what we wanted, not what would be faster and easier for her. She is knowledgeable of the area, and was on top of scouting out new and upcoming listings. We valued Irina’s prompt response to our inquiries and understanding of the housing market. Not only does she have a good understanding of the market, but she knows a lot about remodeling homes. This was extremely helpful when looking at homes in this area, and determining potential. Irina is a great listener, patient, and encouraging (in what can be a very discouraging process). Most importantly, Irina does not shy away from tough situations or negotiations. Irina just helped us buy our first home. She was instrumental in helping us first timers navigate the murky waters of the real estate market. From helping us ask the right questions, answering late night and really long emails, Irina help us patiently through the whole process. We really appreciated how proactive and supportive she was. She would provide updates for us before we thought to ask.We appreciated in particular how she handled our myriad of questions. Questions were easy to ask and were always encouraged. Answers were succinct and very prompt. She was professional, courteous and thoughtful. We were always pleasantly surprised how much she remembered of our evolving tastes and needs. After viewing a house, we would discuss the pros and cons, which we always found helpful. Many times, she would mention most of our concerns and thoughts with the house before we even spoke.When something was missing in the paperwork, or something looked questionable, she was ready with an update on the document or was already researching the article in question before we even noticed the problem. It was quite impressive.She was always respectful of our budget and location constraints. If she found something slightly above budget or just out of range, she would ask us before sending it over, which we appreciated.Overall, we highly recommend Irina. We feel lucky, especially as first time home buyers, that we had Irina to help us. Its hard to imagine how we would have gotten through this without her, let alone had the process go this smoothly.

Irina Bondar is an amazing real estate agent because she cares about the client and not the transaction. She introduced me to one of her clients and asked me to preapprove them for a mortgage as the lender. She lead the escrow process like a pro making sure each deadline on the transaction was performed flawlessly. Irina took her time to educate her client on all the possible pitfalls and held their hand during the closing signing. I would highly recommend her to all my mortgage clients in a hearbeat.
