We have been working with Inszone Insurance Services for about 5 years and it has been seemless. I work with Esmeralda and she is always responsive and is attentive of any requests or questions. I have had such a good experience with them on a business level, that I switched my personal home and auto policies to them. The last thing I want worry about is my insurance and Inszone makes it worry and hassle free.

Jose Vidrios at Inszone is by far the best insurance specialist I have ever worked with. I recently needed to update my policy, including making payments, within a two hour timeframe. Without Joses help we would not have been able to purchase the new car we wanted. I highly recommend using Inszone for your insurance needs.

Inszone is a horrible bait and switch company. Quoted me $1600 for insurance. I paid it the. 1 month later cGot another bill for another $1600. They said my rates went up because I answers I gave the insurance provider were different. I never spoke to an insurance provider. They refuse to refund back the original $1600. Im contacting the California insurance commission and contacting Visa to cancel the original payment. Stay away from this company.

As someone that works in the service industry, I know when I, as a client, am being unreasonable. I was a walk-in client, on a Friday, with a request to get a quote and a bind by EOD. Not easy, especially given the nature of the quote I needed and being in California.Corey rose to the challenge, got me what I needed, and got a deal done by EOD.Incredible work, I would recommend this place every time moving forward.

I have worked with Leo Simental over 3 years . He provides over the top customer service he makes you feel as if your the only customer that hes working with. Always willing to work around my hectic schedule I I can recall a few instances he even had to stay after hours to accommodate my last-minute questions. This review is more about my agent Corey Elsasser than it is about Inszone. So, I did the worst thing possible and I put my info out to one of those insurance websites that finds you the best deal and boy did I regret that. The constant birage of emails and calls has been non stop. My wife told me to call Inszone because they deal with her families business needs. I gave them a call and was contacted by Corey immediately via email and our journey began. I knew what I wanted for homeowners, auto and umbrella and passed that onto Corey. He immediately sent me quotes and together we tweaked my policies to reflect my needs and the best coverages. Our communication was done completely via email and Corey was on top of the process the whole way. During our time I was getting quotes from others but when I put them against Mercury and the responsiveness of Corey there wasnt much comparison. Corey felt like a good neighbor! in just a few days. I am hopeful Mercury will take care of us for many years. Give Corey an opportunity to earn your business I dont think youll be disappointed.

Inzone recently took over Mercury (Agape) Insurance. They are now requiring information that they have no legitimate reason to ask for. Once you refuse to give it, they either cancel or refuse to renew your policy. I have been a loyal customer to Agape for 6 years with 0 claims. Yet I lost my policy. I closed my account myself immediately and opened one thru a competitor for cheaper. I signed Inzones online document for canceling my service yet it seems that they have not canceled it yet. Because I keep getting emails from them.

I called Inszone agency that handles my policy with Kenper 6 months ago to cancel my policy. I didn’t realize money was still being taken out of my account so I called Kemper insurance and spent 53 minutes with 3 different people to finally speak with Aaron, who is on the management team with Kemper Insurance. He told me that unless Inszone can provide a signed form I wouldn’t be credited for this entire time. I called Inszone and immediately asked to speak with a manager and Leo returned the call. After 15 minutes, he was able to contact the employee I initially spoke with 6 months ago and resolved my problem. I was so upset, frustrated, worried and in tears and Leo handled the situation perfectly! He listened as I expressed my frustrations (cry) and reminded me not to give up. His positive words and tone calmed my nerves down and gave me hope. He actually cared. He went above and beyond and tracked down the paperwork needed. Leo not only saved me the $600+ dollars, more importantly he reinstated the lost faith i have in companies; especially insurance companies. I am very satisfied with Inszone for having such a great employee like Leo Simental. Without him being patient, understanding, empathetic to my situation and his work ethics, I’d be out of 600+ dollars. Thank you Leo 🙏🏻

Corey at Inszone was amazing. His emails were prompt and responsive. He explained what was covered clearly and in detail. He also sent me several quotes promptly and walked me through the process. I had actually reached out to another Agency prior to contacting Inszone and they barely got back to me about a week later, when I was already signed up with Inszone. The sign up process was very easy, as well--everything was done via electronic signature and payment was easy.
