What a pleasure it has been working with Jeremy! He had a plan from the start and it worked out beautifully. My only regret is I should have used Invisible Fence earlier. My two labs are 8 and 9 years old and for years have been causing menace in our home around food, marking carpets and areas in our home as well as enjoying the pool and then running through the house wet! Within 3 weeks time our dogs have stopped these behaviors and everyone in our home is relaxed and happy for the first time in 9 years! Thank you Jeremy for treating our dogs with such kindness and training them each week with such care.

Ben was awesome!!! He was very kind and sweet to the dogs right from the get go. He explained everything in depth so I understood exactly how it all worked. We did many test runs to make sure the setting was just right for our fur babies. He has always been and still is super responsive with any questions we had. We love our fence and are so glad we pulled the trigger! Trust me, they are the best!!! Do it!!!

Our backyard is small and fenced, but we wanted to keep our dogs out of the garden areas of the yard. Invisible Fence is the perfect solution, because now, they stay out of the garden, and if they accidentally get out of the fenced area, the Invisible Fence around the front yard will keep them from leaving our property. Ben did a great job assessing our needs and setting up our install appointment, and Gabriel was fantastic getting the system installed and giving our dogs their initial training. I highly recommend Invisible Fence of Southern California.

I must admit, I wasnt convinced this would work with my 115 pound German Shepard. Boy was I wrong!He now avoids the area and I have some peace of mind.Shout Out to Invisible Fence. Our lives are so much better thanks to Invisible Fence. We have a wild hunter puppy who followed birds everywhere off our property. With Jeremy’s excellent training and the invisible fence we can now let our puppy outside to case things where she is safe and on our property.

We phoned Invisable fence to inquire about the product. Kelsey responded the same day and Gabriel the technician was able to come to our home within a couple of days. He was fantastic, extremely helpful and professional. Our two dogs arevery comfortable with him and the training was successful.The following year when we returned to the desert, Gabe returned to tune up our system and check for any breaks in theline from our landscapers. Every visit has been great. We love the Invisable Fence over any other brands.

Gabriel is the absolute best and a life saver! He is great with our puppies and very knowledgeable. It’s obvious he loves what he does. 20 years ago, I purchased the Invisible Fence for my yard. My Orange County neighborhood does not allow for perimeter fencing in an attempt to create an open feel similar to homes back East. When I moved here, I completely stressed out about my dogs running amok through the front yard to the street and throughout the neighborhood. The fence cures that and keeps them in the yard, even when dogs and horses walk by and you can’t see it. It’s been an excellent deterrent that works 99% of the time. The dogs get brave once a year or so and make a break for it, and then run right back to the house as they are immediately reminded via warning beeps and vibration as to why they shouldn’t breech the fence in the first place. Some of my pets over the 20 years have been trickier to train, but believe me, it always ends up working, even with the most stubborn pets.As the years have passed, I found the need for indoor deterrents. I have very large Bernedoodles and a Goldendoodle that are fond of counter surfing. They also love trashcan nuggets. My two cats stubbornly like to walk on kitchen counters, which grosses me out. One of them tries to get out, so I couldn’t really use the doggy door anymore, because the cat would follow the dogs outside.Invisible Fence provides indoor solutions to these challenges. I’m posting picture of the products, so you can see. The cats and dogs wear collars that respond to a series of beeps and vibrations depending on how close they get to the fence line. You put the small disks on things like trash cans to keep them from eating chicken bones and stuff. Then you put the larger disks on off-limits furniture, countertops, or by the doors you don’t want them exiting. If you’re making cookies and don’t want them in the kitchen at all, you can move a disc by the door and they can watch from the next room without begging.My cats and dogs are happy and safe. The fence products have lasted all these years and the technology just gets better and better. Animals are not traumatized because they are trained and they understand the boundaries.The best part, though, is the service I receive. Whenever I call (less than once a year), I’m listened to and respected without being sold a bunch of things I don’t want or need. I’ve only required a technician to come out two or three times over the last 20 years. Today, I asked Ben to come out to help me with one of my cats, who has been determined to escape and wander. Ben helped me adjust her collar and another disk solution to keep her in. It worked IMMEDIATELY. Ben and the other wonderful people at Invisible Fence patiently teach you how to use their products in a great way that help your dogs and cats behave without stressing everyone out. Best money ever spent!

