Scott has been our IT guy for years and has always done a great job. He makes everything easy. When it is time for a computer upgrade, he tells us what we need and never tries to over sell us and shows up with all the perfect equipment every time. He patiently walks my technology challenged husband though the process until he understands, never once making us feel like he is rushed or frustrated with our lack of knowledge of the IT world. He always follows up with us to make sure everything is working right and that we are happy with everything. His knowledge and professionalism will keep us going back to him for years to come.

Scott and his team at ICC are great! We use them at our small business as well as our home. Technology changes so fast and we want to stay up to date and current, Scott always has awesome suggestions and is knowledgeable in the latest and greatest. Our business has 14 desk tops, 8 laptops, 8 ipads and dozens of mobile phones, all of which need to be networked etc. ICC over sees it all. They have even recovered data when we had a computer crash!!! Scott helps me keep the business running smoothly and simplifies all my devices as home as well. A lifesaver!!!

I have worked with Scott and Integrity Computer Concepts for over 10 years. He has helped me with everything from setting up an iPhone, to transferring data from an old computer to a new one, to putting together a slideshow. Scott is an expert on internet safety and knows how to protect our kids online. He has a vast knowledge base when it comes to computers, programs, mobile phones, wireless, etc. I cant say enough! Scott is highly recommended!

Integrity Computer Concepts saved the day! Recently, our Macbook Pro totally died. Scott and the team quickly assessed the problem was a bad hard drive. They provided a plan of action with a few replacement hard drive options (low price- same HD or upgrade to a bigger/faster hard drive for a little more $). They were able to recover tons of important documents but most importantly they got back our family pictures and videos that had not been backed up and I thought were gone forever. I was leaving on a trip in 2 days so Scott said he’d do his best to have it back to me before I left. Within a day and a half, they had the new hard drive installed, all data restored onto the new, larger HD and everything setup exactly as it was before. Great honest communication, fast service, reasonable rates, and they brought my Macbook back to life! I will be using Scott and the team from now on. Thanks guys! Matt and Amy Holmes

He has the patience of Job, as I am rather on the thick side when it comes to computers. Scott promises and he delivers. I cannot say enough good things about Integrity Computer Concepts. I have used them for over 12 YEARS and have never had a problem that they could not solve, fix, repair or figure out. I am extremely security conscious (more so than the average person) so having someone I trust completely and feel 100% comfortable with is critical to me.Both Scott and Josh are experts at what they do. I have had HP Computers set up as well as iMac desktop & MacBook Air, numerous iPads, iPhones, printers, etc. I had malware removed, emails set up, a computer backup program installed, remote support, suggestions/advice on security cameras- you name it, they have helped me with it. Their knowledge is pretty much anything and everything “tech” related and I cannot recommended ICC highly enough.

Thank God for ICC Guru Scott Burnett. I had been on the phone with Cox tech support for hours and gotten nowhere. Nothing I tried worked, I was unable to send or receive email and nobody could understand why. I had given up and was desperate. I called Scott at Integrity Computer Concepts and he accessed my PC via remote (thru a website) and went to work. I didnt even have to sit on the phone with him, he took my number and I hung up and poured myself a stiff drink (which trust me, I needed...I was stressed out). Fifteen minutes later Scott calls, All fixed Bruce. Im certain the look of astonishment on my face was priceless. Sure nuff...all my emails were there including the missing ones from earlier in the day and now a day later, no issues whatsoever.Gotta problem with your computer? Call Scott...the guy is amazing! Thank you very much Mr. Guru!Sincerely,Bruce CPS: This is the 2nd time I have received 5 star service from ICC. Dont stress, call Scott and relax. Hell fix it.

Whoa! Scott, you worked wonders! I cant believe you were able to pull my pictures off my dead computer years after the fact! Thank you so much for the time you took to bring back those memories. You were a pleasure to work with and not once made me feel dumb when I bombarded you with questions. Your Integrity shines through and you will be my first call should I need help again.
