I cant say enough great things about the entire Integritechs team. We have used plenty of IT service providers over the years and Integritechs is unlike any other company weve used. Theyre responsive and solutions-oriented, while genuinely care about our company and team members. They also do a great job communicating with us in plain English and not just tech-speak. Theyre proactive and look after our best interests even proposing improvements we werent aware existed. Theyre reasonable and fair when it comes to pricing and are always willing to work with us within our budgets. Do yourself a favor and hire them! Youll be really happy you did

Each member of Integritechs is incredibly helpful and timely in their responses! Many of my concerns within my work description require immediate assistance to continue the day efficiently. Ive always had my concerns met immediately as the entire team at Integritechs understands my day-to-day duties come to a quick halt if something is not operating. They are kind and incredibly efficient every time I call.

STOP! Please read before moving on to your next review!! Mr. Houston, Rick is exceptional in his line of work. Having an IT support could be a nightmare but thanks to Rick, and the whole team at Integritechs, theyve made my computers and security a walk in the park for my business. Ive recieved great proactive management from this company, theyre on top of outages and monitoring to help decrease my down time while at work. The data security is amazing and theyre well trained because Ive not had a breech in my security since Ive had Integritech. They actually saved my company from my prior IT company. These professionals are up to date in training and the response time is quick and effective. They took their time getting to know what I and my business are about and how they can fully meet my expectations. Theyve gone above and beyond to continually provide the best care for my business. Communication is clear with Rick and Integritechs. I feel 100% secure thanks to this whole team.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Everyone was very efficient, straightforward with quotes and explanation of fixes, and generally just good personable people. Integritechs have showed high levels of professionalism, and expertise. They have helped our company with a smooth transition of equipment. When a ticket gets submitted for review, the company is on top of it and handles it in a timely fashion. Any question we come across, the staff is great with explaining and giving useful tips. Im very happy with the Service and knowledge Integritechs provides me and my small business. Speaking with there Team of polite Techs not only gets my tech issues fixed but I often learn something new during the call, chat or email. Im very security aware but I dont have the resources inhouse to have a true Cybersecurity solution. Thats why I trust and value Integritechs to delivery my Managed IT. Ransomware and other Malware is no longer a issue. My company Data is backed up and I dont have to worry about it. I have Integritechs on my team!There are many reason to choose one Managed IT over another. For my needs Integritechs was a great fit. I like a US based local company and they are in LA while the majority of my business in also in LA. I cant tell you how valuable being able to submit an issue or call them on the phone and get an immediate response from a live human to help me fix whatever needs fixing.
