I liked it a lot, I brought my one year old for strep throat and they did a rapid test to see. Right away they sent the antibiotic that was necessary to the pharmacy next door.Pleasent experience, I enjoyed coming here. I will definitely visit again when needed.

The Dr diagnosed me with nasal drip never looked up my nose I came on with a headache cough six days prior. The Dr and triage were nice but the lobby was very dirty and the exam room was dusty and walls were scuffed up I think three stars is generous

My wife came in with ear pain that was unbearable. Unfortunately they only had one doctor at the time so it took an hour for her to see my wife. I had to ask the nurses if they can give pain medicine for my wife because it was bad. They told me they couldn’t give her nothing until the doctor sees her so I understood that part but seeing your wife in excruciating pain makes you get on edge. When the doctor came in she knew right away what it was and it was a double ear infection so she prescribed antibiotics and we were on our way. The doctor was polite and didn’t get frustrated when we were asking her questions about medicines to take with it and if she can take it while breastfeeding. So the doctor was really helpful. That’s why I’m giving it four stars because the doctor was really helpful and professional. The only thing I would say she kind of messed up was she put in the wrong order of medicine when we went to the pharmacy but it didn’t take long for her to fix it. I recommend coming here!

Doctor Brown & Nurse Pract Jeanine are friendly, courteous and have great bedside manners. All the rest of the personnel ( including Med Asst Charles ) are thoroughly crafted in their respective professions. This facility is an Island of Excellence adrift among a Sea of Mediocrity!

This clinic closes at 8 pm, but if you call their number the automated information tells you that they accept walk-ins up to 45 minutes prior to the time that they close. I rushed over and made it through the door in time only to be rejected by the woman at the counter who seemed to have arbitrarily changed their policy.When I got back home my wife called them to figure out what the discrepancy of information was about and how it wastes peoples time, gas, and opportunity to go elsewhere, and they never apologized, only defending themselves somehow for being at fault.We have a low tolerance for unaccountability so here is my one star review, as promised. Enjoy.

Ive been here 3x. Today was a Saturday visit, check in was quick and I was seen within 10 minutes. Got what I needed and medication pick up was next door at CVS within 15 minutes. Dr. Brown was very kind and helpful along with the staff.I really like this place! 👍💯

I was so impressed today with Integrative Urgent Care. I have been to many urgent cares over the years and always dreaded needing to go. Today I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Brown and his staff. As soon as I walked in I felt everything was so organized, and clean. The staff was so helpful and kind and professional. I was treated with respect instantly and not just seen as another person walking in. They seemed to truly care that I would have a condition that would bring me there. They were on my situation instantly. Doctor Brown spent so much time with me and asked all of the very important questions associated with my symptoms. He made the whole process so easy and quick and so very efficient. I was out of the office in 25 minutes with all of the help I could have possibly received. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown and I would highly recommend Integrative Urgent care. (I also am an RN and have absolute confidence that I received the best care possible today.). I am so grateful that there are actually excellent places in our area to get immediate and excellent medical help when needed.

I was greeted by friendly staff and the registration process was easy. There wasn’t a long wait and I was seen by Dr. Brown quickly. He was very attentive and asked all the right questions.The urgent care is large, clean and looks fairly new. I definitely will be coming back here in the future and recommend others to come here.

Going to this Urgent care for about a 2 years now. Never had any problems. The doctors are great and the front desk as well.Updat: I have been going here for a long time. Probably over 5 years now. I realized yelp reviews way diffrent than on Google. One of the reviews here on google did talk about someone who is dismissive and I believe it is the same person that people on yelp talk about, FNP Eladio. Check those reviews. If this person trys to prescribe you antibiotics for a sniuse infection, you may not have one. He has prescribed me antibiotics, even though I did not have any signs of a sinus infection. I think it is his go to when he doesnt know what is wrong. He can be dismissive and sometimes he is nice. Depending when you see him. I have taken my son there a few times. I take him there when we cant see his pediatrician. Especially after hours. My husban took my son there this past week and they saw Eladio . I guess he told my husband, that my son needs to see his primary. That he is concerned about how much antibiotics he has been taking. Which is funny because he is the one perscribing them. He did prescribed my son antibiotics, told my husband he needed to take my son to see primary. I do and I did take my son to see primary after taking him there, for follow up. We go there because at 5:00 his pediatrician office is closed. After that experience I found another place I can take him to if needed. People usually go to urgent care when they cant see their doctor right away. Telling my husband he just cant take my son there and not see his primary is ridiculous. Especially, since he has no way of knowing that. I did take my son to see his primary. I did not give him the medication that was prescribed. After reading the yelp reviews I was hesitant. My sons pediatrician, did prescribed my son something different. A breathing treatment. Eladio is there alot maybe they have him working too many hours. I left my rating at 3 since Dr. Drown is a good doctor and front staff is nice. The time you wait is not like other urgent care I have experience.