We have a high anxiety dog who likes to escape quite frequently when we’re not home. Jeremy from invisible fence was assigned to us and he couldn’t have been any more helpful and educational. He helped us not only in dog training but also how to use invisible fence successfully. Jeremy was very personable and professional. He communicated with us after he installed the invisible fence to make sure how things were going. We recently had to call back to add more invisible fence Since my dog found another area to escape. Jeremy was assigned to us again and was here within a few days to help us out with that situation. All in all, I am very satisfied with the customer service and the product.

We’ve had Invisible Fence at two homes now. The service is consistently excellent. We called yesterday for help with our dog started jumping through the system after two years of bit being installed. Ben came out the next morning at 8 am to adjust the correction level and help with retraining. While here he also checked the system to make sure everything was working as it should be after all the rain and weather we’ve had over the past few months. Great team!

Invisible Fence was incredible to work with. We rescued a 1.5 yr old dog that is an escaper artist. We didnt want to do a traditional fence as it would take away our view and be difficult to install. Ben came out, educated us on how the system works, showed us options and provided a very reasonable quote that was much cheaper than installing a traditional fence. Our Invisible Fence was installed within days. It has been a wonderful experience. Our little runaway does not runaway. He learned his boundaries quickly. We have 2 cats and use Invisible Fence in our home to keep them off of certain furniture items, and also out of the kitchen area. Recently, one of the collar units failed and Gabriel Rodriguez from Invisible Fence came over to help. I was tempted to buy the cheap version on Amazon when our dog started running into the road, but decided to get a quote from Invisible Fence first. I’m glad I did. They did a great job installing the line along the front of our large property with no problem. Ben came back multiple times to train with me and my dog, and my dog got the hang of it really fast. He hasn’t run away once since we’ve had the invisible fence. There’s also indoor options that train my dog not to go where he’s not allowed! Best investment we’ve ever made!

Invisible Fence was a blessing to find🙏 I had tried everything and this was my last attempt before finding my pups a home. Talked with Kelsey who was very friendly and helpful in finding a solution. Gabriel came out and was amazing! He listen to the problem I was having which was my 3 dogs fence fighting with my neighbors dogs. I felt defeated because nothing was working. Gabriel reassured me that he was there to help and give me the peace in my backyard again. He was professional showing me about the system and collars and extremely patient as I brought out one dog at a time. We did some training and he answered all my questions. Using Invisible Fence was my last resort but should have been my first. I tried everything to keep my 4 cats from jumping the fence but nothing worked. Then came Jeremy and Invisible Fence. He is very nice and personable. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He worked with my cats to show me how it worked and I was impressed. Now I let my Cats go outside and I know they wil be safe. Jeremy is a great representative for Invisible Fence. He made sure I felt good about the fence and the how the cats were behaving. I have two indoor cats that share a litter box and I decided to try the scoop free box I bought from this company and it has exceeded my expectations. I was scooping everyday and now I don’t have to. I have been an Invisible Fence customer for 5 years. I have two dogs, a Labrador and a Bloodhound on a one and a half acre lot. I do not know how I would have been able to manage them on the property without the assistance of the fence. The company is super helpful and responsive. Training was terrific, follow up was super. In 5 years, I did not really need them to come out for anything. Just recently I had to reach out, they sent a technician out in 24 hours. Ben Mullenix from the company came out, completely knowledgeable, great with dogs, quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. We are back up and running!

Life saver. Have 2 dogs - one puppy who is an energetic escape artist and another older rescue who digs under everything to get out (can’t get the wild out of him). Ben Mullenix and his team did a fantastic job figuring how best to train and contain them. Now they have more freedom (we can allow them out in both the front and backyards), we can relax, and most importantly, they are safe. Added bonus is our “baby” gate which we used to keep the dogs downstairs (they easily jumped over it) can come down since we now have a far more effective (and easily portable) invisible fence indoors too.

We are so happy we installed invisible fence over 8 years ago to keep our dogs safe. We have a large property and have a new dog and needed the system to be updated and our new dog trained. As usual, invisible fence was extremely responsive and very professional. Jeremy, our technician, came and fixed a few areas of our wiring that had been disturbed by our landscaper and to train our new dog. I have two cats and one of them is very curious, so she decided to start using our doggy door at home. I started doing some research and found Invisible Fence, so I gave them a call and Jeremy came out to our house and gave us a free estimate. Jeremy was very kind and informative without trying to push any sales on us. We went ahead and got our small spot system installed that day and training began as well. I was very skeptical at first because the correction collars seemed very weak at first, and my cat was determined. The included training they go through with you consists of 3 weeks of at home training with a visit from the trainer once a week. The first couple of days were great and then my cat decided she didn’t mind getting a little zap to go outside. However as training continues they can turn up the collar’s correction as needed which we ended up doing at our next training session. After the first week both my cats understood that there are two areas near doors in our house that they shouldn’t be near. The second week was a lot better only one escape happened during that time period. After the third training session both cats now avoid those areas in my house, and I haven’t had an escape or an attempt since!Jeremy was a wonder trainer and very helpful to us.Just be warned the only thing Im not a fan of is the fact that their collars use proprietary batteries that you have to get from them. The batteries last 3 months each before they need to be replaced.

