I called Integrity for pricing on an oil change and overall check up on my 21 jeep wrangler Eco Diesel and this will be the place i bring it from now on. Not only are they very nice and patient over the phone, They are fast and very detailed when working on your vehicle, they topped by DEF just because they saw it was low on my odometer. The staff upfront (specifically Charissa) is very friendly and professional. Overall a very good experience and i highly recommend coming here for all your service needs. They also do tires! Which is hard to find good pricing for around here.

If you’re looking for a shop that can work on Range Rovers in north Santa Cruz county then consider Integrity Auto. I needed my turbocharger and my radiator cooling fan replaced as well as diagnosing and fixing a coolant leak, and Integrity Auto fixed it all. Sam, the manager, gave appropriate attention to my vehicle and was always very responsive and receptive to my concerns/needs. Great customer service! He was highly professional and I can say the same for his staff there (front desk and mechanics). This is my second auto to get serviced there and I’ll go there again.

I have pretty bad experience when visiting a car shop because I feel like other places charge me a ton of money for labor and unnecessary work. Not only did I get amazing customer service but they thoroughly explained exactly what they did with my car and what I needed to keep an eye out for. I got my brakes and tires replaced here a few months ago and they did a great job. They recommended that I come back to do other services on my car which I will definitely be coming back to do later. They were speedy and very communicative. I highly recommend visiting this shop.

Great job as usual. Had my Chevy Tahoe towed in they had the fuel pump replaced the next day at noon. I have been using Integrity for over a decade. My cars are old and worn out like myself but they always take good care of us. Charissa on the service desk did a great job on communication and even helped to keep the cost down.

No problem with the smog check but afterwards they said I needed to do an expensive repair that was doing damage to my front breaks. They said $1800 at first but then $1300 of I did it that day. I decided to call my regular mechanic and was told to bring my car there. I did and they checked my car and said it was fine! Be aware that they pay people ($10 discount coupons) to write reviews. I was told other things by my mechanic but I am only reporting on my first hand experience. Like I said, they were fine for the smog check.

Thank you to every kind person that works here. Ive been driving for a while and had all sorts of trouble with many cars but my most recent one is the nicest car ive owned. Ive taken it to many places but the overwhelming sense of customer service care this shop provides is worth every penny. The have a company that works with them to make car work affordable. If you pay it in 7 payments you have no interest which is worth it. I also have AAA Auto insurance and get a 10% discount at this shop because of it, ANOTHER great option that this shop provides. They are usually available to get work done/finished on your car within 1 business day for serious work, or a few hours for something minor. They will forever have my loyalty and i would recommend them to anyone.

I found the staff to be pleasant, kind & very expedient. My car was in and out in a few hours and that really impressed me. When I picked my car up, there was trash (my own, from the car door) strewn across the driver’s seat. In the trunk, the spare cover was ajar and tools from under it were not returned to their appropriate areas. This lack of attention gives me pause. I believe in honest and fair reviews and 4 stars suggests more positive than negative; a fairer grade would be 3.5 (passing, but underwhelmed)…but I’ve rounded up, as these are forgivable errors.

The cars dashboard warned that the EV charging system required immediate servicing. The problem was quickly determined to be the failure of the EV coolant radiator found punctured. The EV radiator and EV coolant were replaced and all is well. The $3000.00 cost was shocking, roughly split between the replacement part cost and labor costs. The repair job was completed in less than a day, much faster than the expected 2-3 day estimate. The repair required the removal of much of the front of the car for access to replace the EV radiator.Front turn signals failed after 2 days, and returned to the shop and fixed in less than an hour, no charge.Thank you.

This shops GREED cost me and my wife over $2,500. When the turbo blew in our car, which was still under warranty, we brought it to integrity for a simple audit to assess that the turbo was in fact broken. Their audit denied the turbo had issues, but pointed out half a dozen other issues that they would be happy to fix for $$. A couple of days later they told me I had to remove my broken car from their lot immediately or it would be towed away at higher cost. When the tow truck that I ordered came, they told me parts of my car were still thrown about on the floor and they had to scramble to put it back together. I had it towed to a friendly shop called Ernies Service Center where they held it for over a week for me until I could find a long-distance shipping service to get the car back to a shop out of state where it was under warranty. When it got to that shop, they re-assessed the car and saw that the turbo was in fact broken (big surprise), however, because of the time delay and the lack of initial assessment (failed to be done by Integrity) the warranty company disputed that they would only be able to pay 50% of the full warranty value back. Since the turbo cost over $5000, this means Integritys lack of integrity cost us $2500. (Side note: they owned up to their mistake and offered us a refund of the $175 assessment... but this was pennies compared to the money we could have had for repairs). We bought this lemon 3 months prior and had been dealing with the turbo issues since purchase. We took a loss on the car, but Integrity is the reason our loss was over $9k rather than around $6k. Thanks Integrity. I highly recommend visiting Ernies Service Center instead, it could save you thousands.