Overall my experience at this urgent care was good. It is a very clean, spacious office. The person at the front desk was friendly and directed me on what to do seeing as this was my first time there. The medical assistant who took me to the room and did the initial consultation was very kind and polite. The wait for the doctor wasn’t too bad - maybe 10 minutes or so. The doctor was wearing scrubs that said Kaiser on them. I wouldn’t say he was the most friendly doctor but he wasn’t terrible either. He just seemed quick - he spoke quickly and each examination was quick. When I was telling him my symptoms, he didn’t look me in the eye. Perhaps he was thinking thru what I was telling him? Anyway he requested a couple of tests, got the results and had me on my way with prescriptions already sent to the pharmacy and a printed summary of my after care. I like it when a medical office can send my prescription to the pharmacy electronically versus me handing in a sheet of paper and waiting at the pharmacy. I would go back to this urgent care.

Very convenient, they have air cleaners in the room and I like the online access that shows the status of where you are in line. Staff very courteous, professional, and received X-rays on a disc to take to my doctor for follow-up. The only thing was the prescription was sent to a pharmacy a little further away. But it may have been that I edited the pharmacy location on the site too late.

My daughter was seen at this urgent care yesterday. She had had a fever and bad cough for 4 days that was not improving. I was very worried and concerned to say the least. Dr. Brown was very thorough and communicated clearly throughout the exam. My daughter is finally improving today. I am thankful for Dr. Brown and the whole care team that took care of her. We will know where to go if we need help next time. Thank you.

Fast, efficient coming through the door and being seen. Doctor was really helpful. The only thing that prevents this from being 5 stars is to set better expectations on the prescriptions to the pharmacy. I was told the prescription was already sent to CVS, however 20-25 minutes later it still did not arrive. It took 45-50 minutes.

First time their and the experience was great, they got me in fast which was a surprise and paperwork was handled quick!!! Dr. Brown took care of me and really made sure the experience was great and went above and beyond to ensure I was treated correctly and addressed the problem at hand!!! I came here for a pre-participation physical to be a chaperone for summer camp. The front staff were very kind and helpful. The office was very clean. I only waited 20 minutes before being called back. The provider who examined me was very kind and also very prompt. I was in the office less than an hour total- which is unheard of with Urgent Care! Not to mention, I paid less here for this exam and paperwork than I would have with my own primary physician. I will recommend this place to anyone needing a physical and forms filled out. I will also return if I ever need urgent medical care. Highly recommend!

NP misdiagnosed my son. Saying his red teary eyes were not caused by pink eye, but instead allergies. Even after I told him I suspected Pink eye when making the appointment. He was very dismissive. 3 days later my husband caught it. Something so simple, and the NP missed it. He should truly listen to parents and patients to improve his bedside manner. Makes you wonder.

This urgent care was amazing. I made an appointment for my son online but there was really no need for one. We were seen and out with an antibiotic prescription within 30 minutes. The staff were awesome, knowledgeable and very kind. The Dr. made us feel welcome, and made my 1 year old feel safe, he didn’t cry once. He gave us some good advice for teething as well. Overall, our experience here was great and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Wow! The place was wonderful! I took my two year old in for a cough shes had for over a month.... Mrs. Goff was super professional and personable. I walked in and there was no wait time, i was the only one there. Then, she even took the time to find out where I can get her prescriptions filled cheaper. We had a wonderful experience. We just walked in with no appointment. We had no insurance so it was a flat $99. Ill be back!!! Hopefully later rather than sooner. :)

I found this place on Google while traveling from Michigan to CA and not feeling well at the end of my trip. Everyone, and I mean everyone, that I encountered was upbeat and helpful. I didn’t feel well, was tired from traveling and time change, so was grumpy and impatient. Not one person treated me like the grump I was. Very efficient, very thorough; the doctor is awesome. I felt they went above and beyond to accommodate me.

