Dealt with this company for years sad to say, we had lost Thousands of sales over the years due to this system locking up, web ordering not working properly, updates that messed up other aspects of the system on a regular basis, etc. For the amount of money we were paying every year at multiple locations we should have been treated better! I.E. let us know when there were issues in the back office and web ordering was all messed up for god knows how long!!!???!!!No autonomy and always having to rely on someone else to fix something as simple as updating a picture or description of menu items and taking days sometimes weeks to fix!!!! Just ridiculous. I’m glad we changed to a more updated, reliable system for a fraction of the cost!

BEWARE!!! Worst POS system out there! Dont waste your money! This company has cost me thousands upon thousands of dollars in LOST INCOME every year! Very UNSTABLE and UNRELIABLE ANCIENT system! Dean always blames third parties like Microsoft for the issues but its HIM! Always sending out corrupt updates that lock up your system during critical times! I switched to a new POS and now have a plethora of amenities and reliability, automatic offline batching, free 3rd party tablet integration, less merchant fees, and full autonomy over my POS! No need for lengthy opening/closing procedures its all automatic with automatic nightly emailed reports. All this for $100 less a month!!!!!! Screw his annual fees $1500 web ordering and $1500 Support fees! Dean also refused to refund the unused portion of these annual fees, they guy is hurting for money and bleeding out!

Terrible experience with this company so far. I paid $50,000 for a system that I was supposed to be able to take orders and payments at the table, have online ordering, have a kitchen display that works for our kitchen, and our own app. NONE of these items are working properly. They sent Ralph, to install and he has been very helpful and attentive, but it seems like no one in his company can figure out anything. Instead of training us he has to spend all of his time on the phone trying to get things fixed. His boss, Dean has not yet reached out to me personally to fix any of these issues. We havent gotten really any training yet due to all the technical issues with the company and they are now telling me I will have to pay out of pocket extra training days. This system is like taking a step back 20 years. They say they have integrations with hot schedules so my employees can view their schedule on an app but it is an extra $4,000 charge!!! They have a scheduling function built in their system, but all it does is email the employee their schedule. This is SO BEHIND TIMES. They also dont have any integrations with modern inventory systems as well even though they say they can. This system has lost me TONS of money in just the past two weeks. We actually had to CLOSE DOWN OUR STORE one day because it wasnt function at all. I get no direct answers from ANYONE here. This is the worst mistake I have made about my business so far. PLEASE dont waste your time or money with these people .Very unprofessional and terrible service.

TERRIBLE system and TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM for your restaurant. We have invested over 50,000 with this company and have a system that is not working and are loosing money by the day in sales because of their technical issues. They send people out to train you, but we have received zero training because they gentleman setting up the system has been on the phone with technical suppler the whole time. We have a KDS that does not work even remotely properly. Assad the salesman made many promises that the system would do all of the specific things we asked for but so far they have delivered ZERO of those promises. We cant even check out a customer at the table without the whole system freezing up. It is embarrassing to our establishment. Dean, the boss everyone refers to has yet to reach out to us and is asking for us to PAY EXTRA when we havent even received proper training because there are so many system errors. Please dont waste your time with this system for your restaurant. TERRIBLE customer service.

TERRIBLE SYSTEM.1. Ran into this company at the Pizza Show in Vegas a couple years back. Assad promised us this system would do all of the things we needed. I explained that we were a chicken concept and we needed a KDS that could handle grill/fryer/ line etc. They said that it could do all the things we requested.2. We paid OVER $50,000 for this system for the registers, the tablets and card readers to take orders at the table, the KDS system, online ordering, and app.3. When they installed the system Ralph was VERY helpful and is super nice but unfortunately he ended up on the phone with support the whole time and we were unable to get proper training.4. None of the items we paid for are functioning 100 percent at all. The system is very slow and freezes up often.5. The biggest thing is they keep threatening me to that I have to pay more for training when it isnt even set up properly!!!! It is so very stressful and they are very unprofessional. We are a very successful business and they are costing us money everyday that something isnt functioning like it should.6. I would not go with this system when there are more modern systems that actually have support. This was the worst mistake we have made with our restaurant.

Ive been with In-Touch for 15+ years, I made the mistake of switching to TOAST POS a couple of months ago, it almost put me out of business.I reached out to the owner of In-Touch Dean and asked him for help getting my hardware back online, he went above and beyond to assist me, theres a lot happening with internet, credit card processing etc. but he was able to get us back online quick.If youre miserable with your current POS system as I was with TOAST I assure you In-Touch is second to none with customer service, its a private, family run business thats outlasted most other POS companiesIf youre ever in Chicago Id be happy to show you the system in action so you can see the difference, and Ill answer any questions you have, I know what its like to shop for a new system, I even went as far as receiving the hardware from SQUARE POS, but backed out after more research.I do heavy delivery, but still have a small, full service dining room with a full bar and carry-out service.

Terrible system. Overly expensive compared to other systems out there. Always nothing but issues with the system. Cant get help unless you also pay a ridiculous hourly price. And theyre not available on the weekends. I would be more than happy to refer you to a system that works and doesnt cost thousands.

We have used In-Touch for 22 years and have been extremely pleased during that time. In-Touch has continually upgraded and added new features, some at our request and some from others. When I look at other POS systems and realize the amount of third-party software I would have to buy to match the features built into In-Touch, it reaffirms our initial decision to use In-Touch and our insistence to stay with them all these years.

We looked at InTouch as a solution to some things lacking in our current POS. After investing in having the system installed, we found that we were happier than we thought with our current system. There was NOTHING wrong with InTouch, it just was not a match for us.I did however give for stars. The reason was that that they worked very hard to make it work. In particular Kevin Kelley and Gerber Reynand.Dean Kashefi was very understanding, and though he was understandingly disappointed in our decision, was good about refunding our investment.

Tech support is very helpfulHard to get answers from this company! Theyre not returning any of my calls even after THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of dollars invested into this POS system. Just need simple instructions on how a customer loyalty program works, but no one has taken the time to respond. Very disappointed.