I waited a few months to post this review because I wanted to make sure the fence would not lose it effectiveness over time and in fact just the opposite has happened. My dog knows where he can and cannot go in the yard and never tests the boundaries. I highly recommend this product. Additionally, the customer service was phenomenal. Jeremy was very patient with our dog and he was extremely responsive anytime I had a question or concern. After my experience with the Halo collar which I returned for a full refund after about 3 weeks, Invisible fence was a welcome relief. Halo would likely be good for some people who were more experienced in the virtual world, but I wanted simplicity ie., no apps or complicated set-up, no guessing where the GPS borderline was located, and a less extensive training schedule. Invisible Fence filled the bill. I knew exactly where the borderline was located and my Malamute caught on quickly. Training was simplified and set-up was a breeze as my trainer/installer, Jeremy, knew his business very well! Finally, the battery in the Invisible Fence collar lasts about 3 months rather than having to be charged nightly with the Halo collar. All in all, for me, Invisible fence was a better choice.

This is our second time with Invisible Fence. I highly recommend invisible Fence. We had used them 7 years ago with our other dog. We didn’t keep up or care for the equipment after our dog no longer needed it to stay out of the planter areas of the yard. Our new puppy is even more destructive than our older one was. We called Invisible Fence again thinking that we would have to do a 100% new install. We were pleasantly surprised that some of the old equipment was in good working order after being outside and neglected for years! They were very responsive, fast and reliable. Jeremy, our rep, was dependable, patient, and personable. A week after installation and training, our puppy is staying out of the critical areas and, is no longer going after our sprinkler system, outdoor lights, cable, internet and phone lines. Nick worked with our six month old puppy Scout to get her acquainted with her new boundaries. He knew just what to do to help her understand what was being asked of her. His love of animals is demonstrated by how firm he was, but also how generous with his praise when she did what he was asking of her. He spent a long time teaching us how to work with her. We had invisible fence installed for our adopted shelter dog. Knowing she had been turned in as a stay, we were worried she might be a runner. The fence gives us peace of mind that we can let her run in our yard without worry. Ben and Jeremy were great with product knowledge and training for Maple. The fence is still pretty new, but if theres ever an issue with the product or the training, I wont hesitate to contact them for support.While several family members have invisible fences and I was familiar with the main product, something new to us was the indoor gate system. We can’t say enough good things about the protection offered by the Invisible Fence and the support of the Invisible Fence staff. I grew up in a home with Invisible Fence keeping our dogs safe, so didn’t need to be sold on its effectiveness. But there are many new features, etc., and Ben helped me navigate the options and find what was best for our yard and pup Ruby. When it came time for the install, Ben worked tirelessly on some challenging terrain, through brush, etc. to optimize the space. He had great suggestions at each step. Ben trained our dog Ruby and left us with some tips to work on, then came back the following week to follow up and make an adjustment. The training happened more or less instantaneously and with very little effort on my part — thanks Ben and Invisible Fence, there’s no better way to go!

Training our dog to an invisible fence was easily the best decision we made for her and our family. Before this she ran away one night and found her way back after 6 hours, but that was enough for us to call up Invisible Fence. Jeremy was great from beginning to end. I wish I could give Invisible Fence 10 stars! Two years ago we installed the invisible fence at our home that is situated on a golf course with no true backyard fence or barrier to keep our dogs in. To this day, our two dogs have not run through -- despite the taunting of other dogs, children, squirrels, birds, or toys! We feel completely safe leaving them outside even when we arent home. Invisible fence is now installed in our second home (in a traditional neighborhood/home with fenced in yard) and has completely transformed our comfort level with our dogs at this home. We have been able to limit their access to certain areas of our backyard as well as limit their escapes into the street when the driveway gate is left open. They wont cross over for treats, toys, or even other dogs. The training that is included is very effective and the trainers have been more than willing to answer other general training questions. Jeremy and Gabriel are wonderful! Thank you, Invisible Fence, for giving us peace of mind and peace at home!