I was in a remote area called Bonnie Dune and I got a flat. I was many miles from the nearest shop so I called integrity and asked if they could help. They said they probably couldnt unless I could get my car there, but then the gentleman who answered the phone took time to try to find me a place to get my tire fixed.I decided to just take the tire to them instead and they went the extra mile to make sure that they could fix it in a day so that I could depart the next morning. I did not require a tow and the prices were more than reasonable. The people are exceptionally friendly and professional and will go that extra mile.Bravo guys!

Do not use this automotive repair center. They will overcharge you on parts and they are not good people. If you have to use this, please be sure to check the prices of your parts against parts stores. Parts stores give auto mechanic shops discounts on their parts so they can make a little money when they sell them to you, but this company wants to make 100% profit on their parts which super shady.Also, be sure to look at all the parts that they remove and have them take pictures. I would say anybody would be foolish not to get a second quote for the work being done before using this company. I did a review of this company on yelp and the owner Sent me a bunch of lies and tried to turn it around and say that this is my fault. It is not. They are just an unscrupulous company and beware before using them. I will never use them again.

$200 for oil change? For noname oil? Are you serious?Cant answer to you reply, so I will answer here:Nobody asked me about oil, and I mentioned that I have an oil and filter. Women just filled up something in the computer and than showed me bill for $200. And I am 100% sure that for $200 it will be the cheapest oil you can imagine.Thats not how it should work!6 liters of OEM Mercedes oil costs $63.56, filter ~15$ and sealing washer $4. Lets say 85 for all and 115$ for work??You will use a golden wrenches? Incredible customer service, timely service and repair and excellent listening skills is what I have experienced at Integrity Automotive Repair time and time again. Nathan and Sam found and repaired a hazardous condition in one day that had been missed 4 different times by a different shop. I am only going to give them three stars, mainly because of how outrageous anything other than an oil change costs. The people that worked with me were very kind and down to earth. They were quick to find a part and were considerate of my time. Only, I wish that I didnt have to ask in a couple different ways how much the exact cost is to fix something. But I get it. I wouldnt want to say outright that it will cost a customer close to $400 to fix a door handle. So, if you need an oil change, youre good. But I would search around or possibly look up how to do small repairs on your own rather than coming here.

Service tech was polite, competent, and fast.My tire pressure light had come on. The tech ascertained the correct tire pressure, and added appropriate amount of air. He also replaced my windshield wiper holders. My size was not in stock so he ordered the appropriate size which arrived within 15 minutes. He filled up my windshield wiper fluid and the wipers worked beautifully. All done in 20 minutes at a reasonable price.

Nathan and his crew are outstanding!!! My car overheated at the beginning of a 500 mile drive home. I had AAA tow it to Integrity Automotive Service mid-morning. They jumped right on it and had diagnosed the problem by the end of the day and provided me with an estimate for the needed repairs. After receiving the parts they completed the repairs as quoted. I felt that everyone I encountered at IAS was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend IAS for any of your automotive repair needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Theyre good people. The staff at the counter were kind, and I saw several friendly interactions among the mechanics. All the folks I spoke with were nice, and they were patient with my questions and requests.I took my old Subaru in for a SMOG check and failed the first time for a valid reason, so I know they do their work well. They were patient with all my questions, weighing the options of having them fix the things that needed to be to pass, and they were understanding when I decided I wanted the experience that came with fixing it myself. I brought it back where they were upfront about the wait times, something I greatly appreciated with my sporadic schedule, and tried again later. They seemed happy to see me again when I brought it back and the SMOG technician complimented me on my repair ^_^ I checked online for specials before hand and after passing the test I got a discount on the services done too!Go early. They dont have appointments, at least not for routine maintenance things, so be aware that it is first come, first serve. Check their website for special deals before going in. I took my Trans Am here earlier this year to drill out a seized EGR valve bolt and install a new EGR valve I supplied. They said no problem over the phone and I drop it off.I come back a few days later, sit in the drivers seat, notice my old EGR valve left side has been sliced off. Thats weird but ok...I start it up and a LOUD exhaust leak noise is coming from the newly installed EGR valve that was never there before. I go back in and press for an explanation. Nathan McMillan, the service writer took no responsibility, getting very irate with me yelling Youre playing me! Not to be intimidated, I asked them to check it out and DIAGNOSE ONLY. Nathan said ok.I come back and theyve covered the left side of my newly installed EGR valve with JB Weld in attempt to minimize the noise (it didnt). And my old EGR valve that they are required to give back has now disappeared from my passenger seat and nobody knows what happened to it.After grinding all the JB Weld off and removing the EGR valve, I observed that when they drilled out the old bolt, they damaged the threads on the intake manifold and did nothing to repair them. So when they went to install the new bolt, there were no threads for it to grab on to and that was creating the exhaust leak noise. I paid them $500 to damage my intake manifold. Oh, and my Trans Am always passed emissions fine, but now Im blowing high hydrocarbons after they tampered with the air/fuel mixture screws on the carburetor. Never take your car to these ripoff artists. Ever. Integrity Automotive embodies that old, worn out stereotype of an unscrupulous shop like dry rotted tires.

