I found Interact easy to use and an excellent tool for taking my website to the next level - aiming to engage more potential clients. The team behind the website have been super friendly and helpful getting me set up on the right monthly plan and Im really excited to see how traffic increases from my online questionnaires.
I was looking for a suitable software that could manage the complexities of my quiz yet it had to be easy to use because I am NOT computer savvy and Interact was the only thing I found that actually made it happen cost effectively.Plus their technical support was really responsive. This is a fantastic quiz making software. Very user friendly with a high intuitive interface. It embedded really well into my website, and has been consistent and reliable. It also offers a lot of flexibility depending on what kind of quiz youd like to produce.
I dread calling support, but I didnt have to with Interact.There was a chat box right at the bottom. It gave me a disclaimer that itll take a while for them to message you back, yet Josh replied within seconds. I am extremely new to this type of stuff and felt like Id have to get on the phone to explain my problem. Nope! Everything was fixed in minutes and I did it, with the help of Josh of course. Thanks.

2018-12-11 16:02:53Our experience with Interact was exceptional! We were looking for a way to host a vocal personality quiz we had envisioned, but couldnt find a platform that could accommodate it. Then we found Interact. The platform itself was extremely intuitive and easy to navigate, so we had our quiz set up in no time. But the truly incredible part was the customer service. We were able to speak personally with Jane, ask our questions and make feature requests, and get feedback on what wed designed. We at Voice Body Connection are so glad Interact exists, and give them our highest recommendation!

2019-04-09 21:00:07Ive been incredibly impressed by the Interact quiz builder. It was easy and fast to get up and running with the very intuitive interface and powerful features. I had a client requirement to display correct answer explanations with their quiz, and this builder was one of very few that actually handle that so easily. Clearly it can be scaled and customized to more advanced quiz types and the opportunities for engagement seem numerous. Another stand out for me has been the support. They were always nice, quick and responsive with my questions and really helped. 5 stars!

I love that theyre more than willing to jump on a call to answer any questions - its so refreshing to talk to a real human being without jumping through multiple hoops to reach them. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to create an interactive lead gen tool for their website.

2018-07-26 18:17:11Exceptional customer service! Support staff provided intro zoom conference call to discuss details of Interact, how it works, features. A week later scheduled a follow up call to discuss my progress in creating a quiz and to address any questions or concerns. This is unheard of before even stating a subscription! The platform itself is very straight forward, formatted templates for easy start. Plenty of information and step by step process. I am not a tech person at all and easily able to set up a beautiful quiz quickly and easily!

2016-04-26 22:33:53I adore Interact! Its the only quiz platform (that I know of) that integrates with Infusionsoft beautifully. When a user completes a quiz, their results are connected to their contact through a unique tag. Slick! The quizzes are easy to set up and work beautifully on a mobile device. From a list building perspective, I like that users complete the quiz and then give their email address to get the results. The team at Interact has been fantastic. From the get-go, they gave me suggestions and advice on making my quiz the best it could be. Five stars all around.

They immediately offered to get on the phone, and after 30 minutes on the phone with Jane, I was able to set up my quiz exactly as I needed it, have it scored perfectly, and track my analytics in a way that makes sense for my business. The customer service is stellar, and I couldnt be happier with the results, conversions, and ongoing attention theyve given my account. HIGHLY recommend!

2018-07-19 14:38:13After banging my head for DAYS against a really poorly designed Quiz app that kept breaking, I finally switched to Interact. What an upgrade! The entire user is experience is friendly and intuitive, just follow the steps.My quiz is an intricate, in-depth Personality Quiz which triggers a different email sequence depending on the result, and the only place I got stuck was with the Mailchimp integration as I didnt know how to create the proper triggers and segments. THANKFULLY, I was able to talk to Josh the following day on Zoom and within 15 minutes my segments were created and email sequences ready to go.Their chat customer service is also quite amazing as I got a response within an hour.To say that Im happy with Interact and their customer service is an understatement and I cant wait to see the list growth (and in-depth market research) as a result of my quiz.

2019-04-13 00:11:18We were shopping around for quiz software, but we werent finding many options as Shopify apps, or the options we were finding were ridiculously expensive.Im so glad we found Interact- its the perfect solution to what we needed. The quizzes are straight-forward, customizable, and they are extremely reasonably priced. The customer service is fantastic too. Definitely recommend!
