Highly recommend! My computer went dead & looking for computer repair saw all the great reviews here so I gave them a call. They had me bring it right in & spent an hour diagnosing my computer finding the best option to get a new one and swap out my hard drive and gave me great advice on how I could do it myself. Asked how much I owed and they charged me nothing. Super honest & quick service. Would definitely go to them in the future with any other computer or cellphone issues!

Came in thinking my phone charger port was water damaged or something, Udi didn’t turn away such a minimal task he cleaned my phone for free. 10/10 will be back. Thanks Udi

I couldnt ask for a better company to help me. It was a two day job and very complicated but Udi was able to figure it out. I would highly recommend him for any computer problem. We even had to connect my old computer so he could work on the new and old one.

Technology is definitely not one of my strong points. Luckily I have Udi to turn to every time something goes wrong with my computer. Usually it is because of something I did that I shouldnt have done. Anyway, I call Udi, I send him access to my computer, and he fixes it. He explains what hes doing, so that in the future I can do it myself. Luckily I can always call him because I will inevitably do what I did, (or something worse), forget what he told me to do, find myself unable to use my computer, and quickly, and patiently he will save the day. I highly recommend him.

I looked for a company with top knowledge, customer service and affordable prices and found it with ICSOnce again problem was solved. They new exectly where to look and what to do.And once again i was saved by ICS today and my PDF is working. They know where to go and what to do.

Udi has horrible customer service!!! They charged me double for something very simple . Please do some research before hiring him . He is rude and doesn’t care about your pocket ! He also yells at his employees in front of us . How unprofessional is that !

I pressed one button and the screen went black. HELP!!! Uri to the rescue. He is a genius! We have been going to ICS for many years. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice, helpful and very patient. Im not good with computers and I ask many questions. They guide you through everything and many things can be done virtually. Call them! You wont be disappointed.

Udi exhibited a committed interest in solving the problem, while exhibiting curiosity second only to his friendliness.As Udi worked, I asked how long he has been in business, and he said about 30 years--and it SHOWS!It is in an honor to have such expertise and excellent customer service just a few minutes away from my home in Reseda.I would also like to add that Udi did not charge me for his time, probably because he did not find my problem as challenging as I did. Amazing care and attention to me, and my computer. Losing my computer was a major ordeal, but owner went above and beyond to take care of me....I had such a positive feeling when I met him, and all of it was the right impression.Owner and techs...are so sweet and efficient....first impression was seeing all the little screws to my computer all lined up when they took computer apart first day....they are busy, and...for a reason...am passing their cards out to everyone...so rare to trust a business, these days...I am so pleased...had to hug the owner a couple of times....sweet, kind and caring...recommended to me by Geek Squad as another sign of their good reputation.