My sister brought her car into the shop, never diagnosed the problem and immediately wanted to go with one of the most expensive fixes that might not even work. We decided to try it but they held onto the car for over a month and didn’t do anything to it! On top of it all they were really rude to my mother. Strongly do not recommend, surprised AAA approves them.**update: the next shop we took my sister’s car to fixed it in a week and a half. I did oil changes but was told they would no longer do business with me because of a posting I made online. They could not show me the posting and I did email and messenger them but they never replied. I found the posting and stand by the statements I posted -I would not recommend Integrity for doing any mechanic work for the following: After oil change was told brakes needed work and was quoted $650 - got quote for same work at Larrys down the street for $550 - finally did the work at Mountain Mechanic for $450. Also I took my 79 K5 in for smog. I was told that due to the oversize tires they would need to replace my speedometer and other equipment totaling $1500 for the estimate. I declined and drove to Holiday Smog down on 17th...they let it warm up... tweeked the carb... and it passed.

This was my first time bringing my 2000 Ford Explorer to Integrity Auto Service . I was very pleased with the professiional and courteous interaction. I was also impressed with the clean and organized shop. This tells me a lot about their standards. I had another issue with this SUV that I need addressed and Art explained to me in clear easy to understand detail what may be involved in addressing the issue. I will be taking the SUV to Integrity Auto for repairs for this issue and I will be recommending Integrity Auto Service to friends and others when they have a problem that needs fixed on their car. I have found my go to place for automotive repairs and I highly recommend to others to take their car there and see for yourself. 5 star service!

Took my vehicle in for a smog check. It’s cool that they check tire pressures and top off if needed. What’s not cool is that they swung the air hose on top of my hood and hit it, dragged the air hose on my hood, swung it again on my roof, dragged it on my roof to fill up the tires on the other side of my truck! Mind you, they did this while I’m standing right there watching them. It was literally easier to pass the hose underneath my lifted truck. If I hadn’t seen it, I could’ve potentially left there with a bigger bill to buff or even worse paint the hood than the cost of the smog check. First and last time I use them.

These guys did a great job on my car! It started making some funny sounds one morning when driving to work, so I dropped it off here on my break. They were very friendly in the office and got all my information quickly. Shortly after getting back to work I received the call that it was a minor repair (just a loose bolt somewhere) and that they were going to waive my charges. Wow!So, overall great service! They got my car in and out quickly and they were friendly and honest, something that isnt always easy to find in a mechanic.

I was coming to Santa Cruz to have a relaxing day when one of my tires blew on the highway. I was 15 minutes away. It was almost 5 PM and at that time all the repair and tire shops close. Nathan, William, George, and Jose were awesome and helped me get the tire replaced as well as the other three. They stayed over time just so I could get my tire replaced and make it back home. I called several shops and they were the only one’s that said they could stay open and help. I greatly appreciate this shops and the above persons mentioned. 5 stars FORSURE! Those one star reviews are mostly people with smog checks that did not pass and need to stop complaining and fix their cars! Thanks again guys, I really appreciate it!

