2024-03-22 13:58:46When I asked questions about a specific vehicle they were very willing and honest in their response which I greatly appreciated. Most dealerships omit things that could cause a buyer to not purchase. Hard to find honesty these days.l recommend checking them out.

2024-03-02 06:12:39I’ve bought 2 cars from here and I’ve never had any problems with them. Traveled from the Midwest and back all the time never had a problem with the cars I bought here. Not sure why the bad reviews on here smh .

2022-05-27 23:39:32I chased them down for weeks to buy my truck. They gave me a great deal. I had multiple surgeries, (yes there were things wrong with the truck BUT it IS an 09). Today outside the warranty period they helped replace two missing tire sensors. They truly didnt have to honor it but they looked out for a disabled woman. Sure they can have more staff. They absolutely need office staff that calls back and actually answers the phones.I agreed to do the other work because another mechanic worked on it. These are NOT new cars. They all have their own quirks but missing sensors, I didnt think it was part of the warranty. I research the vehicle I wanted, read the carfax, talk to friends, consulted with family before I even bought it. AGAIN used cars. Not new. Mine is 12 yes old. Study the car before you buy .

2023-04-30 04:27:25I bought a 2013 Nissan rogue in the beginning of February. I discovered a few things were wrong within a 30 day warranty. I kept taking it back to them and they kept fixing everything. Shout out to Vicente who is so conscientious about making it right. Antonio and Ruben just kept putting more and more parts, and thinking it was fixed. Finally at 1 April they decided to just take the whole engine apart and see what the heck was going on. They found things wrong with the head and timing belt and little things and big things they re-calibrated the valves they did all kinds of stuff to make it, right. They never gave up on me and I never gave up on them. I trusted them that they knew what they were doing and they did. I just got it back today and it runs perfectly and I am so excited to tell everyone that Integrity Moters in Atascadero is good on their word. Be kind, go back in, and just ask nicely not with an attitude, but just with the facts. Thank you so much Integrity Moters for being so kind and so thoughtful and taking your time to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Thank you Ramiro for selling me the car in the first place. My miracle car I call it. I am so thankful that there are used car lots out there that are still full of integrity and keep their promises. I would highly recommend you to go to Integrity Moters for your car needs. They have all kinds of cars from all different prices. Thank you Joshua, for keeping me informed as to what was happening and relaying miss messages back-and-forth to Vicente. Thanks again Vicente for being so careful and so conscientious. 2022-12-24 00:36:02Never had any problems with the company before until today. I was at work and I look out and my car is on a repo truck. Never have I missed a payment on my car. The guy ask me if my husbands name was such and such and I replied with no, I am not married. You must have the wrong car. The guy tells me he needs to call the manager. Turns out, the paperwork from when the car was traded in by the previous owner was still in the file. So when they went to repo his car they had my car information. All I received from the lady at integrity motors was nothing but attitude and a rude Im sorry This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I asked to speak to the owner/manager several times. I was told that he does not handle customer relations. WHAT! Then they tried to turn it around on me and say I am in violation of contract because they do not have my new insurance information. So, they screw up and try and make things out to be my fault.

2022-04-06 05:35:04Okay so I went to this dealership and wanted to get this 17,000 Nissan frontier 2015 crew cab 132000 and they said because of me not being able to give them a down payment. which there legally not aloud to do when I have perfect credit score and able to make payments. And so I went to Coast Nissan and they got me into a 2017 Nissan Rogue 23,000 for 650 with 38,000 miles and after 6months of payments on time and than it will go down to 300 after 6 months of payments because I had no down payment so ha. They did it and they got me into something that was the first time buyer and it was awesome. And I really wanted the 2017 Nissan Frontier because my husbands has to have room for his tools but well do with whatever we can get.

2023-08-20 00:32:08DO NOT SHOP HEREThe name of this place is a joke to lure unsuspecting victims into making a purchase here. Both their mechanics and sales staff are incompetent and shady. I should have suspected something was wrong when their documents had a massive abundance of parts showing how everything is on you as soon as you sign. I had problems with both my vehicle and the documentation.They didnt replace the fuses so my lights went out while I was driving through the mountains and almost crashed. The exhaust on one side had a loose bolt and they wanted to charge me for tightening it. They set the bass on the speakers low and shifted the sound to the left speakers and front a bit so I wouldnt notice the bass speakers were blown on one side. That, or their mechanics dont know a damn thing and missed all these things. Im not sure which is worse. They also messed up my registration and then took a month to respond that I had to go fix it myself.If I had not been in a difficult situation I could have gotten a ride down the coast an hour and got the same exact vehicle with ~40k less miles for $500 less from a dealer with a much better rating on here.DO NOT SHOP HEREEdit 2/23/20: Since my review 2 months ago I have had to spend over $300 on this car and it still has problems. Ive replaced fuses, the battery and all of the spark plugs. These guys are so lucky California protects shady businesses like this.Edit 5/18/20: Now my car is overheating, I replaced the thermostat and its still having issues. This place needs to be shut down, everyone at Integrity Motors highly lacks any sort of integrity.Edit 8/19/23: It just dawned on me when checking my mail this morning that like 6 months after i bought my car from here that i started getting a bunch of spam mail with my incorrectly spelled name. Id bet anything that these guys are selling the information of their customers to advertisers.

2021-05-12 22:20:59I have purchased a total of 2 trucks and 1 car from here. Great selection of inventory and has financing terms for everyone. Most of the negative reviews here seem to be from people who dont understand the law when it comes to vehicle purchasing and financing. That being said, all of their vehicles come with a warranty and can be taken for inspections at the independent mechanic of your choice.

2020-04-29 17:37:52So I’m an honest guy just trying to prevent anybody else from receiving the same “customer service” this place has given me. I bought a 2005 Nissan Xterra. Within 3 weeks of having the car it overheated suddenly. I drive like an old lady so I was very careful with it. Long story short the motor is bad. I paid to fix everything there is to fix with the cooling system and the car still no go. I gave integrity motors every chance to help me with this issue and they weren’t having it. Javier kept babbling about a 30 day warranty that to me seems to only cover diagnostics. I was told it doesn’t cover the parts that need repair. After the shop advised me of what’s needing to happen I let Javier know and he again babbled about the useless warranty. I asked if they would be willing to take the car back and put me in a different vehicle so we can continue to be in business, but he didn’t want to hear it. By far the WORST experience I have ever had. I even went as far to tell him (Javier) that I was willing to stay in business if they made this right. I advised him I would be contacting the better business bureau and court. He let me know he could no longer talk to me. I think a name change is in order. I think Lack of Integrity Motors is a better fit for this business. -5 stars in my book.
