Jesus did a good job helping me get my LLC, but this was overshadowed by his incompetence when it came to helping with my business license. The process dragged on for over 8 months with little to no communication about what the hold ups were. Maybe he took more on his plate than he was able to handle, or he doesn’t have the skill to do this particular job? Regardless, offering a service where he was not able to provide adequate support made my experience as a customer extremely stressful. I hired him to alleviate the stress of paperwork and working with the city but his inability to move things along in a timely manner ended up putting more stress on me. Throughout the 8 months, these are some examples of how the customer service and communication were lacking:- Jesus no-showed on 2 in person appointments that he made with me.- I missed at least one deadline due to it not being communicated on time.- There were many times “their email wasn’t working” for multiple weeks, but they didn’t bother to let me know that mode of communication wasn’t working.- There were countless times that I had to ask for updates because they didn’t communicate regularly what the status of my business license was.- I found out about some surprise licensing fees several months into the process that I would have expected to know upfront.I would recommend going straight to the city planner instead of hiring Jesus unless you want the process to take way longer than necessary.

Amazing service and great help with questions and helping to find solutions to start a business
