In this confusing world of HVAC there are many who will rob you blind. My experience with Integrity Systems was superb. The tech was very professional and courteous. He could have ripped us off and would not have known. But they are 100% honest! I thought the repairs would be several hundreds. They fixed everything and charged $59 for a service call. Bravo owners of Integrity 👏👏👏👏

These guys definitely have Integrity! Ive had tons of people come out for my AC and all of them said something different. These guys were no exception (lol), but for once what they said actually made sense. They really helped me unravel the mystery. Then they fixed it! Everything his humming along nicely now!Some things they did that stood out:- Like I kind of say above, the technician took a lot of time to explain to me exactly what was wrong and exactly what they were going to do. He was very patient and it was clearly very important to him that I knew what I was buying and I was confident in my decision to go with them.- They clearly took a lot of pride in their work. They had to make this custom plenum thing and this custom box thing for it to sit on top of. Everything was done carefully. They were VERY excited to show me what they did. It was clear, both from looking at the thing and from talking to them that they took it very seriously.- They respected the price they quoted. I chose a cheaper option, but on the day of the install they didnt have that in stock; they only had a more expensive option. They gave me the more expensive one for the same price.- They were very prompt. I had no cold air on Saturday and they came and installed a whole new system for me on Monday.- They were respectful of my home. They made sure the doors were closed so the cats wouldnt get out. They cleaned everything up.- They picked up the phone and answered my questions and addressed my concerns after the work was done.Everything about the experience (other than when I paid, which was painful, but I got a whole new system so it wasnt unreasonably high) was terrific.

Got an appointment fairly quick. Mike was on time, very informative, and helpful. we had a leak and he found and repaired it and refilled the refrigerant. AC was back and running great the same day.

This company was Fabulous!! They were totally professional, prompt, polite, and helpful in answering all my questions! They were on time every day, worked diligently all day for three days, each day leaving the house perfectly clean. They answered my questions thoroughly and even gave me a phone number to call if I had any problems. I had been dreading the inconvenience but there was NONE! This was a seamless event! Michael, the company representative, was informative, helpful, and expert in every way! I couldnt recommend them more highly!!

We replaced out 35+ year old HVAC system after getting 4 estimates. From beginning to end Integrity was very helpful and professional. The price was competitive and the service was excellent. I will be recommending Integrity Comfort Systems to all my family and friends.

Chris and Integrity Comfort are amazing. They installed an air purification system to our HVAC unit to make our house safer and cleaner for our family. They also did a system check and tune up on our system to ensure it was all operations properly. They can do it all. They have always been on time, they send text updates on exactly when they will be there and when they are gone you will not even know they were there other than the great service that was done. Please reach out to them for any AC and Heating needs.

Integrity installed new ducts throughout my home securing every duct with straps and where possible, tied to the rafters.The whole crew was outstanding! Will Bush came back to the house the day after the installation was completed to make final adjustments on air flow.I am very happy with the workmanship and especially the willingness to go the extra mile.

A/c unit was not blowing cold air anymore so needed maintenance. Scheduled appt online and Was notified via text when service tech would be at my house. I got a call from Julie stating the tech was close and could be at my house sooner. Great! Jared showed up. Was here about 45 minutes checking out the equipment. I found out my unit was 30 years old and would cost a couple thousand to fix. I asked about pricing for a new system and he said he was going to call the office to have someone come to my house. Mike showed up about 20 minutes later. Checked out the equipment and saw pictures/got info from Jared also. He went over options and I was happy to here they offered financing. Chose the system and was approved for the install. Mike was quick to get install appointment the following week. A 4-man crew showed up on time and worked hard on getting it installed and tested correctly. They were so careful every time going in/out the door not to let my dog out. They placed covers on the floor and on their boots. Very professional honest company and highly recommend to all!

Ken and Chris were awesome! Very understanding of my furnace situation and very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problems and providing multiple solution options for the fix. My favorite part about Integrity so far is the feeling of empathy from their team, I’m not just another customer to visit once in awhile to get more money from.

Mike D. from Integrity was great. He was so helpful and thorough and walked me through every step. He went above and beyond, not leaving until I was completely satisfied with everything. He was transparent with pricing and options and I never felt like I was being misled. I would definitely trust Integrity with any future issues and would highly recommended them.
