I’ve been with agent Kelly Pink for approximately 13 years. She has been nothing but wonderful, professional and always helpful for all of the 13 years. Left after over 30 years. After Peggy C left, things started to decline.I had one inattentive and unskilled AE after the other. Wes C took over and did a good job, but when Inszone took over, Wes went to commercial lines and I was assigned another inattentive AE. Lost coverage due to a last minute fire drill when I was out of town. Got placed in CFP with Aegis for non-fire. Called a local agency and they were able to place the insurance with better coverage for $2000 less. Very disappointed with Inszone. I suggest you avoid completely.

I have been with Corbett Insurance for many years! I have specifically worked with Cindy Warner for all those years and she is the the absolute best agent when it comes to finding the best policies to meet your needs. As a matter of fact, I started working with Cindy because my parents had also worked with her for years before I could even drive!! I just want to say how happy I have been as a customer. Cindy has been my Sr Account Executive and her service has been nothing short of amazing. She responds quickly, is extremely competent, and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. There have been many times where I needed deeper explanations of my policy and she has always been there to help. My current insurance company sent me a non-renewal notice citing couple of my claims in last five years. As part of my home refinancing process, I needed to have a renewed policy activated for next year urgently. My current insurance agent tried and couldnt find an option for me. I looked for a local insurance help and found Kelly Pink from google search. I am glad I stumbled upon her.When I first called Kelly, she was busy and asked me if she could work on getting me the quotes by next day. I told her that I needed this for refinancing purpose and needed it urgently. She right away took it up as high priority case and started the search for me. She found me a good option, coordinated with the insurance underwriter, explained me the available options and coordianted with my loan processor. She spent a ton of time on my case, continued beyond her work hours, advocated effectively for me and kept me informed throughout the process. I felt very satisfied with the outcome and ended up modifying my earthquake insurance policy improving the balance of its coverage. Ended up calling this company after receding one of their mailer with a very appealing home insurance pre-quote. When I called I was transferred to one Kelly who is one of their agent, she was extraordinary! She walked me through all tte home insurances details and have me valuable as recommendations as far as how to improve my current home insurance.I eventually asked her to quote me our 2 cars auto insurance, and she demonstrated the same level of professionalism.At the end we have now a much better house and auto insurance package (higher limits and coverages), but for $1,200 less per year.I highly recommend you spend the time calling this company and work with them.

I met with Wes several times and gleaned much information regarding my insurance needs. He researched questions I had and was able to select the right insurance for me. My long time Nationwide insurance coverage was cancelled because of wildfire risk. I called at least 6 agents including a personal friend in the business. No one was as responsive and helpful as Weston Corbett. He reached out very far and wide, and with extraordinary effort found coverages for my home, farm, rentals, personal and general liability. Six separate policies in all. Everything was explained along the way. It was not an easy task based on my particular situation which is why the other agents were of no help. Thank God for Wes at Corbett & Associates. He saved us!
