We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Kathleen Carson and her team! My 14-year-old daughter now has a beautiful smile, and shes absolutely thrilled with it, thanks to the clear aligners. Dr. Carson goes above and beyond to make her clients feel understood, safe, comfortable, and included in their care plan. She truly takes the time to get to know her clients and understand their concerns and goals - from general dentistry to more specialized concerns such as TMD - and makes herself available to address any questions or concerns between appointments as needed. Their staff is welcoming, caring, and extremely reliable with communication, and always does their best to accommodate clients’ scheduling needs and financial situations. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Carson is great--I could go on and on about how wonderful she is. Always a pleasure working with her and she takes great strides to make sure her patients are comfortable. I spent almost two years with her office.However, her staff has left much to be desired. Was left feeling completely disrespected and Maria, the woman on the phone, told me she just doesnt see it, while talking over me and telling me I was being too emotional. When I told her she herself was making me feel disrespected, Maria said she cant control how others feel, and continued trying to talk over me.Im stunned. Ive never had such an awful experience with a healthcare provider, and that is saying a lot. I hope Dr. Carson finds team that better suits her--shes truly amazing, and doesnt deserve to have her business undercut by a clearly dissatisfied and mean-hearted person like Maria.

I have been a patient at Westlake Dental Arts for over 10 years. When I first started going I had some issues with the health of my gums, even though I have been provided with the recommended dental care throughout my life. Thanks to the care and coaching I have received from Carrie, Dr. Carson, and the rest of the staff my dental health quickly improved and is now excellent. The staff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, caring and frankly, just great at what they do. Dr. Carson uses the latest technology to support providing the best possible care, but perhaps even more important, she has put together a skilled team that works great together. I really look forward to my dental appointments because I know I am going to receive quality care in an efficient manner from a team that genuinely cares about my dental health. When you step into the dental office of Kathleen Carson you feel like you just arrived home. Jenny is calming and friendly and whatever is going on in your life is something she can lend an ear and give some feedback. I have been going to Dr Carson’s office for so many years and have had my teeth cleaned by by at least 4 hygienists. Everyone of them is friendly and efficient. Getting my teeth cleaned is not my favorite thing, but they get you through it quickly. Everyone knows everything about you and conversations are what help you get through the cleaning swiftly. Dr Carson herself does amazingly professional work. She stays up on the latest techniques and it shows through the end product. A great looking smile! It’s such an enjoyable experience going to Dr Carson’s, I highly recommend her and her staff.

Everyone is wonderful caring friendly. They truly go the extra mile!! Carry is my FAVORITE for teeth cleaning. She’s an expert and very knowledgeable!! Dr Carson makes it easy to feel comfortable!! She’s a perfectionist when it comes to your teeth. In my case she re-did my entire mouth. My oral surgeon extracted 9 teeth and the remaining teeth were a mess!! Dr. Carson is a wonderful and highly informed Doctor. I had TMJ and now I don’t. She fixed it. It took some time, but it was well worth it. She educated me on other health issues attached to my diagnosis of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, aka joint hypermobility, as well as my sleep disorder and breathing issues. She helped me find solutions to these, and I am healthier and in much less pain than before I sought her out. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I am so grateful for Dr. Carson and her wonderful team. I get so nervous going in for any dental procedure, but I’ll never go to any other doctor. Everyone at this office is so kind and gentle. But especially now, with what’s going on with Corona, they got me into the office in under 12 hours when I called with a painful fracture. They put themselves at risk to heal me through my pain, which goes above and beyond in my opinion. You guys are just unbelievable and deserve so much respect and gratitude from everyone you are helping. I am so thankful and lucky to have Dr. Carson, Maria and the entire team in my life. Aside from a beautiful office, everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and super nice. Dr. Carson is the best dentist Ive ever been too. Its a high tech office using state of the art technology and equipment, some of which Ive never seen or had used on me before. The dental tools and equipment they used made my visit for two crowns very comfortable. I came for a second opinion on all the work that was subscribed for me and ended up not needing all of it. My trip from Hawaii to see her was well worth it and I would certainly do it again for any major work I need done on my mouth. She took a holistic approach to my problem with teeth grinding to come up with a plan to prevent it which will include a sleep study just by wearing a wrist band. They used 3D printing to create my temp crowns. Marquee is the best hygienist you could ever have. Shes cleaned my teeth for 20+ years and since Ive moved, I have not found one that compares and there have been MANY. The whole experience was amazing. So glad I made this trip!!

I first went in because I personally knew Dr. Carson and thought highly of her as a friend and human, then I was blown away at her absolute professionalism and the same with her entire office. Who loves going to the dentist but I am a changed now that I have gone to Dr Carson and her group. It is more like a spa experience! From the front desk to the back you are treated like you are the only patient! Love them and can not say enough good things about them. We had to move but I still continue to come back I just don;t want to leave:) You would not be disappointed!