We have worked with this company several times and have gotten wonderful and friendly service each time. Our home is in Bakersfield, they are in the San Diego area, yet they have always been able to get us in for an appointment in a very timely manner, never griping or making an issue about the travel distance, and they don’t charge us for travel time, which in itself impresses and pleases me every time! I feel that Invisible Fence and their employees are one of the few companies left that truly care about servicing their product, good customer service, and very importantly, our pet’s safety! I’m extremely pleased with every step of the process as well as the final product. Ben was a pleasure to work with. After receiving a quote, I was able to schedule an installation appointment right away. After the installation, Ben patiently worked with my dogs to help them understand the barrier. The fence works exactly as described. It has done a great job keeping our dogs from venturing into the canyon behind our home. Ben throughly explained the training and equipment to us. We have used IF since I was in Junior High. This was in the late 1980s. My parents have their board and collars from the late 90s, updating collars as they added more dogs to their family. It was so good, that people want it included when they sell their house, and this was the only reason for the update on the board. When I started my own family (of pets) I immediately acquired my own system and I have my original system from early 2000s still running strong. The quality of the product is high, the service offered over the years is AMAZING, including our most recent visit from Jeremy. There is no pressure, just information(even though I am certain if he could sell more items, it would be more in his pocket). I will continue to use the Invisible Fence as long as I have my doggies. It is not aggressive like an electric correction collar. Once the pups learn the property boundaries (through training and reward) they dont have any problems, and you can change all levels of warning, parameter, sounds etc. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product and will stand by it!

Our dogs have always jumped the fence, we had tried installing a DIY invisible fence that we purchased online, but it did not phase our dogs and the batteries would not last very long. We then hired a personal dog trainer that would come out three times a week for 90 days, but as soon as he stopped coming, the dogs began jumping over again.Recently, our youngest dog injured himself very badly while attempting to jump the fence and had to get surgery. For our puppy, a GSP, Nick got him to get familiar with the invisible fence and then during our second training, Nick had the GSP trained up and knowing not to get close to the fence even if his favorite toy is thrown for him to fetch. This is a great company and a great product. They do a good job working with your dog in training. I like that I can feel their concern for both sides of the safety issue - that the collar not shock too much, but also that it not shock too little so that the dog gets out and is hit by a car. My first dog could not be contained at all. He was not neutered at the time and there were quite a few ladies nearby. He liked to go looking for a date. Once we got the fence, he stayed put. I have been working with Ben Mullenix on containing my livestock guardian dogs on my ranch. I have read a lot about e-collar fences are ineffective for LGDs, who are bred to roam and keep away predators. Fortunately that has not been true in my case. Working with Ben, I was able to successfully dissuade my 18mo Great Pyrenees from leaving my property even with him being out at night chasing off coyotes. In total Ben came out 3 times to set up the fence and adjust the shock level to where it’s effective but doesn’t scare the dog. I just added an LGD puppy and had Ben out to fit her with a collar. Ben took a very different approach with the pup, who is quite a bit more sensitive than my adolescent GP, and set the collar on an extremely low level.Ben was easy to reach over phone and text. Scheduling appointments have been a breeze. And he has always shown up promptly for appointments with a well stocked van to get the job done. Over the past 20 years we have relied on the Invisible Fence system to protect our dogs, who are like family members. We live on an acre + equestrian property that by necessity cannot have substantial fencing. Thus the only realistic option for us is the Invisible Fence. However, even if I could use 8 concrete block, I would much prefer the IS system. My current dog is a very enthusiastic lab, but we have had several other labs, golden retrievers and jack russell terriers on the system and they have had free-run of the entire property with the Invisible Fence. Training was relatively easy and we started our current pup at about 5 months old. He did great. My wife also had the indoor discs installed in certain off-limits areas inside the home and it works beautifully. Our neighbors are amazed at how well our dogs know their boundaries. I wish I could tell them that it was my excellent training methods, but honesty requires me to confess that it is all about the Invisible Fence. I really cant recommend it enough!

