Elizabeth was so amazing to work with. She immediately jumped on listings and was extremely proactive. We found our dream home within a week of looking. Even though she was on vacation when we needed to submit an offer, she worked tirelessly throughout her whole trip and secured us our dream home!! We were able to close so quickly because of her hard work and her positive relationships with other individuals in the real estate business. We will forever be grateful for Maria Rodriguez, thanks to her amazing help we now have a beautiful home. Maria is everything you can look for in a realtor. She exceeded our expectations and was beyond wonderful. We had the privilege to have her as our realtor, the moment we met at the café, there was an instant connection, we knew she would help us find the perfect home for our family and she sure did! Throughout our entire journey, Maria felt like our mom, always advising us what to look out for and assuring us that we would find the one when would fall in love with a house and lose it to somebody else’s offer. I want to thank Elizabeth Fry and the Intero team for our recent real estate transaction. My wife and I were selling our first home and completely new to the process. Elizabeth was able to work with us on the sale and negotiated our purchase of our next home which was a perfect fit. We interviewed several local real estate agents but in the end we chose Intero for a few reasons. She has great connections with local contractors, great ideas on how to improve your home you are selling (@ a low cost) and she predicted the selling price on the dot. She also happens to be very responsive which is a huge plus. Especially in today’s competitive market, we landed the home we were looking for and we couldn’t be happier.

I can’t say enough good things about Elizabeth and her team. They made what could be an extremely stressful time so smooth and helped in so many ways. From staging the house we sold and making it look so beautiful to coordinating everything we needed to do for the transaction of the house we were buying. We had the the opportunity to have Intero realtor Elizabeth Fry help us with our sale of our property. I chose her because of how much experience she has at selling country properties. I was not disappointed. She went above and beyond to explain the stages of the sale with true professionalism.Selling my property had some issues arise and she assured me it would be ok as she tackled it head on. She was able to get more than we were asking. She negotiated with buyer and I couldnt be happier. Sold our property in less than 2 weeks. Alan was so Amazing when I was trying to find my forever home! I was looking two hours away from where I lived and the drive was even further for Alan. No matter how many houses I wanted to look at, (and I looked at a LOT) he did the drive back-and-forth many times before I found my perfect home! Alan was always professional and courteous and always got back to me quickly with any questions or concerns that I had. I had been looking for a house for a while. But there was no luck doing so on my own. My brothers recommended this agency, and Bryson got in touch with me. It took almost a year, and so many houses later, we found one that I could call home. He dedicated his precious time and worked really well to make sure everything was to my knowledge; as I was abroad during the entire process. Definitely recommend and happy with the entire process.

Elizabeth Fry and her team are real professionals. Ive been a transactional lawyer for close to 30 years, and understand what it takes to get deals done right, and Elizabeth and her team are aces. Elizabeth knows the market, provides on point analysis of bid and bidders, and is responsive to requests. In my situation, the property had some underground contamination that created multiple transactional issues that needed to be overcome and her advice was on point the whole way. Because of the additional time it took to overcome the issues, I learned shes patient and has a good sense of humor. In any event, I would trust her with any transaction. I lucked out when I was down to the last two weeks of the 45 day window to identify a replacement rental property for a 1031 exchange. I had been searching online outside California and was ready to give up. I was referred indirectly to Bryson Patterson who listened, didn’t panic with me, and calmly led me to a few properties that were in my budget, right here in California. Most importantly, he turned out to be a house, neighborhood and market whisperer—he knew them all which allowed me to trust my own instincts and make a competitive offer that was accepted. In truth I didnt have enough of an interaction with Elizabeths staff or herself to really make a good accurate review. Google chimed in on my phone multiple times wanting reviews about this particular group so I simply chose 3 stars, middle of the road because I dont have enough to really say one way or another, that being said... The phone call I experienced was a little overwhelming and dare I say hard pressed to earn my business. Almost to much, but by simply reaching out to me over this platform and asking for a explanation or at least addressing that you had a less then steller review earns another 🌟. So I am changing my middle of the road choice to a more positive one. Thanks.
