Marco is amazing. He immediately helped me fix an issue with the external body of my iphone, double checked that everything was working after his repair, and sent me on my way quickly. I highly recommend him, and he’s a very friendly guy, too!

I would highly recommend Marco Rivera to anyone having Mac troubles. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone so that parts could be ordered and was out to us straight away to fix it. It was as simple as that and it was really nice to meet such an interesting man.

Great place. I visited his store for the first time today and I must say, his little store is a wonderful addition to Tustin. Ca. Its clean and welcoming. They have products displayed beautiful and a sitting area as well. I walked in and was greeted promptly by Marco the owner. I had a badly cracked glass in my iPhone. He said it would be repaired in 30 minutes. Thnkas.

They did a great job repairing my iPhone. It looked brand new. $170 for iPhone 8+ for front and back repairs. Reasonable IMO. It was on the lower end of many places I called. You can disagree. Im not sure if the price differs depending on the make/model of the phone. Thanks Marco.

My HP laptop screen was damaged and needed to be replaced. It was only $70 and was repaired in a few hours. He even called when the repair was done. Great service. I do a lot of computer repairs myself, but should I need more complex repairs, I will definitely go back again. Thanks Marco.

“Friendly, fast, and definitely exceeded my expectations. It was hard to find a repair center that services Huawei so I was glad I found Bubble Screen. Needed to replace a cracked screen on my phone, which would have taken more than a week from the manufacturer itself for the same cost plus shipping. The guys at Bubble Screen immediately ordered and received the part the next day, and took less than an hour to do the repair. Great service!

I was referred to this company by my husband. I work for a small business and our external hard drive crashed which contained vital information.we took the hard drive to Staplesand they did not have any success. ..”Integrity Technology Services” was successful in retrieving all of the documents. They saved us a lot of time and money. They were quick and kept in communication with us throughout the entire process. The money wa well worth the amount of data they were able to recover.

Took my iPhone to get the screen fixed and got it done that same day. However I came back the next day because my screen was not correctly placed. That same day I started to have issues with my screen. I work so I don’t have time to keep coming back to get issues fixed that shouldn’t been done right since the beginning. I ended up going to Apple and they told me my face recognition cable was damaged when they fixed the screen. I came back to tell him and he said it wasn’t him that there was no way he could have damaged it???? So he’s basically telling me I did it??? No one touched my phone but him. I asked him to fix my phone or give me a refund. And he said he couldn’t do either. Now I need to pay $400 to get my phone fixed, on top of the $110 he charged me. Yes fast service but poor quality of work. And no ownership.Also I don’t know if he thought that smirk on his face was good customer service but it came off very rude!

He did such a good jobI accidentally deleted my sound software while uninstalling programs. I was not able to find the software at the HP web site. I called Marco and he came to my house and had it working again really fast. He did such a good job I even had him install a wireless router. I am glad I had him install the wireless system because he was able to show me how he made it more secure. Now I can use my desktop and my laptop to securely surf the internet in my house.

I usually dont write reviews, but this time they deserve it. Dropped my friends phone by mistake (kids, dont try his at home). She didnt have apple care, so it was either taking a loan to fix it, or head out to the mall and see what we can do about it, and so we did!