The wait was less then 15 mins. I forgot my insurance card and the front office was able to verify my insurance. The doctor was very detailed and knowledgeable in what was going on with me.He suggested some recommendations and I was on my way, very pleased with the services and was out within 1hour, if I had gone to the ER it would have been hours. All the staff was very nice and professional and made me comfortable, will recommend.

I took my 87 yr old dad for an eye injury. There were other urgent care centers closer to their house but this one had a really good rating. Very clean facility and very nice staff. There were no other patients when we arrived. They called us back just a few minutes after we finished getting checked in. It was well worth driving a little further for urgent care.

Came in for a TB test ($40) and didnt have to wait. Staff was friendly and the clinic was clean. I would definitely recommend coming here instead of trying to get a TB test scheduled at CVS minute clinic ($90 and good luck getting an appointment).I will be returning for any urgent care needs.

Theres a very small staff here and there were some communication issues that complicated my particular case. Despite that, I have no doubts giving them 5 stars for service. They are still better than larger urgent care locations in the area imo. Everyone is kind. Dr. Brown came to check on me when I needed quick followups and made sure I understood everything. Also worth noting: it seems like they have quite limited experience with trans folks, but it doesnt matter because they did their best to be kind and respectful of me the whole way.

Very clean facility! Staff is very friendly! Dr. Brown was great explained what was wrong with my daughter and didn’t push any procedures on us! He is very nice and asked if we had any questions! He is awesome! The MA was great too! I forgot his name but he was awesome! Very polite and informed my daughter what he was going to do to her (i.e. take temp, weight etc)! I would recommend this urgent care to everyone! I had to go back on Saturday for myself. Dr Brown wasn’t there but his PA was. The PA too was very awesome! She was very informative and very nice! At first she was hesitant b/c of covid (I believe) but when I showed her my that I was vaccinated she had a sigh of relief on her face! Which I don’t blame her!! Overall my family’s experience was great!!!

Took my daughter in because she hurt her ankle in her gymnastics class, and honestly this is the best urgent care I have ever been to. From the nurse that checks you in to the Dr. to the guy that takes the Xrays. My daughter hate going to the Drs and everyone made it so easy for us. They are super kid friendly and I am so grateful for everyone and how they treated her. Not only was staff great with kids but they were great about explaining everything to me and made sure I understood them and everything they were telling me. I greatly recommend this urgent care! My daughter and I have seen Dr. Brown twice now. He listened to every word we said and answered every single question. He never interupted us or anything. Which is very hard to find. His clinic is clean and wait times are not long. The staff is also remarkable too! I truly believe that they actually care for the well being of their patients. I am very happy with this office!

Came here to remove an abscess on my ear and was happy with the overall experience. Went on a Saturday around 11:00am and there was no wait time! I was treated by Jeanine and was in and out in less than one hour. The service was so quick that I had some time to spare to go shopping at Vons next door! Was in need of an urgent care that had x-ray on site. Made an appointment and was happy there were not a gazillion people in the waiting area. All staff were professional, friendly and seemed to be good at their jobs. I walked out in a short period of time with meds called in for me and ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. We were returning patients of this Urgent Care. We showed up on a Sunday to almost no one in the waiting room and proceeded to wait for 20+ minutes to be called. Then we waited in the patient room for another 45 minutes (I started timing it). The doctor was nice. We then waited another 25 minutes to have him write out a SINGLE prescription. It was the slowest longest process Ive ever been through. They said it was because their computers were down. They should CLOSE down if their computers are down. Not make sick children WAIT for hours.

