My mother is in a wheelchair and unable to walk. I needed her to get a TB test at CVS on a Sunday and was able to get her a ride from Inter City Transportation! Kevin is the best. So friendly, reliable and treated my mom with respect. I highly recommend Inter City Transportation.
Kevin provided very caring and professional service in providing a non urgent medical transport for my mother. Every aspect of the process was as promised with Kevin modifying his schedule to accommodate the timing required for the transport. The reclining wheelchair was perfectly padded and secure for the 90 minute drive. A++ service. I highly recommend Inter City Transport and especially Kevin.

Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty when picking my dad up from the hospital for me. I was out of town, and he not only picked my dad up, but got his prescriptions and got him into the house and into his recliner. Then he sent me a picture to let me know my dad was ok. I have saved their number in my phone and will definitely be using them again !

Excellent experience dad speaks highly of services every time. Our driver is very good with wheelchair maneuvering up and down 2 stairs with ease 8” to 6” to flat. Takes the edge off a when the most difficult part or the journey is the steps.

He was expert at locking her chair in place, arrived at each stop ahead of me and had her right where she needed to be, when she needed to be there. Thanks are not quite enough for the peace of mind I have knowing I can rely on Kevin to help my ward in Orange, when I call from San Diego!

2021-09-25 18:00:55I needed last minute transportation for my father to a care facility. I choose this company because they were local to where my father would be located. Kevin answered my call, booked my appointed time, kept in contact regarding his estimated arrival time, assisted my father every step of the way AND, as a courtesy, because there was a process for admission, Kevin left the wheelchair so my father didnt have to rush. Kevin went above and beyond to provide comfortable service. He returned later to pick up the wheelchair. I highly recommend this company for transport of your loved ones. Thank you Kevin.

My mother became very sick and unable to walk so I needed immediate medical transport to get her to her life-saving dialysis appointments and the insurance was taking too long to authorize and cover. I’m so happy I found Kevin! He was much more affordable than the other services I called and, he was one of the few services that offered the electric stair chair making the travel more convenient and comfortable for my mom. He was truly a lifesaver during a very stressful time.

Kevin also has a background as a nurse, so he is compassionate and knowledgeable and discerning when it comes to your situation and needs.Kevin’s communication is outstanding, as well, which is vitally important when you are completely reliant and depending on him to transport you to your important medical appointments. Kevin also has a state-of-the-art vehicle with a ramp and specifically designed interior for mobility-impaired passengers which affords a very comfortable ride.I am not a person who is accustomed to needing help with transportation or anything else, but due to unforeseen health issues, I do now., and my only choice for transportation is Kevin and Inter City Transportation.The bottom line is that I have never received more professional and compassionate service at any other time in my life from any other person in my life than I’ve received from Kevin.
