He got me an amazing rate and he and his team were always quick to respond with any questions I had. David Phelps is a loan wizard! In 2019 after being turned down by another very well known mortgage company we found IPL Mortgage. David Phelps was able to figure out how to package our loan and credit scores so that we qualified and saved $200/month on our refi. We then refied again this year and saved an additional $450/month with no out of pocket expenses or anything added to our loan. He is also handling refis and a purchase for our daughters.