I came in nervous about what my diagnosis might be and from the minute I walked in, they made me feel welcome and that I would be well taken care of. My mother is very hesitant of going to doctors because she’s 87 years old and feels that medical staff no longer want to treat her due to her age. It’s reassuring to know that this urgent care has xray capabilities to give one a start on if/where to continue care at primary/specialized physicians. The local ER hospital is over crowded and under staffed. Urgent care is an enormous convenience to skip ER and expedite necessary care. The nurse on dity is thorough and competent. I did not see an MD but the nurse was knowledgeable and thorough for me.

Apparently their main source of business is for COVID testing these days which is likely an easy 5 star review. If you need urgent care for anything else, this place is not helpful at all. We attempted to go here many months ago after a relative came to the USA. She had surgery in her country and her surgeon recommended when she arrive to the states to have her stitches checked and if need be her bandages changed. This place refused to help. Sure we could have done it ourselves but we wanted a professional to check as soon as our relative arrived because there would likely be a 1-2 week wait to see a regular doctor. They have an MD here? They have a nurse practitioner? We were just asking for a professional to look at the stitches. This wasnt even a serious emergency and money was not a factor. Come on!

We ask for an X-Ray, they said OK, once there they told us they cant Take X-Rays (just 1 hour after we asked), so No x-Rays, they prescribe Tylenol regular (we have lots in the house and we do not need prescription for that) and charge $120 x2 (I had to take my 2 kids). We came into contact with a Covid positive person recently and didn’t know and showed what could have been symptoms and needed rapid tests ASAP. Gale at the front desk did everything she could to get us in since everywhere in LA was booked and we live in Pasadena so we drove all the way to Glendora and had the best and fastest service. Came here because my ear felt full, blocked and a lot of pressure. I walked in and I was seen fairly fast by I am not sure if he was a dr or nurse practitioner (Asian male in his 50s). I told him my symptoms, he examined both of my ears and my throat (less than 30 secs). He immediately said I have sinus infection which was a little weird to me because I didn’t feel congested at all other than a plugged ear. My face was not hurting. He prescribed me antibiotics and nasal spray and sent me home.I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he is a medical professional and I took the meds as instructed. 5 days later I finished my antibiotics, my ear condition has not improved at all. It was still blocked, ringing and I was experiencing vertigo.I tried to get an appointment with an ENT specialist but it would be a month later so I decided to see a general practitioner. The Dr examined my ear and saw a huge piece of ear wax very deep in my canal ear. The Dr immediately flushed it out and the pressure and blockage immediately went away.The Dr or NP at this urgent care was negligent in the examination process. I completely understand if my condition was complicated, but it was just a big piece of ear wax stuck in my ear canal. This should’ve been EASILY discovered when he examined my ear. Unfortunately, he was careless and I suffered another unnecessary week of ear blockage.Do not come here! If you do, make sure you see someone else and not this guy.

Due to the wildfires that we have been having here locally, I have had a terrible cough from all this terrible air we have been made to breathe and all the ash in the air as well.. After a month of having this cough, I finally went to urgent care. My whole family has gone there. I was the only one in my family that had not been to the integrative urgent care. I couldn’t stand my cough anymore as I was starting to feel that maybe I have allergies or some type of asthma developing. I have my usual pulmonary doctors appointment in two weeks but they could not get me in any sooner. I decided to go to the urgent care as I felt I could not go another two weeks without getting some type of medical attention. I was not sleeping and I work in the medical field and felt it was just not a good thing for me to be coughing at my office even though I know this is due to the fires. I was taken right away and my medication was called in to my pharmacy. When I got to the pharmacy they told me that my insurance no longer covered the previous inhaler that I have been prescribed by my pulmonologist. I called Integrative back and the doctor called in a new prescription and I had it within 20 minutes. They were very attentive and very quick to respond to my request for a change in my meds. I would definitely recommend integrative urgent care to anyone. I tried to wait it out, but I finally am feeling a huge amount of relief and I am now feeling so much better and glad I did not wait any longer. Very happy with my experience.