We have been taking our cars to Integrity Automotive since we moved to Scotts Valley six years ago. We would not trust our cars with any other repair facility but Integrity. They are honest, fair, friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable, etc. I never had to take a car back after a repair, it is done right the first time. Warning to immune compromised individuals. Very loose use of masks, even by the manager. When I questioned if my technician would be properly using a mask while inside my car I was assured he would but the manager and another employee, standing next to each other without masks inside the office assured me the plexiglass between them and me was sufficient. In the shop, most masks were worn under the nose or not at all. Additionally, bring personal items in car with you. When my car was done, it was left unlocked with the windows down for several hours next to the sidewalk. When I expressed concern to the manager about the safety of this and concern for my personal belongings, I was assured it was what they are doing to air out the car for covid safety. I was not informed this was their practice when I left my car. I asked the manager if I had missed a sign stating this is their current practice. The manager pointed to the sign stating they are not responsible for stolen or lost belongings. No where did they state they will leave your car open until you pick it up . I was told its never been an issue and we have security cameras. I was not offered the information necessary, before leaving my car, to make my own decision about what I felt safe to leave behind in an open car.

If there were a zero star option they definitely didnt earn it. They tried charging us almost $600 for no work. We were in from out of town and needed one part changed on our truck. After having the truck for three days they called to say it was done. The truck immediately broke again same problem. We were then informed the part had to be ordered in, and would be at least another 3 days. Found a dealer with the part we needed in stock, and they were only an hour away. Truck got fixed in 2 hours. The only good thing about this company is that they only made us pay the 200 diagnostic fee, after we told them what needed to be done in the first place. Have had several encounters with Integrity auto over the years. And this by far is the best. This time unlike all the other times was great experience. From the friendly first call with Art (who was the service writer/mechanic). Which was amazing because every other mechanic I spoke with acted like I was stopping from doing something, which I probably was lol. To the professional attitudes, to communication with me. Most unbelievable was he actually gave me a time for repairs that was quick and accurate. Any one who has spent any time in auto repair shops knows that is not the normal procedure. So all and all I feel they were honest, professional, friendly, prompt, and accurate. My husband is a retired auto shop owner/mechanic. Over the years he has been asked for recommendations regarding mechanical repairs, his usual line is not really, but now I believe we can recommend some one.

These frauds have no integrity at all. Find somewhere else to go. My roommate needed his AC fixed and this was the only shop he could find that wasnt booked out a week in advance (for good reason). The bottom line this place is good for small jobs- brakes, oil change etc, but I would not recommend it for larger complex work. In short, I paid over $4,000 for fixing a stalling issue with my Volvo. While I believe they were well intentioned, they simply do not have the experience/expertise with modern foreign vehicles to be effective. I finally gave up when they returned my car, unfixed and with a bolt missing on top of the engine. I eventually took it a repair shop that specializes in Volvos and they fixed it for just over $400.

While driving on hwy 17 a car behind me let me know that my brake lights were out. I stopped in at Integrity Auto and even though I didnt have an appointment, they took care of me. They quickly replace both burned out bulbs and didnt charge me. Great service!

I have both my Dodge Ram PU Truck and my Toyota Prius serviced by Integrity Auto, and recently had new rear brakes and new serpentine (sp?) belt put on the Dodge. I appreciate that you don’t need an appointment, first come first served. However, even when they are busy they still fit me in. I can always count on them to do a excellent job, and most importantly they are honest and forthright. I love that they work on Prius as that saves me a trip to Santa Cruz and keeps my money local. Employees are knowledgeable and very friendly and seems like everyone there is on the same page.

They were very accommodating considering my van came in late on a tow truck. Work was performed in a timely manner, and fixed the problem. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the work was very expensive. 650.00 to install a new starter. Not a real hard job to do. If I was not disabled, I would have done the job myself. I have been coming here for years for full synthetic oil changes. I have used Groupon vouchers and also paid cash. Today I brought in a voucher and was told my car called for 0w 30 synthetic oil, which is a special order and makes the voucher ineligible. I told them this is the oil they always put in my vehicle and even offered to show my prior service records. They said dont bother and get your money back from Groupon. No apology, not attempt to remedy the situation that was clearly an issue on their side. I will not be coming her again.

Avoid LACK of Integrity Auto Service in Scotts Valley at all costs. AAA towed my vehicle there and after an estimate of $4400 to repair a head gasket (was estimated at $2600 repair at another shop), I paid $125 for a diagnostic test (we were not aware of) and told them we would sell it as is. They claimed to not be able to reach us (they had our AAA info and my credit card info) and never discussed anything about the timing to sell it or any storage fees. The vehicle was towed to the pokey ($750 exit fee). I would have had it towed out of the lot if informed of any other charges. The manager/owner would not return my call.

