Somewhat over $20 a day for minimum liabilityAnd a little more for better policies. Never needed to use it yet, but it sure takes a lot of stress off in TJ traffic

Great prices for full coverage and medical expenses and all that is covered by my AAA insurance in California. Much lower price than offered by AAA website and surrounding insurances in and around Mexico.Excellent drive through location in San Ysidro with knowledgeable staff. If youre a frequent visitor to Baja, ask for the year coverage. Youll save a lot of money

Quick, friendly and easy. Showed my registration. Paid for a full year coverage for only around $100 more. Got my policy and important docs all printed out while using their drive thru window. Less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. My only beef was that they use an online appraisal system for the full coverage that I purchased yet the value they had was more than $20K under its actual value. For an additional fee you can add up to $5K in coverage above their estimated value.

Talked to Adriana and she made sure I had all the information I needed to make a good decision. She even told me what to ask my current US insurance company since I thought they provided coverage. Ive had Mexican insurance prior and for the same coverage I saved $80 today. Great service!

This place has been around forever. My dad started taking me here before I could drive myself into Mexico and I have been coming ever since. Second to last exit off of the 5 before you get to Mexico. I have been buying my insurance online from them for several years now.I tried to go directly to the Mexican insurance company that these sell policies for, thinking it would be cheaper. Dont bother. You get the best deal buying a year long policy from this shop, and the coverage is better than they will sell a foreigner in Mexico.

You can have peace of mind when you pull up the drive-thru window knowing that before you cross that border your vehicle will be insured quick-service friendly staff 24/7 you cant beat that they even provide a restroom if you want to get off the vehicle for their customers cant beat that I highly recommend it there are other options out there but thats the only one I always had off to never disappointed

I usually get border-crossing insurance online and print it out for convenience, but recently went to this San Ysidro office to do it in person. Even though their computers were down and they had to fill out all the forms by hand, it only took five minutes. The benefit of doing it in person rather than online is that you can ask questions about the different coverages options rather than clicking around and deciphering insurance babble online. Having said that, the person did not ask what my preferences were or offer different options, she just quoted me a price based on the KBB value of my car. It was full coverage, not just liability, which is what I wanted, so it wasnt a problem. Still, I would have preferred an experience that leveraged the face-to-face model with clear explanation of consumer options without having to pump the clerk for info.