I was so pleased with Invisible Fence! Its so worth it to have the peace of mind that comes with knowing the cat is safe in the backyard. There have been so many coyote attacks in my community so this was the perfect solution. We have had our Invisible Fence system for about two years now. Our pet containment situation is perhaps a bit different than most. We have two cats and two dogs. The dogs were well contained by our physical fence and gates -- but the cats kept climbing the fence and going off by themselves. We live on a busy street and needed to do something. Jon went out of his way to make sure that we designed a system that would work well for our cats. It has been flawless. Our cats are quite happy with the collars and the micro receivers are not a bother for them at all. Jon told us that the cats would get used to the slight extra weight around their neck so we gave it a try. We were surprised that the receivers weren’t annoying for them, but it was exactly as promised. So now the cats have Invisible Fence collars and stay in the yard. The dogs just have regular collars (no Invisible Fence receivers) so they can just be clipped on a leash and taken for walks around the neighborhood. The physical fence is sufficient for the dogs and we don’t have to remember to take something off before taking them down the block. We now have four happy pets.

We recently had an Invisible Fence installed at our home in La Quinta, CA.We have two dogs, a Border Collie and a Beagle.We live on a golf course, and there are frequent distractions with golfers and landscape maintenance folks passing by, and the Border Collie can (and does) easily jump the 30 fence (limited height per HOA).Gabriel Rodrigues was the Technician/Pet Trainer who installed our system and introduced our dogs to it. The system was installed on a Saturday, and noisy equipment is not allowed then, so Gabriel had to hand dig the trench for the wire. He did so with a smile on his face and no complaints. The installation went smoothly, and upon completion Gabriel spent time training the dogs, my wife and me. The dogs responded quickly.Gabriel said we should continue the training of the dogs on their leash twice a day for 15 minutes each session. The next morning, I took the dogs outside without the leash, and they both respected the boundaries that had been established. As a result, I did not train them on the leash, but carefully observed them while they were in the yard. They behaved very well, and never once broke the boundary, which amazed me.As a result, we never did any additional training. Gabriel returned for the second training session which was a part of our contract. He walked up and down by the fence and tried to lure the dogs over. Never once did either one of them break the boundary.We now can let the dogs use the dog door and come and go between the house and the yard, and are very comfortable doing so.Invisible Fence is an outstanding product and works superbly for us.It is not inexpensive, but it has been worth every dollar to us.Thanks, Gabriel and Invisible Fence. There was no pushing to buy their services, no gimmicks of if you buy today well discount x amount. The installation was quick, despite us having a large yard (half acre). The installers were both very friendly and professional. My husky has not gone over/under our fence since it went in, and he only ran through the front one time before realizing thats a no go lol. We had the intensity adjusted a couple of times which was very easy to do. They took the time to acclimate my dog to the new system and train both him and myself on how it works. They ease your dog into, which was great. I also LOVE LOVE the little round mobile unit for indoors. That thing ROCKS. Had the best experience today with installing an invisible fence. My dog has the worst habit, almost like an obsession with peeing on everything in our living room that sits on carpet (we also have white carpet)... Hes ruined expensive carpet as well as a very expensive down sofa. After reviewing every type of barrier online, both indoor and out, I realized that a barrier that works by radius wouldnt work as its not specific enough. So I purchased an in ground pet barrier and called Invisible Fence to see if theyd be willing to install despite me not buying from them, because I had no idea how to even get it started. Being that you cant dig a trench in my living room and bury them, I said he could tape the wire along the walls/floors. My three giant schnauzers, my JRT and my self have been very happy since I decided to have the innovative services of the Invisible Fence.I had several issues with my dogs before the Invisible Fence came to our rescue. My dogs were digging underneath the fence line and going away. The were also escaping thru the property gates when the gardener or other visitors would come. I was always worried about my dogs getting lost or even killed on the streets. I tried other options suggested in other pet stores that did not work for my active, outdoor dogs.Luckily, after an extensive research I call Jon from the Invisible Fence Brand in Souther California. These guys know their business well. I was reassured about the quality of their product, lack of harm to my four legged kids and their effectivity.Indeed, the came as scheduled, they put a cable around a 2 acres area and I have been happy and relaxed ever since with no major issues.No more unauthorized hiking trips for my dogs!Customer service and expertise is second to none!The quality of the product is superb. It is money well spend!Eventually dogs also learned to avoid the boundary area as they do not want to feel the static correction which it is not electricity.Occasionally my biggest dog who is over 100 lbs challenges the fence limit. Initially, I considered that as a failure of the system but in reality it was not a failure and rather you have to check on the battery life, or placement of the collar.I do highly recommend this product with no reservations, or regrets.They have solutions for your garden that I also use and my dogs stopped digging in it. First of all, thank you for having a billboard on the 10 Freeway towards Palm Springs! Its how we learned of invisible fence. This was a great experience. Our puppy billie was an escape artist, sneaking out and running at his leisure through our neighborhood. Scary! Gabriel, from Invisible Fence, came by, explained the process, set it all up in a matter of a couple of hours. Billie started training that same day. Jon Boots and crew have completely changed our living situation. We went from barely able to contain our precious and very active yellow lab Beau, to watching him roam freely on the yard without ANY fear of him getting out. He greets all the neighbors walking by every morning, and NEVER crosses his line. People stop to visit with him constantly, they know hes happy and will stay put and dont have to worry about him playfully jumping on them for a snuggle. Thanks to Jeremy and the Invisible Fence team AGAIN! We have been using this system on our 1+ acre property for 20 years now. It has remained reliable and intact all this time with little to no maintenance. WAAAAAYYYY more cost effective and aesthetically pleasing than building and maintaining a 6 foot fence.Jeremy came out right on time to check the system, refresh our old collars, marked out the territory and began training us with our new 13 wk old puppy. He was knowledgeable, efficient, kind and well prepared.This is our 5th Rhodesian Ridgeback that we have trained on the system and the process is easy and safe. The technology and behavioral science has improved over 20 years and now there is a more systematic approach with gradation in degree of stimulation and a more wholistic training program. While the old training approach worked great for our other 4 dogs, this is just as easy and makes sense. Our new puppy is already heeding the white flags and figuring out the program on the first day. She is appropriately spooked by the stim but no signs of anxiety, stress or fear. Dont be freaked out by shocking your dog. I know there are people out there who think this is a terrible solution, and it may be for some types of dogs who are not well trained or difficult to control. This is far safer and more reliable than risking having your dog get out from a fenced yard (digging/jumping out/slipping through the gate) and getting hit by a car.