All I can say is dont get stuck in this town with car trouble. I needed the rack and pinion replaced on my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. I was having problems steering. I went to this place and they wanted $ 1750.00 for the work. They also changed me $ 70.00 for a basic oil change. I passed on the rack and pinion replacement and decided that I would just put fluid in it every 30 miles until I got home. I lived 130 miles away. When I got home I went to the the dealership and I was quoted $ 1525.00 . How can a shop charge $225.00 more then the dealership? Everyone has to make a living but this place felt like robbery.

Went in for SMOG, after having quite a bit of work done at the local Dodge dealership. They found a broken hose, missing power steering cap, and a few more minor issues which Dodge should have seen. Minor added cost, small delay to order cap and hose, good overall pricing, excellent service, and cheerful people. What more do you need? Id go back to them, and will when I need them.

They are friendly and I think they are good mechanics, but they lied about windshield fluid. I tried once to have my oil change which they did and notice that they used plain water to fill up the windshield washer reservoir. I asked why not washing fluid? They said that if it only needs to be topped off, that they use water. That’s wrong because they cannot see the reservoir to know the level. I was watching and had to tell them to stop. I drive to the snow a lot and do not want water that will freeze; also washer fluid keeps my windshield clean. Giving them one start for not using washer fluid. I had to drain and re-add good fluid when I got home.

I have used this shop in the past and have found them to be honest and do good work at a reasonable price so when my car broke down and needed a fuel pump done I thought it would be a no brainer to have the car towed there to have the work done. Normally I like to do the work on my car myself but I dont have the knowledge or the tools for big jobs that require a lift so I figured I would let them do the work.I was prepared for it to be a pricey job given the labor involved and it did turn out the price for the job itself was fair BUT then they started naming off other things they said needed to be done such as belts needing to be replaced and the brakes needing to be done saying they were metal to metal and the rotors were warped so they would need to be replaced. This smelled fishy to me since I know with my car when those things need to be replaced they will start making squealing and squeaking noises to let you know they need to be replaced. I told them to just fix the pump and change the fuel filter (since it needed to be replaced) and told him I would check it out myself.When they called to let me know the car was ready they still tried to get me to authorize other things to do saying they were badly needed which I knew was a lie so I told them no. Picking up the car they were STILL trying to get me to do the things they mentioned earlier and told them no again, paid and left. When I got home I inspected everything and found it to be fine, but knowing Im no skilled mechanic decided to get a second opinion from my dad whos been a licensed automotive technician for 30 plus years. He confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the things they mentioned with the exception being the brake pads would need to be replaced in maybe a year or so. No where near the metal to metal they where talking about and the rotors were perfectly fine. I also found out from him that the shop has changed hands recently so if you need work done other than an oil change I strongly suggest that you take your business elsewhere; since if you dont have the slightest idea about cars they will take you for all your worth!

This shop was good until the last few years. Beware, they are lying cheats. I took my car in for brake work and oil and was convinced I needed my 60,000 mi (at 52,000 mi) my total bill was $2,700.00. A Few months later my car wouldnt run and they charged my $125.00 to figure out why and couldnt. Subaru discovered my air filter compartment open. Fast forward, my car is in for major work due to the work, or lack there of, they did. I was told my timing belt and water pump were changed, but according to Subaru the water pump is original and it appears whoever did the timing belt knew nothing about replacing one. Oil leaked all over my engine and everything needs t be replaced. I wasnt given a detailed parts list because they said the printer broke. I was charged nearly $1,000.00 in parts….none of which are listed. Subaru says few parts have been changed and when they were they were with cheap low quality parts. Dont go to this shop. Saying you are replacing a water pump and no doing it is FRAUD!!! Im paying over $4,000.00 to repair and replace what these scammers did to my car. My next stop……court.

I took my car for smog today. They took my dmv registration renewal and told me they will call when my car is ready. I work across the street from them so it is convenient. Day goes by and I dont hear from them. Nobody told me that it might not be ready same day. I got really busy at work so I realized after 5pm that they did not call me. I rushed to their office but it was closed and I dont see my car at the parking lot either. So I know it is locked in their garage. How in a world can I get home without my car. If you could not smog my car that day just call me and let me know so I can get my car and bring it to you next morning. It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. It seems like they just dont care. I had to ask my co-worker to give me ride home..ok, I got home, but you cannot do this to people. My other co-worker had similar experience with them as well when she took her car for oil change. One time she realized few minutes before 5pm that her car was still there and she run to get her car while they were closing their doors. Other time her car luckily was at the parking lot (again nobody called her to let her know her car was ready) so she had her husband driving from Aptos with extra car key so she could drive home. My guess is that more people have similar stories. I should have known better and take my car to Ernies, but just it was so convenient I decided to give them 2nd chance (dont ask). There is no going back. I will give my money to my local and always dependable Ernies in Felton.

