Heather has been my insurance agent for over 12 years. She has always been responsive and efficient. She has always responded quickly to any needs that have arose with my family, regarding our house or car!! Insurance Incorporated is a wonderful insurance agency. I cant think of any time when I wasnt completely satisfied with their service. I plan to continue to work with them well into the future! Thank you Heather for your excellent years of service!!!

They diligently find you the best coverage for the best prices. The staff goes above and beyond to help with any situation whenever you contact them even if your designated staff member isnt available. Dealing with a difficult probate transition, Jason Barfuss came through in my time of need and got me the coverage I needed. Thank you Insurance Incorporated!!!

Best customer service ever!!! I have to say Debbie Blyler is absolutely the best! I just recently purchased my first home and had tones of questions about home insurance and she answered every question. I decided to go with the policy she helped me chose to save money and also have great coverage. The next day I had a call from escrow that they needed proof of insurance faxed over and she was super fast. She always answers my emails and calls!!! Not to mention I’m a returned customer I had got my auto insurance with her few months back. Great service and money saver !!

Heather Minguer is the best: responsive, professional and all around great to work with. She has had to work with our escrow company in securing what they needed for our house insurance. On top of that she assisted us with our auto insurance after changing states and adding a new truck onto our policy! Heather is why I stay with Insurance Incorporated after many years and many more to come!!

I had such a wonderful experience with this company, and with their agent, Corie, in particular. She went above and beyond from day one and all throughout the process of finding me the information I was looking for. She was beyond patient and polite with me, which as a mother of a couple of rambunctious toddlers who demand a lot of my time, I really couldnt say how much I appreciate that! I would highly recommend working her as your agent. The customer service was exceptional, and there is absolutely no pressure to commit to anything until you know for sure that it is the right fit for you, which I also appreciate. Thank you, Corie!

I have to say George Flores has been a HUGE help throughout providing me knowledgeable information in regards to my renters insurance & auto insurance. He is very professional & kind with overall great customer service. It’s awesome having someone who can help and suggest offers that can help us customers save money without having to ask. Mercury Insurance is a great insurance company, their main thing being that the customer service provided to me by Agent Heather Minguer has been superb. She is efficient, quick to reply to questions/emails, quick to process any changes or new policies, and she has been super helpful with everything. It makes the process of shopping for insurance and making policy changes SO much easier, and we all know it is a tedious task that can be time consuming. Heather is awesome. Anytime I have any question regarding my insurance policy she is always always quick to respond. I literally just shoot her and email and she handles it. I’ve also dealt with another gentlemen when dealing with another insurance transaction of mine and it was very easy and smooth.