We have 2 miniature Golden Doodle Houdinis, Dogwatch saved our lives (or more specifically, theirs!)! Chris and his son were such a delight to work with. No other company we called knew their product like Dogwatch. Professional, personable, and always on hand to answer any ongoing questions, we couldnt be happier with the service. Let me preface this review by saying I have sphynx cats, and this product is definitely designed for animals with furry necks.First of all, Jon gets 10 stars because he is everything everyone else has said about him on these reviews while also being attentive, thoughtful about the individual needs of your pet, and he thinks outside the box to problem solve unique situations. Jon is super and I appreciate his expertise very much!The product works. The first technician to set things up for me put the collars on way too tight and the correction was way too strong, and it really destroyed my one cats personality for a month. It was quite heartbreaking. Jon came to the rescue and solved the problem, if it wasnt for him I wouldnt have been able to continue using the product. Again, Jon, 10 stars.The only reason I cant give 5 stars overall is because the receiver is ridiculously huge, and I really hope the company puts effort into redesigning it to be less clunky and painful to look at. Its just too big and heavy, especially for small animals. I have to remove the collars for the cats to eat, at night to give their necks a break and to prevent skin breakdown, and occasionally during the day when I just cant stand to look at it. With all the technological advances in 2017, surely there is a way to make that thing smaller. If they could do that, instant upgrade to 5 stars from me.Jon, youre awesome! Big thanks to you!

Invisible fence is a FANTASTIC product. EVEN BETTER the team and service is impecable. Especially Chris, Gibb and Anthony . They are a truley amazing team. They installed the fence promptly guided me through the process and treated me as a first class citizen, for which is a rarety these days i might add. They then came to my house at my convinience to help train my dogs and ME on three needed occasions, shared their phone number with me for any questions i might have and by the way the # they provide actully has there voice behind it and not some computer saying push 1,2 etc. The impressionable part is when they provided me with the wrong charger for the portable adjustable signal field. I then called to notify them of this, and the next day Gibb hand delivered it to me... WOW thats when I knew that this company cares about its customers and not just there to grab your money and go. I highly recommend the product and especially this branch. GREAT JOB guys. Very sincerely andThanks,WesOh by the way I have a very active hunting dog that gets easily distracted and the fence works amazing he hasnt left the yard yet and knows his boundrys. I accidently left the colar off and he reconizes the flags and wont go near it, this product keeps him contained.

Couldnt recommend Jon and the Invisable Fence company highly enough. At first I was a little skeptical as to if it would work or not but its incredibly effective. In addition Jon was so helpful throughout the entire process and our 2 huskies absolutely loved him.