I cannot find enough superlatives to describe Dr. Carsons professionalism, her compassion, and amazing technical skill. (The same applies to her entire staff.) She did a full mouth reconstruction on me in 2010, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Dr. Carson and her staff were incredibly compassionate with respect to my anxiety of dental work and made efforts above and beyond my expectations to make me feel comfortable throughout my procedure.The care in ensuring the results of replacing a front crown were undetectable and very natural were significantly better than results from other dentists I have had in the past. In fact, Ive had several comments from friends and family noting I look fantastic, but they cant quite figure our what has changed. I would not recommend Dr. Carson for orthodontic services. Treatment which was supposed to be 12 months, stretched into 20. At the conclusion, I was left without a functional bite and am unable to comfortably chew my food. The situation is bad enough where I am left with having to find another practitioner to fix this issue as well as other problems that were created as a result of this treatment.I had been seeing Dr. Carson for many years. When I first started using her services, I felt my teeth were in good hands and trusted her judgement. I no longer feel that this is the case. Carefully explained services have been replaced with speed dentistry, and you are no longer presented with choices, but told this is what will be done.I am just sickened by this whole experience.

Called and left a message, was called back just after the office opened next morning and was in the chair at 10A. Walked out at noon with a new crown. I am not one to leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so for Dr Carson and her incredible team. I have been a patient of Dr Carsons since September 2018 and I can truly say shes given me my life back. I entered her office an absolute wreck, literally and figuratively. I had been recently diagnosed with Ménières, an incurable and progressive disease. I was having debilitating vertigo attacks, constant dizziness, headaches, facial and head pain, back pain, neck pain, jaw pain, jaw locking, popping and cracking, ear fullness, and my left jaw was visibly swollen.... I had horrible TMJ disorder and my life was falling apart because of it. I had no idea that the jaw affected so much and could cause the symptoms I was experiencing. CBCT scans done in office showed just how bad my jaw was - it was literally off to one side and my condoyls were worn, mis-shapen and one was pushed into my ear. Theres the Ménières!I am profoundly happy to say that I am significantly better because of her treatment. I still have a way to go, but my vertigo and dizziness is gone, I no longer have jaw pain, locking or popping, my neck pain and back pain is nearly gone, headaches have disappeared and my once stuffy ear is open. Dr Carson is an expert in her field and also one of the kindest, most sincere and compassionate doctors Ive ever seen. She truly cares about her patients. I cant tell you how many times Ive cried in her office and felt hopeless; she was/is always there for me with a hug and words of encouragement. Ive received texts and emails checking in on me and shes even helped me in an emergency on her day off. What doctor does that?!Along the way shes made suggestions on how to heal my whole self, not just my jaw. She truly looked at my health as a whole and I am so much better for it. I cannot say enough about Dr Carson and her equally kind and caring staff, including Maria, Jenny and Roxy. I regularly refer people and I will continue to do so indefinitely. Thank goodness I found my way here. If I hadnt, I dont know what state I would be in today. Dr Carson, thank you.

Not only is Dr Carson and her team exceptional in dentistry, but have alternative therapies for pain management as well! As a fitness professional, I often have neck and shoulder issues due to overuse or improper form. Dr. Carson has alleviated this pain homeopathically and helped me to heal at a much faster rate. Please allow this letter to serve as a recommendation for Integrative Dental Arts as your Dental Office. I have been going to Integrative Dental Arts for at least 10 years. Dr. Markiewicz, (Dr. Tina) is the newest addition as a full time dentist, with an extensive background, up to date on the latest technology such as the radiographic and computer-generated imaging equipment. Both Dr. Markiewicz and Dr. Carson are very courteous with their patients and have a great way of educating you on the ill effects of bad oral hygiene, they teach you with kindness which is excellent method in my book, and they are very thorough in their approach. Their knowledge of sleep APNEA disorders is eye opening and exhibits their dedication to treating their patients from the larger prospective. The entire staff in the office are ALL THE BEST. Going to the dentist is not something I shy away from due to Integrative Dental Arts!I strongly recommend Integrative Dental Arts as your dental office and I am certain that you will find other patients who feel the same way.

I am so lucky that I found Dr Timbrey Lind, she is a great doctor! My gum has problem for years. I even did the gum surgery, it didnt help much. I always request the deep clean as long as it can be covered by insurance (every two years, normally). But my gum is still seriously bad. Several months ago, I re-located to the Westlake Village area, I start to see Dr Timbre Lind. After 3 times clean + water pick every day (according to her suggestions), my gum has a great improvement! Problem is really going away!!
