I own a computer shop in Agoura Hills, and I have been using these guys for years. I get over loaded sometimes and they always help me out. Awesome communication. Outstanding work. Highly recommended.

A few years ago, the Apple store referred Intosh to me after they were unable to help me with a problem. I have used Intosh on 4+ different occasions. They are friendly, efficient and thorough. Fast to get the job done and they do an amazing job. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone with computer problems :)

I have been returning to Intosh for years as I migrated through various Mac computers and software applications. They are simply excellent. No-nonsense problem solvers. Fast service. Good value for money. I highly recommend them.

If you need any help with an Apple product these guys are life savers. Any time I have a problem (which is rare with a Mac) I go to them and they fix it incredibly fast for a great price. Ive come back multiple times and plan to keep doing business with Intosh.

We purchased a Mac and Airport Express from Intosh. Unlike the genius bar I tell Intosh people what I need to do and they help me do it. No poor Steve Jobs impersonators, just good help that works! The same prices too.

Fantastic all around customer service and outstanding business solutions for everything related to Apple and Mac! I will never again step foot in to an Apple Store for anything as long as Intosh is in business. The employees working at Intosh really know much more than your run of the mill kids working at the Apple Store. Why deal with the crowds and ego inflated Apple employees when you can just pop in to Intoshs convenient location in Westlake. As an added bonus, they even provide on site services for our 4 offices located in and around the Los Angeles areas. Try to get the Apple store to do this... Good luck! If your thinking of converting your business to Apple think no further, call Intosh and let the stress disappear.

When Apple told me that my hard drive had crashed I went to Intosh. They recovered all of my data, installed a new hard drive and reinstalled everything. They are always responsive and I highly recommend.

Terrific. I had a corrupted hard drive and they still were able to retrieve most of my info and transfer to a new laptop. I highly recommend them.