It was after hours, my regular doctors office was closed. I had a bad cough. So bad that I thought of going to the ER, which could be an ordealof waiting. I remembered seeing this Urgent Care facility in the Vons Shopping Center. Walked in and explained my problem. Beautiful, clean office. I was checked by one of the nicest doctors that I have ever met.Excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable, He checked my vitals and put me on a breathing machine which helped me immediately. He prescribed a mixture for cough, an antibiotic and an inhaler. The next day I spoke to my regular doctor who said that the diagnosis and treatment were exactly what she would have prescribed. I am ok now. I have been to Urgent Cares and have been kept waiting only to end up with a bad or inconclusive experience. I really, honestly felt I was in good hands. We in Glendora are fortunate to have such a caring facility with an excellent professional staff. I am happy I discovered this place. I will definitely pass the word around! Why go to the ER and hang around when you can be checked out immediately? Especially in a non-life threatening situation!

Im in the process of moving and I just changed my sons doctor and over the weekend my 2 year old son got sick. We were up all night and and I searched on my Cigna app to find the nearest urgent care and Integrative Urgent Care was the first on my list. I called and I was told that only PPO insurance was accepted and I was so overwhelmed and also sick and didnt realize I had HMO. I walked in and Betty made me aware that I had HMO insurance and I would have to pay more than my copay. I did not have the extra money due to moving and then Dr. Brown steps in and allows me to pay my original copay...I started to cry. Words can not express how grateful I am of Dr. Brown and Betty!!! They took good care of me and my son very well! Betty was so patient with my son taking his temperature and blood pressure. Usually my son gives any doctor a hard time but he was so calm while Dr. Brown examined him. I scheduled a Covid19 testing for me and my son but had called before to ask if they accepted Medical and was told that they do .When I went for my appointment they told me they couldnt accept my insurance cause I had an HMO. I was so upset cause I had informed them prior to booking an appointment that I had a primary Doctor and they told me it was ok. Now I come and just wasted my time.

Normally I love this place. But today the Phlebotomist was horrible. He accidentally poked me with the needle trying to scoot in his chair then using the same needle poked me again .... moving the needle around trying to find a vein. Finally I said, nope, I am done. He said yeah, I don’t blame you.

This office is amazing! The Doctor, Betty and EL were awsome. They Made sure that there was no wait time (OMG!CANNOT BELIEVE HOW QUICK THEY WERE). The Dr. And staff are very professional and give complete attention to your needs and make sure to answer all your questions. I walked in with ins. That they did not take but CANNOT BELIEVE how REASONABLE the fees were (got so much for my money). The waiting room was very clean office inside were too VERY CLEAN!!!! Fast, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and friendly, professional, staff and doctor (Dr. Brown). It is rare to encounter a medical practice, let alone an urgent care practice where you arent treated like cattle or just a number. I went in for a very bad ankle/foot sprain. I have a host of medical problems thanks to stupid Systemic Lupus, and wasnt treated like I was a loon. This practice by far has exceeded my expectations and changed the way feel about urgent care practices. Thank you for all of your help, compassion, and professionalism.

The best urgent care. I saw Dr.Marhrosslen she is the best. I have been getting the run around from my Neurologist and not being able to see her after be diagnosed with a Brain Tumor. She saw me gave me a order for a MRI and medication to help with the headaches. I will definitely go back. Ps. Im in the medical field and she went beyond what a urgent care doctor or a regular doctor would do...

I went to Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) for a Covid19 test. The office staff was very helpful. Dr. Brown actually walked out to my truck and inquired about my situation. I can’t say enough about PA Tallin Martirossian who I was blessed was on duty at this time! She has the compassion and knowledge to take care of business! I had to go here on Friday with a massive tooth abscess. Extreme pain, swollen face, etc. and No dentists available at this time. I needed antibiotics etc till i was able to see a dentist. The staff is efficient as well. But PA Tallin knew just what i needed to tie me over till infection subsided and I would be able to see a dentist. She called in prescriptions and instructed me on what to do to alleviate pain/discomfort. Amazing. This place is TRULY an “urgent care” and not just a place that purports “care” but can’t clean a cut or provide a band aid. Theres even xray machines here!! But than local ER lately as far as I’m concerned.