Recently went to this shop to get a smog certificate. As luck would have it, I ran into problems on my 22 year old Acura Integra. Im very happy the way the issues were handled and was delighted when they finally said, It passed. My first time visit. Its a well organized and spacious shop. They said they do everything - brakes, power steering, A/C, suspension, etc. but no body work. They do quick lube jobs. Work area has a high ceiling that can accommodate larger vehicles. As far as I know, this is the only shop in town with a dynamometer where they can load test and troubleshoot a vehicle in real time as if it were on the road. The counter staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. For while-you-wait theres a waiting area with indoor and outdoor seating, coffee, a disability accessible clean nice bathroom like youd have at home, and fast free WiFi which I measured at 50+ Mbps, a nice touch. The location is easy to find and has a large parking lot. They are open on Saturday. Its an AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility. AAA members can get certain benefits and discounts for showing their cards.

The shop called her informing her that the oil pan drain bolt was stripped (by whoever changed the oil last time) and that the oil pan needs to be replaced, totaling $600 for parts and labor. The oil had been changed 4000 miles ago by a different shop, no leaks and no added oil since that last change. There is no way that a non leaking oil pan went into Integritys shop and they just discovered a stripped drain hole so severe that they needed to replace the entire oil pan while changing the oil. They would not admit to their mistake and the damage they did to her vehicle. There she was with a car with a drained stripped out oil pan, essentially held hostage the shop that did the damage. They ended up repairing the damaged threads with a simple helicoil kit, but still denied the error and charged $100 for parts and labor. Do not go here. They will take advantage of you, especially if you seem like a vulnerable target. If you are tangled up with this worthless maggot infested forked tongue shop, stick to your guns and good luck.

An otherwise 5 star service was brought down to a 2 because of two measily cigarettes stolen. Do not bring your older vehicles here for smog tests. If you have an older modified vehicle they will fail it for the visual inspection which happened to a friend of mine. He ended up having to go to the DMV smog people who passed it no problem.I went in for a smog in my 1990 mazda truck which has over 400,000 miles on the original engine. I just had a brand new exhaust system installed and tuned it up. The smog machine passed and all the emissions where way below the fail point which the counter guy commented on. Well the smog queen there failed on the visual inspection. With over 400,000 on the engine you would expect much higher emission numbers but they were almost as low as when the truck was new. So you would think it passed the smog test right?Nope. The smog dunce decided to fail it because he didnt have the brains or work ethic to let the truck warm up a little bit before testing it. He failed it saying there was smoke from the tailpipe. Duh. On first start up almost every old engine will do this. Rev the motor a few times and its gone. Not to mention he gives no other details or information. The truck doesnt smoke at all if its been running for 5-10 seconds.So I go home and pop the hood to check a few things like compression, emission parts oil, vacuum leaks, etc... And when I look at the pcv the top of it was broken off and just hanging there. I just tuned the truck myself and that pcv was not broken.If you need to pass a smog test go elsewhere or hand me your $70.00 dollars. You will get the same result and give your money away to some one who doesnt care at all about your vehicle. And Id be honest about buying drugs with your cash instead of claiming there was some integrity in my work.

They also told me that I had no cabin air filter, this was completely false - I had just installed a new cabin air filter 2 weeks prior to taking my car in for an oil change. While repairing a wheel bearing, my boss had me do a fluid change on our tractor. Durring the change I found the coolant system had oil in it, and appeared to be jury rigged. I did a coolant system flush, replaced the radiator cap and watched the temperture. The motor was overheating, I had to reinstall the juryriging to run the tractor. Knowing a collant system that is under higher pressure than designed, I notified my boss, and we brought it into Integrity Automotive. They resurfaced the head, found a few other problems, and fixed them. I have just gone through the system this morning after running it for days. The tractor starts better than it ever has. The fluid system is no longer jury rigged, and it is opperating at correct presure, and temperture. I am very happy with the work they have done. As for my knowledge level, I studied automechanics in college, but after having my automechanics tool stolen, I hire other to do the jobs that require specialty tools. I will also bring my personal vehicle into Integrity for engine work in the future if needed.
