Amazing service. I cant think of a single negative thing. cheap, honest, and great service. explains everything super well and tells you exactly whats wrong as well as recommendations. I really felt like he cared about my system and the end product instead of just getting it to work. 11/10 would recommend for anyone.

I travel around with a mobile planaterium show. When the computer and projector broke, Joe was able to examine it and troubleshoot a bunch of issues with it. He was able to get it up and running again. He was totally dedicated to helping me and worked so hard on figuring out the issue. I cant thank him enough for his hard work he really helped me out. He is a kind of genius with machines and never gave up on figuring it out. His rates are reasonable, and I am glad to have gotten the chance to meet him and talk with him. They dont make them like him anymore!!

He put together this beast of a system for me for a nice price, too. He took his time but came out worth it with all the custom things he added. He knows his stuff, too 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!

My computer is working now...However, Customer communication could greatly be improved. Was told to Use Google for explanations, which was very rude considering I even brought this man donuts with his diagnostic fee. Seems like he was upset he was behind on work, but he had my work computer two weeks without communication that is not my fault at all, very unfair.

Joe was amazing. I had call to tell him about my laptop charging port possibly being damaged and he asked me to go in to see the laptop physically. I got there and he was able to look and use his charger to charge my laptop. Come to find out, it was just my charger cord and he found me a link to buy one off eBay. Joe is amazing and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using his service for now on. Thank you, Joe!

Other reviewers have already said it all, but this place is so great it deserves another five-star review and to be the first and best place you think of, to bring your computer in Fresno.The first time I had an issue with my computer in 2018, Joe took the time to give me some free advice where I was able to fix it myself at home and didn’t even need to bring it in. That was very kind and generous, and I kept his shop in mind “for future reference” if I ever had another problem.Well, in 2021 that time came. In the past, I’ve dreaded asking others for help with my computer because it’s usually expensive, they often don’t fix things quite right, and they can even make the problem worse. I can solve most basic computer problems myself, and so when I do need help, in the past other “computer people” have, more often than not, let me down.Not Joe. Joe fixed my computer perfectly, and it was better than new. He is smart, thorough, friendly, helpful, patient, kind, and more than all that, his prices are very low. I couldn’t believe how good the prices were, especially when everything else has gotten so expensive in the past two years.And he also saved even more money by adding free software that would help keep my computer working well. He explained how to use the software and on what schedule, and he had it written down for me. That was all very helpful too.His shop was very conveniently located to both Tower and Downtown, and it was easy to park right in front.So, the best computer repairs imaginable, from a very nice person, at unbeatable prices. There is really no reason to go anywhere else! Go to Joe!

I cant say enough about Joe. He does beautiful work and takes the time to explain the problem and what he is going to do to fix it. My laptop was ready when he said it would be ready. He charged 1/2 what I thought it would cost. Im taking a desktop in later this week. If I could give 10 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed.

Great service! I took my PC here when it black screened on me and a simple google search didnt give me any fixes. I didnt call ahead or have an appointment but he started working on it right away. Joe opened up my desktop and started working on it while I waited. He was very friendly and obviously know what he was doing. Turns out my graphics card burned out. He sold me a used graphics card and installed it for me. Price was very low as well. A few weeks later I realized my PC wasnt reading the new graphics card correctly, I called him and he walked me through the setup process for AN HOUR free of charge. I havent had this positive of an customer service experience in a long. Ive never posted a review on google before but felt obligated for this one.In short, I cant recommend this place enough. Ill be bringing my computer here whenever I have issues from here on out.
