Best Guitar store in my opinion! Unlike Guitar Center that locks everything up, Instrumental music encourages you to play, and everything is available for you to try out. Unlike Guitar Center that focuses on the broad market, Instrumental music has the all the Martin, Gibson, Taylor, and Yamaha guitars you are looking for. Ive been looking for a Yamaha FG5 for 6 months, and they took my advice and ordered one. I bought it on 9/18/2023, and I couldnt be happier. It was the only one in Southern California! Being a new customer, they still gave me the amazing treatment. I strongly recommend this place if you are serious about buying a quality acoustic guitar!Not to put down Guitar Center, because honestly I bought 4 vintage guitars at amazing prices and the service is excellent. My point with instrumental music is that they provide the high end, boutique experience, and you feel comfortable with any purchase you do there. They have the high end guitars you dream of owning. Theyll give you the Rock Star experience.

They have a wonderful, knowledgeable staff. My teen son went here (and a few other places) while shopping for an electric guitar. They never rushed him, and there was always someone to help us within a few minutes of walking in. They had a much better selection than the larger guitar store and better prices. I was only along for the ride (and money) in his search for a guitar, and this store stood out each time we visited compared to the few others within an hour of here. This is the place to go for a new or used electric or acoustic guitar. He loves the guitar he finally decided on 8 months ago.

Simply one of the very best music stores in Southern California. They have a huge selection, from beginner and budget instruments to a large collection of high-end guitars and every type of string, pick, strap, capo - you name it. John, the owner, is passionate about gear and couldnt be nicer, as well. Theres a reason almost all their reviews are 5 stars. I happened to be in the neighborhood, but will be happy to drive an hour to get here when its time for another guitar.GUITAR BUYING SUGGESTION: Instead of buying a guitar online, go to a great store like this and play every guitar in your price range. See which one speaks to you. I came here with the idea of buying a Martin or Breedlove, and left with a Taylor that wasnt on my radar before today. It was the one that felt and sounded the best to me. Instead of spending years buying and selling different guitars, you’ll find the guitar for you much more quickly, and it will make you happy every time you play it. It’s possible to find an amazing guitar online, especially if you know exactly what you want. But try this approach - it really works.

I found Instrumental Music by chance on an internet search for a Martin Guitar I was hoping to find. After a few minutes on their web site I was greeted by the owner John in their chat space. After a few back and forth on line and a couple of phone conversations I knew that I was working with the right person and the right business to make this purchase. John worked with me to make this happen as seamlessly as could be, and I could not be happier with the service and pricing I was given. Guitar was shipped to me right away packed as good as could be. I will always be grateful for the way I was treated and the amazing instrument that I purchased.

I was at guitar center and i waited 20 minutes for a simple purchase. moment i walked into instrumental music tho, i was greeted and helped instantly. they have a bigger selection and better prices. service is really quick and efficient with a welcoming atmosphere. 5/5 would come again

Had another awesome buying experience at Instrumental music. Have shopped here for guitars and amps over the last 10 years. Great service unlike the major chains, and always looking out for the customer with the best products and services. John and his crew are top notch and would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to be treated well with very competitive prices.

I love Instumental Music and have been buying guitars, amps, and other related musical equipment there for years. There’s a great vibe in that store of caring people. For example, I recently had a problem with my pedal board and asked John for his opinion of the problem. He took the time to ask me all the right questions and ultimately told me how to approach the issue. So now I’m much smarter about pedal boards and power supplies than ever before. If I need something in the future (which I will), Intrumental Music is where I’ll be. Thanks John!

What a great store filled with employees who are knowledgable and friendly. Be sure to check out the table in the center where theyve got special mark downs and current sale items. I found an amazing deal on an interface for my keyboard that came with software which is opening a whole new world for me when it comes to recording my own music. Ill definitely be back to expand my instrument library when I can afford it. I highly recommend this store.

Awesome place to buy from, I bought a 7 string online, they shipped it as fast as possible, I received it in Utah in only 3 business days! It was packaged well, Item was in perfect condition when I opened it. Customer service is on point and responded immediately! I highly recommend and would definitely do business with them again!
