Andy from OneClick Solutions Group visited our office to trouble shoot some issues we were having with our internet connection. His service was beyond incredible. Not only did he quickly identify some key issues that were causing the problem, he was extremely professional, friendly and went out of his way to ensure that the problem was fixed. Now our offices internet is faster than its ever been before and everyone is relieved to finally be productive again. I had an issue I needed to resolve with a section of my company, so I decided to meander around downtown San Francisco when I came upon OneClick Solutions Groups beautiful office. I was welcomed by a very professional and large staff that were eager to assist in remedying all my IT issues. Its safe to say I have found my IT service company in San Francisco. Highly recommend these guys for IT support and care. Definitely a step up from our previous IT company who were constantly MIA or late. OneClick almost always answers the phone with a real person and when they come to our office they are on-time. Issues don’t seem to drag on and on as they did with other IT guys. Good stuff!

You cant go wrong with these guys for IT consulting and IT services. THey take care of our network and computers on an ongoing basis and if our internet goes down they are on it!
